Not at all pleased with the room rate provided by Hotels.com of $125 + tax, which supposedly included our AARP discount for a room which otherwise would not have been rented. Had to wake the desk attendant upon our arrival. quite confusing to get into parking lot other than that the hotel itself is good to go.

The employees were friendly and helpful. Impressive welcome on TV. Convenient to retail stores. Felt safe. Good breakfast choices.

The friendliness of the staff is amazing. For example, my GPS took me to a location well removed from the motel. When I called, I got Candis on the phone. With a few simple questions she was able to determine where I was, and gave me clear directions to the motel. Once there, one of the rooms was not ready. The staff was great. I forgot my razor and they had one along with shaving cream. When I asked about a late checkout, they provided with no hassle.

The overall room was nice, but the hallways and room smelled horrible of cold igarette smoke! The carpets must be removed and replaced in order to make the area designated non-smoking to not smell.

The morning host was most amazing this is the kind of person that we want to experience when I travel her energy uplifted my and my sisters morning I am sorry that I didnt get her name that didnt seem to matter but with this review I want all to know that hosipility is tops We will stay here again because of this

The staff is the greatest. Although the hotel is physically placed in an odd location, it is close to a variety of things. Side note- if you are using your GPS you have to put in Hampton Drive not Circle. Otherwise you will end up in Laurel Hill! About 15 mins away!!!

This hotel is very nice, updated except televisions are old. Staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The only problem is there is a motel next door that seems like a truck stop hotel.
