Clean room, indoor pool, great staff. Nice breakfast in the morning and location is nice for meeting colleagues to meetup before heading out for the day.

Nice hotel and rooms but if your a light sleeper don't stay here cause to close to highway and noise keep me.

Location was convenient but roads were one couldn't go directly to the hotel because of the roads. Very friendly staff.

Stayed here for three nights over a weekend. This hotel has been redone since I was here last. Rooms are clean w modern decor. Hallway & rooms all smelled a bit damp but this tends to be common in all hotels there due to lots of rain. Breakfast: good food, very efficient & polite service. Didn't use pool or exercise room.

The staff here is very nice. The cleaning personal was super friendly. They honestly were more nice then those at the desk. I would stay here again. Great location the state mall is no less than 5 minutes away.

Towels were thin like sand paper. It is a very basic motel.

Everything was wonderful. The only glitch we had was trying to get our room keys to work. It took 3 trips to the front desk to get one that would work. Another guest passing by commented they had the same issue. After the third try we were told not to put our cell phones near the keys because it would deactivate it. Two sets of the keys were not put […] near our cell phones, but we still had the problem. The staff was very attentive in trying to fix the problem. Love the room design. I don't know which employee was misinformed but we called before booking a room and asked if we could get a room with 2 queen beds and a couch or a pullout bed or something. We were told that was no problem, so we went on and reserved a room. We get to the hotel and when we go into the room there is only the 2 queen beds. I went back downstairs and […] informed the very nice lady behind the desk and she said she was very sorry and she would have a pullout bed sent right up. We attended the lsu game and upon return there was still no extra bed. I again went back downstairs to try to get them to bring one up. I was informed by the man behind the desk that there was no way they could bring a bed up because they don't allow a 3rd bed to be in the rooms.... That is not what we were told at all and he was very rude about it and kept cutting me off when I simply tried to explain that it was the whole reason we had even booked a room with them. My friend had to sleep in a chair! We asked if they could bring us a couple of extra pillows and blankets to at least try to make a spot on the floor for them. They brought one pillow and a sheet.... I had to send them back down to get an actual blanket. As for the 4 stars on the cleanliness, there was an empty vodka bottle left in a corner of the room that we noticed upon first entering the room. Other than that I don't have any complaints. Great clean hotel, book it for a family trip to the blue bayou & it was excellent choice, near the park and near many restaurants to choose from (parrains is delicious) would defintely recommend for the price and cleanliness
