The beds are not long enough for tall people, we had 2 doubles. 2 queens would have been more comfortable.

Some plumbing problems but other than that, pretty good.

Booked two double-Quinn bed rooms. Upon arrival were told that only one king available. Wanted to charge us extra $ for getting additional bed in the room. Hotel charges for everything, the use of refregirator, microwave.

When visiting the area, I stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was nice, clean, and the hotel was in excellent condition - offering a very nice gym. Unfortunately, the morning greeter in the restaurant (a man) was rather unfriendly - treating me as if I was bothering him -- he needs an attitude correction. Very nice hotel. Bar was great for a late night cocktail and something to eat. Resturant was great for dinner as well. Staff was pleasent. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel room was very comfortable and the staff was great. The only complaints that I have was that the phone by the bed did not work and their convenience store had a limited inventory.

I've stayed in Westin Hotels all over the country for work and I was very disappointed by my experience at this particular Westin. I had actually stayed here two years ago when it was fairly new and it was very nice. However, the maintenance and up keep has not been good. The pool was absolutely disgusting. Hair, bugs, and all manner of flith created […] a layer of pool scum on the surface. My 6-year-old who was looking forward to a swim was disapointed when I told him that I didn't think it was a good idea. A lightning storm the night before knocked out the main elevators so only a single service elevator took guests from floor to floor. From the moment of check in my experience at this hotel was horrible. The bellman watched me carry in my own bags and did not say a word to me. Then the accounting dept posted unauthorized charges to my check card 2 weeks after I checked out. When I called the hotel to report this incident everyone that I spoke with told me that they would call me back […] and did not. Very nice accommodations....great staff....very clean...great atmosphere.

The room is very clean and neat. However, the AC in the room is very noisy; I can hear the AC roaming whole night. Also, the room is designed NOT sound isolated. I can hear the person coughing in next room and chatting in the aisle.

Every employee we encountered were extremely friendly. The room was clean. It was quiet and slept great on a very comfortable bed.

Based on online pictures, many hotels become a disappointment...not this one. It was great! The hotel was beautiful, the room, very clean and well-appointed. The mattresses were very comfortable. I would definitely go back should our needs require it.

Impressed with this hotel. Lobby area and bar near lobby were elegant and modern. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the air conditioner in the room seemed to not be working. I could have just been using it incorrectly but I could not seem to cool the room down. Additionally, breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was pitiful but […] may have been because of multiple crowds arriving at the same time and me simply being there at a bad time for the staff. Excellent Hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. The restaurant was excellent. It is also close to all main roads. Had a great experience!!

Book a double, requested early check-in. Early check-in was not available so I checked my bags at the hotel and returned later. Once I returned I was given a king and told there were no more doubles availables. Now, I was the 1st person to arrive that day for check-in and now I don't have a bed to sleep in and there are no roll-aways available. Hotel was great, except for the noise control. You could hear everyone that walked down the halway, plus you could hear convesations from the adjoining room. Except for that, I was very satisfied.

I have stayed at this property numerous times. This was the first time my experience was less then stellar. Room cleanliness, and service was poor. This is the first time I used hotels.com to book my stay at this hotel, so I hope that has nothing to do with the lack of quality service I received.
