We stayed here with four kids and two grandparents. The service, food, hang out area, pretty much everything was great!!! Wish the beds were queens instead of doubles.

The hotel was very nice and the manager and assistant manager were especially pleasant and helpful.

This Hotel was not worthy of the old hourly rates places you see in the movies, let alone rates you would expect to pay for a very nice hotel !!!! One of the towels had blood on it, the room smelled like a sespool, the bed felt like you had springs poking you in the back. I asked for an extra pillow, denied!!! Overall I was terribly disappointed

The Plaza Inn was a good deal for the money. The hotel itself is a little old, but kept clean. We had no problem with the room. Hotel staff was very friendly. The best part was the breakfast and the "dinner"- Breakfast has a good combination of hot and cold. Dinner was mostly snack stuff, but had chicken tenders and salad the night we were there. Very nice stay. When our tub and sink drained slowly, front desk said they would contact the maintanence department; and it was fixed by evening. The breakfast on Sunday morning was delicious and plentiful. We will stay there again.

AVERAGE HOTEL...NOTHING SPECTACULAR...NOTHING BAD

The hotel is super old. we had hotdogs that would be better cooked in a dorm room. the chairs were old and stained. the breakfast could have been cooked in a hotel room. not somewhere where you would pay for extras unless every other hotel was sold out.

Plaza Inn is easy to access from the Hwy. I arrived before the 3:00pm check in. Hotel clerk checked me in without hesitation. Staff is very friendly. Room was exceptionally clean. Free breakfast, consisting of eggs,sausage,waffles,bagles,coffee,soda and orange juice. Would recommend to travelers.

Entire staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast and cocktail hour were great, and made our stay more enjoyable

We were in Corpus for 4 nights for a swim meet and we needed a decent hotel located fairly close to the swim center. The Plaza Inn did it for us. On Saturday & Sunday, our swimmers needed to be in the pool at the time that breakfast started at the hotel. We were very surprised that we were served supper and quiet pleased. It saved us going out and trying to find something to eat that night. The swimming pool was nice and clean. Our room was small but clean and had all we needed for our stay. We felt secure with the locked gate in the back. All in all we very pleased with the motel.

The hotel was a very nice and clean hotel. The staff was very nice. They had free breakfast and dinner very convenient. The pool was clean but at times a little crowded. I think what would really help this hotel is if the fence was fixed. I am already wanting to go back I was very pleased.

This is a decent hotel with a good staff. The beds are small (2 full sized beds are more like 2 large twin), but comfortable. It is a good midway location with easy access to the museums, aquarium, USS Lexington, and Padre Island. The surface roads around here are awful though. The hotel breakfast buffet is nice, with hot eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc. […] The evening snack has been a reasonably satisfying meal most nights, but one night was just salad and nacho chips. The staff and hotel were pretty good. The other guests were annoying, loud, and felt entitled to abusing the staff, hotel, and especially the breakfast/snack bar. Might stay here again, but I didn't see it coming this time.

This hotel offers a complimentary breakfast buffet that was nice. In the evening they offer complimentary snacks and drinks. Getting to the hotel is a little tricky if you aren't paying attention. The staff was very nice and I had a very pleasant stay. The price out weighs having to buy breakfast and dinner.

THE PLAZA TRIES VERY HARD TO EMULATE EMBASSY SUITES BUT IT'S NOT HAPPENING. GOOD TRY THOUGH. SOMETIMES THAT MAYBE ENOUGH.

Clean, affordable and easy to get to anywhere in the city.

Last minute reservation made- only place I could get so I was stuck with a "smoking room". The bathroom was very clean but the decor was very old. Those non-smoking hotels are worth it. Breakfast in lobby was very good!

Everything else was OK. I always like a free meal and drinks. No complaints. Just keep in mind this is a 2 star hotel and everything is OK

Everything (service, cleanliness, location, condition, comfort) was all okay, but only okay. The carpets, bathrooms, bedsheets, and room chairs should be updated soon. The location was along a fairly convenient highway headed toward downtown, but surrounding neighborhood was nothing special. My sister and i enjoyed our stay at the Plaza Inn. It was conveniently located right on the highway and close to two beaches we wanted to visit. It is only a 45 minute drive to the Port Aransas Ferry and about 15 minute drive to the Corpus Christi beach. While staying at the hotel we enjoyed a complimentary dinner which was very good. It was taco night. […] The staff was friendly and good with directions and the room was nicer than expected. It didnt have that humid feeling like other hotels have had and it was a good size. The hotel facility and services was very good.

Free breakfast in morning, free drinks/hot appetizers in the evening, comfortable beds, great customer service! What more could one want?

room was clean and so was bath area...could stand just a little more water pressure in the shower but the but otherwise a very pleasant stay. PS the room did not have that old room smell you find in some of these hotels and the iron was even ok....not beat up and not drop cracked I would stay here again....

Overall this Hotel was well maintained, the breakfast and dinner was well done especially for the price of the hotel and free dinner alcoholic drinks was welcome after a long day!

It was a great experience, great room, great pool, and mostly great breakfast and dinner.

Positives: Friendly and helpful staff; yummy breakfast with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, pastries, etc.; complementary snacks (hot dogs, baked potatoes, etc.) and alcoholic drinks in the afternoon; discount tickets to the State Aquarium; 10 minutes to the Lexington & Aquarium. Negatives: Booked a non-smoking room, but was told at check-in […] that there were no non-smoking rooms available; double beds. Just FYI: Plaza Inn is about 20 minutes from the beach. The hotel itself was extremely nice, free dinner and drinks at night and breakfast in the morning. An excellent value for the price, with very nice, clean rooms. The surrounding area was questionable upon arrival. Gated parking area around the hotel and a shodding looking neighborhood.

Upon arrival, our room was ready, clean and staff very nice...We called up later in evening and asked front desk if another room was available for our son who also arrived unexpectedly, they were very nice and let us reserve the room under our name until we could get back which turned out to be midnight..rooms were clean,and comfortable, area is a bit […] industrial but we heard no noises during the night..our son checked out the next morning as we stayed another night...our son called us late that 2nd night to inform us he had left his phone charger in his room, we asked about it that night but no one could help until morning...upon checkout the next day we asked about charger and they checked room and they did return it to us with a smile...all in all very good service and comfortable stay...would recommend to others... อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We couldn't be happier to have selected the Plaza Inn! Our plan was to spend our Saturday on the beaches of Mustang Island where there's no jelly fish and then spend Sunday the 4th of July on Corpus Christi beach (a jelly fish bonanza) to watch the fireworks display off of the USS Lexington, so we needed a room within driving distance of both places. The […] Plaza Inn fit our budget, the staff was really friendly, the continental breakfast was delicious and our room was comfy even though we didn't spend much time in it. The only thing missing was a min-fridge but this is certainly not a deal breaker. My sister and I traveled to Corpus Christi to do some geaneology research. We selected this hotel because it was close to the airport. The staff, especially Olga, was extremely helpful and pleasant. The happy hour with food and drink was a nice perk. We recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Hot breakfast, hot evening meals, free drinks, very friendly staff, beautiful lobby, secure building and parking, location right off main freeway, easy to find. Vanity area in room very small, no room for "stuff", sheets thin and scratchy, mattress not the best, skimpy on amenities, only three pillows for king bed, maid left bedspread on floor entire […] 3 days we were there.
