Comfort Inn - สปริงฟิลด์

My biggest problem was the smell.Someone had been smoking in there prior & no one got the smell out.I had to buy $12 of air freshness to get the smell to be tollerable.my eyes hurt from the smoke/ musty smell of the room ,not happy..

We were very satisfied with our stay. the personnel were cheerful and helpful. The location was convenient to transportation, restaurants, and shopping and the price was very affordable. I especially enjoyed the complimentary popcorn and hot breakfast.

The staff was wonderful, very understanding and really kind to myself and my son. The room was amazingly clean, location was easy to find, and the breakfast was delicious. The beds were soft with plenty of pillows and my son says the TV was great! The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the hotel itself, it was the rude person in the room connected […] to mine who totally ignored the no smoking in hotel property and filled my room with the stinch of cigarette smoke about 0130. Very fine except the window air unit kept kicking off and on all night making it difficult for my husband and I to sleep. ?????

The hotel basically met or exceeded almost all of my expectations. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Only negative-last occupant of our room had long brown hair as evidenced by the 2 hairs found in bathroom. This probably would freak out some folks. I'm just making an observation. I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Slept well!

This was my second stay at the Comfort Inn. Both stays were for business, and were more than satisfactory. The rooms are comfortable, the air conditioning works well, and the hot water was plentiful. The free highspeed internet was excellent - actually highspeed, which was nice compared to many hotels.

pleasant front office esp Shauna. clean.spacious rooms. quiet. breakfast not as good as last time. would definitely stay again

I have stayed in over a dozen hotels this month and this one had the absolute best customer service. When I checked-in to the hotel, I asked about the nearest bus stop to plan out how I would get to my interview the next day. The lady insisted on letting the hotel shuttle drive me to the interview and when I offered to pay she declined. Niceness like […] that is rare. In addition, the hotel meet all the standard expectations of cleanliness, maintenance,good breakfast, and convenience. This particular hotel had mold in the bathroom, the cooler was not turned on and the food service areas were not clean.

Overnight stay. Great, clean room. Breakfast more than ample.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel has easy access to the highway and is close to many restaurants, a mall, and the Bass Pro Shop. I would definitely stay here again.

I was very pleased with our stay at Comfort Inn, especially for the price. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. Really liked the fact that it was right off the highway for easier access.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was polite, breakfast was goood. Overall a great choice for the price you pay for it.

Room was comforatbale and clean. Breakfast was well stocked. The only issue we had was that the shower was a handicap shower, which we were not made aware of when we booked the room. It had a hand held shower head with poor water pressue and no way to mount the shower head.

The room smelled musty.

We had a great experience at Comfort Inn. The room was clean and attractive. There is a great exercise room and pool. Breakfast was good.

This was an outstanding hotel. It was clean, fresh, and quiet. The only problem was not having any signage at the entrance. If I hadn't stayed in the hotel next to it on a previous trip I would have totally missed it and I'm sure I would have been frustrated. The staff were friendly and helpful and I will definitely stay here next time I'm there.

We enjoyed a brief stay and found the hotel to be everything we needed. It was clean,comfortable. I was pleased with the size of the room and thankful the vanity area was inside the bathroom instead of in the bedroom. Breakfast was nice.

Front desk staff was helpful, let me have late check-out. Room was clean, bedding looked new, pillows were nice. Very good place to stay.
