Econo Lodge - Brookhollow - ฮูสตัน

Hotel is run down but and beds are not confortable but if you need cheap it works. The room wasn't filthy but I wouldn't call it clean either. What they are calling breakfast is not almost non existant and is served in the lobby about 10x15 in size where you check in.

I make it a point to stay somewhere that offers free Breakfast.....but this was very bad. Expired Goods

This was more than worst which I can think, everything was bad

UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS TERRIBLE PILLOWS HARD TO FIND LOCATION A/C NOT ON AT ARRIVAL WHEN TEMP WAS 108 TOOK TOO LONG FOR ROOM TO BECOME BEARABLE VERY MEAGER BREAKFAST OFFERINGS LESSON: YOU PAYMFORWHAT YOU GET !

I've stayed at many Econo Lodge before, but this was just a bad experience from the start. There was absolutely no concern on the part of the folks at the front desk that I had reserved a non-smoking room. This location was managed by a husband and wife team or at least seemed that way. The wife was more professional than the husband. But they insisted […] on saying that I had reserved a smoking room. Since I had paid in advance and they kept saying that there were no more non smoking rooms available. I ended up staying at a very unpleasant "smoking" room. Also, I showed them my laptop containing my Hotel.com confirmation screen and the room type: "Standard King Non Smoking" but it didn't help my case or they simply didn't care. This hotel is disgusting I checking in checked into a 2nd room b/c the 1st was filthy & not cleaned from the party prior or whoever had the room. I complained and they put me in another room that smelled so bad of smoke & couldn't move me. The room was disgusting too. I checked out the 2nd day after I found a better place to stay. I complained to the […] owners/ management and they said there was nothing they could do and charged my card for nights I wasn't even there. I'm disputing this now with AMEX. It says free coffee all day on the web site, but did not provide that. Went for breakfast bit late by approx 1hr. They were hesitant to provide breakfast, but in the end they provided milk for cornflakes. Bed frame is very untidy. Toilet seat is broken.

Totally disappointing

uncomfortable bed/ hot room, air conditioner had to run all night to finally cool room. Out of the way on a dead end street difficult to find. Hotel clerk barely spoke english and could not understand anything she said. And what appeared to be blood stains on bedspread.
