night desk was great service was good average for money but was clean

The only thing I didn't like was you have to go outside to get to the indoor pool. It was too cold to let the kids swim. Everything else was good.

We arrived at the hotel at 12:30pm and found that we crossed a time zone so it was only 11:30am in Goodlettsville. We asked what time we could have a room ready as we had been driving all night and they checked us right in. We were totally impressed and will return to this location every time we pass by.

We paid more to stay here because they had an indoor pool however the water was so cold the kids didn't get to enjoy it. I asked at the front desk but was told there was nothing they could do. Makes me wish I had went with one of the cheaper options.

Hotel staff not welcoming. Rooms are not clean or maintenanced well either. Would not stay here again.

Relatively quiet. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Bed had firm mattress.

what can i say? I was in Nashville for a funeral not for a fun hotel stay

Nice for a night or two. Indoor pool was clean. Rooms were okay. Tub seemed to have jets but they did not work. Very close to I-65 and Nashville.

We initially arrived worn out with reservations and the front desk had one person trying to do 15 jobs..She gave me our room keys and Myself,my husband and our son opened the door and walked into dirty,unmade beds trash all over and even wet spots in the floor from spilled beer I think..I went back to the desk and let her know and she acted like it […] was no big deal and just gave me keys to another room..If we had not been so tired I would have demanded a refund and left..We did not even eat the breakfast there because I couldn't get the nastiness of that first room out of my head... อ่านเพิ่มเติม

This hotel was very close to Nashville,Tn and easy access to I-65...We could walk to the convenience store as well as a few restaurants..We got there a little early but they let us check in anyway...the staff was very nice..the breakfast was very good and all the food was hot...We will definately stay here again.

I checked in late at night and it took over a half hour to check in. The computer system was messed up and could not find my reservation. On top of that, I think the girl working had just started and did not really know what was going on. To evaluate further: the hotel was not clean based on hair in the beds, debris on the carpet. The receptionist at the front desk was not friendly, nor accomodating. Don’t let the pictures of the hotel deceive you. Although the hotel was clean and the staff friendly it was not very well maintained. The 2 ½ star rating is pretty accurate.
