The hotel staff was very nice, they also recommened a restaurant in the area that we enjoyed ! Very accommadating !!

In the event of a transition I was pleased to come across the Baymont Inn. I enjoyed everyday of my two week stay. The staff Is VERY nice and went beyond what was exspected everyday we stayed. My stay was terrible my reservations I made was online so when I made it there at 11:55pm my reservation was showing up in there system even though I showed the counter my receipt and confirmation number it didnt matter they made me wait till after 1 in the morning because they were having problems with purchases online I wasn't accommodated in anyway […] even though it was there systems problem so I sat there tired in there lobby waiting and still had to leave the regular checkout time even though I didn't get into my room when I first got there they could've placed me in a room till they resolved it just so I could be resting or do what I suggested which was let me pay for a new room then just get my refund online but noooo they wouldn't do anything so I won't be returning cause I don't want any more problems where im sleeping in the lobby อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Friendly staff, housekeeping staff are awesome. Comfortable room, and the continental breakfast was satisfying! My one disappointment was that there was no bellhop on staff, and after a long flight, I did not want to "struggle" with my luggage but found myself doing so. The only point of displeasure.

Room had obviously been re-furbed recently. Very nice. Shutttle got us to airline in about 20 minutes at peak of rush hour.

Was in town for a funeral, so this was a stay just for sleeping. Room was clean. No problems at all.

My room included a microwave and refrigerator which was very convenient. The housekeepers came in every day and did a super job. Excellent deal for the price!

The hotel was at a great location for where we were going. Our room was clean, and the staff was really nice and helpful for anything that we needed. The complimentary breakfast was okay. The only complaint that I had was that our room might have been a smoking room at one point, because we could still smell it in the room. Not the Hilton but not the sleazy rest either. Would stay there again.

For the price, I was disappointed. The rooms are very dated with worn carpeting. The first room we were given smelled horribly like mildew, so we requested a change of rooms and were assigned the room next door, which still smelled, but not as bad. This hotel was clean and comfortable, but I had a shocking surprise when I turned on the TV and found graphic pornography on what was supposed to be an HBO channel. There were instructions on the welcome screen for setting up parental controls, but I didn't realize that the default channel selection included graphic porn. I don't object to the availability […] of porn, but it should be an opt in rather than opt out offering. This hotel was clean and well mantained. I was overall pleased with my stay as well as with my children's safety. Although it would have been better if it had a pool, but overall I was satisfied.

Was OK but I'll stay somewhere different the next time that I fly out of Midway. Shuttle took me to the airport, but when coming back - first no one answered when calling for the shuttle to come to pick me up. Then did reach someone after awhile, but was told that it would be over an hour before the shuttle would pick me up. I took a cab instead, which […] cost $30. Basic hotel...nice for the price. Nice bedding. Staff very friendly and helpful

Not bad for an affordable price. Got more than expected. Room included a a nice size refrigerator and microwave. Location is near walmart and convenient shopping area (alsip, IL), about 15 min drive to south Chicago area. Breakfast wasn't the best for hot items, but coffee and cereal available.

The staff was prompt and friendly. The room was clean. There was a good selection of food for breakfast -- waffles, hardboiled eggs, cereal, etc. This is the second time I have stayed in this motel.

This hotel, was a motel at best without the luxury of a pool in the parking lot. The lobby was small and seemed like a pickup window at a fast food place. The room we stayed in was soaking wet, I had put my dress on the chair and in the morning it was damp. I felt like they threw buckets of water in there to clean it and didn't dry it. Comfortable room, moderately priced. Convenient shuttle to/from Midway Airport and its Orange Line train station to downtown Chicago. Attentive, cheerful, and prompt staff. Courteous shuttle drivers. Room needed minor maintenance.

Past its prime. Old, soft mattresses, lumpy pillows, cigarette-stained fiberglass shower inserts, minimal towels. No safety lock bar or chain on door. Standard room has a frig, microwave, and coffee pot; I'm glad I didn't have to stay there long enough to use them! Windows open, which I like, despite the noisy street below. Stayed here night before early flight out of Midway. Plenty of restaurants w/in a mile ot two. Right off 294. Midway 10-15 minutes away (depending on traffic) Definately recommend it for a place to stay before flying out. Best price on Hotels.com.

I thought the hotel was in the perfect location for both locations I had to go to. We pick this hotel last mintue for a furneral we had to attend and we got everywhere we needed to go without any traffic delays. I Hotel itself was nice and comfortable, the breaskfast was good also

Hotel was well kept and the room was in good condition with very good linens and a comfortable bed with many pillow options. Well lit parking lot. Breakfast was typical for a complementary offering in line with all others I've had. As for dinner, I recommend Durbin's, 1 mile south on Cicero. Good sports bar with good food.

The hotel staff and rooms were great; the staff over delivered their service in order to make our stay excellent. I would gladly recommend the hotel becase of the quality of service and professionalism of the staff.

Everything was clean and it was a very pleasant experience. The room also had a refrigerator and microwave which was a nice plus. I would highly recommend to others.

It was wonderful. Every time I've every stayed, which has been a lot, the hotel has accommodated me and the staff was above and beyond courteous.Oh, they're continental breakfast was awesome. Five stars all the way.

Stayed at the hotel for just one night for a bachelor party. I was worried at first about having to call a cab to get anywhere we needed to get to from the hotel, but the free courtesy shuttle took us where we needed to go! Good value for the money, especially with the discount promotion that was offered at the time on hotels.com. Good breakfast buffet.
