"thrifty and nice"

"GREAT STAY.."
Friendly staff..our room was clean, ready and waiting for us. Three of us traveled from WV to Lexington, Ky for a concert and being 3 girls in an unfamiliar town we felt pretty safe. "Best Western Hotel - Paris, Kentucky"
When we got to our room we noticed a few things that were not up to par. First we were in a non-smoking room and the bed spread had a cigarette burn, the faucet in the tub was leaking and the door did not close entirely - maybe it was our room that needed the repairs?
