Great all the way around.

I had a very good time with my girlfriend. The rooms were very clean. My only concerns are I wish the beds were bigger like queen size, I'd like to see more rooms equipped with refrigerators and microwaves. Very comfortable clean room. Breakfast was good and the lady downstairs was great to ensure that we had anything we wanted at breakfast. Her attitude helped to make breakfast great! I stay too many places with rude staff.

The room was very clean and renovated. I felt very safe in the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The neighborhood was a safe and pleasant suburb. Only 10-15 minutes from Boston. Great value for a comfortable stay. I recommend this hotel highly!

Room was good, check in took longer than it should have, no table in the room made it hard to eat there.

The hotel was small and did not hve any views at all (unless you count the roof of the America Joe's). The walls were paper thin, we were able to hear the toilet flush in the room next to ours. However the hotel was clean maintained well and the staff were surperb. Which made the stay very nice.

Not typical Hampton Inn experience that my wife and I expect. Setup of room was awkward and bathroom design poor and small. However it was located right off I-95 north of Boston and not far from commuter rail or I-93. I gave it a 3/5 rating mostly for location not comfort. Staff friendly however.

The only issue I encountered was when I booked in on Hotels.com I was confirmed to have a Smoking room which the hotel does not offer. This should be resolved for future bookings.

We enjoyed our stay and kids loved it! Even though there was not much for kids to do, we will definetly go back soon!! Very clean and very comfortable!!

This hotel is very nice and clean and in a good location if you are catching the train into Boston. The walls in the hotel are very thin though. We could hear people talking and going to the bathroom in rooms next to ours.

My reservation was for a king bed non-smoking. I received a double.

Parents and 2 kids, room was big enough and bkfast was great for the kids. I wish we could link Hotels.com with HHonnours so everything is connected

Did not have hot water for shower either morning , and CBS did not work on any tv's in the hotel . Staff didnt seem too concerned about it , and doubt if they even reported it .

The hotel and it's staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was fantastic. My children loved making their own Belgian Waffles! What a surprise! The hotel is in a great location with restaurants and stores right across the street and only about a mile from the commuter rail that takes you to North Station. Convenient to Boston. Right at junction of Rt 95 & Rt 93. Clean, friendly, great breakfast. Would stay there again.

I requested a room with a king bed and upon checking in, there were no rooms with king beds available. I paid more on hotels.com for a king bed, but the hotel told me that all rooms were the same rate. I accepted the standard room for that night. The next day, I spoke with the hotel manager and he told me that upon checking out, he would provide me […] with a receipt stating that i was not provided with the room type I reserved so that I would have documentation of the situation. At the time of checking out, the same hotel manager denied ever telling me this. Also, this hotel seems to cater to a lot of high schools. Hotel staff gave our room away to a tour group from Canada, so we were stuck with the only room they had left.. A small double size bed for two people. The bed was so small, one of us slept on the floor. It was also a handicap room. Breakfast was terrible as well. Nothing positive to say about this hotel. This was a typical Hampton with the breakfast being the icing on the cake, it went beyond continental with scrambled eggs, sausage and a waffle griddle. Recommended

This hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Easy to get to, 15 minutes from Boston and 15 minutes to Salem. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included with the room. It was more than we expected. Other conveniences were that they have a restaurant attached to the hotel which was nice after a long day of sightseeing.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that I could hear the people in the next room very clearly talking, sneezing, etc.

Good location, convenient to rte 128 and rte 93. There needs to be more space (shelves, perhaps) next to the sink for toiletries.

Things were fine in the hotel but our room phone did not work properly and even after a third request nothing was done to fix the problem plus staff at the front desk should know about what is long distance and what is not. great room, good location, good breakfast.

The hotel is 20min from Boston and the commuter rail in Woburn is a 15 min walk or a 2 min drive. The hotel does offer complimentary shuttle service to the commuter rail but only till 4pm (little early if you ask me). Hotel staff was very friedly and helpful. Good bang for buck for the location and ease to downtown Boston.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hampton. It was very clean, the staff pleasant and the breakfast was very good. It was also very close to shopping and had a great restaurant attached to it. We spent most of our days in the heart of Boston and it was very accessible from this hotel. I would definitely recomment it and also stay there again. This hotel is a short drive from Boston, but for a twenty minute extra drive you will save sixty or more dollars and stay in a hotel that is cleaner and in much better shape than the budget hotels in Boston. The staff is friendly and the neighborhood safe. I will stay here again.

Loved it. The staff were friendly the room was very clean and the complimentary breakfast awesome. Great smiles from everyone all round and sorted out the issue with being over charged on my phone bill immediately. Awesome service!!!

This was a great stay, but I ended up in one of the ADA accessible rooms on the first floor. The shower utilized a hand shower instead of a traditional shower head which was wasn't my favorite and the window didn't have any type of sheers (just blinds) so I felt like I was in a fish bowl with the blinds open or in a cave with them shut. This hotel was all we needed for a one night stay in Mass. Right off the highway and within 20 min. of the North End of Boston and Salem. Perfect!

Room had some maintenance items and when brought to attention of management they were quickly rectified.

The hotel was very clean and the personnel were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the bathroom was tiny and the lighting (so I was told) made it impossible to apply makeup in there. Close to Boston and Salem, a good place to stay.

Very convenient to downtown Boston without the high price tag - Mexican restaurant two blocks away was Amazing!!! Close to super market and mall!

Old hotel in noisy area. Beds were doubles, not queens, and the rooms were very small. Limited parking next to hotel. not up to quality standard expected for this brand lodging.

I would stay there again. It would have been nice if they had a pool and a real gym but for the money iIthink it is a great place to stay. Very clean, comfortable. and friendly staff. Also great breakfast.
