Crowne Plaza Downtown Denver - เดนเวอร์

An average hotel with a friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast buffet was mediocre but it included a good selection of fresh fruit.

I was very disappointed in the quality at this hotel. I thought Crowne Plaza had higher standards than to just mask over an old hotel.

Very satisfied is a very good rating in my book. Rarely do I give the highest rating because I expect cleanliness comfort and service. The Crowne Plaza Denver was the right hotel in the right place for my need at the right price - good value for the money. The people there were very friendly and service oriented.

first morning there and NO HOT WATER. They tried their best to ignore the issue but NO HOT WATER... cold shower and shave, bad start to the day. Also there was 4 homeless dudes sleeping on sidewalk across the street from property. I am in the industry and have stayed and this hotel previously, NEVER AGAIN

We arrived in late from our train ride, and the staff was kind and accommodating. In fact, everyone was helpful and so nice! It is a beautiful location that is centrally located. Breakfast buffet was good, not spectacular. The location was one block from the mall and cool restaurants to eat. This was a wonderful hotel experience! We will return!

rooms are fine but lobby is ugly and stale and not elegant at all

bar tender very un attentive and bar area very plain and not very welcoming. rooms were nice and very confortable beds. good location in downtown Denver

very clean room, first had a small room, then after one night decided to move to a bigger room, the hotel manager made that very easy, good location near convention center, 16 st mall, and other surroundings near downtown

I attended a conference at the Colorado Convention Center. The hotel through hotels.com offered a great price. Service very friendly and helpful. Hotel is within easy walking distance to the convention center as well as 16th street mall. Easy to get to and from airport as the hotel is a scheduled stop for Super Shuttle. Walls are very thin and we could hear a lot from our neighbors that we would rather not have. Also, our bathtub didn't drain well. By the end of my shower, I was standing in about 1 foot of water....

This hotel is very nice. The only negative thing we can say is that the rooms are very small. The furniture whereas is nice looking is way too big for the size of the room. You hardly have room to walk in between the foot of the bed and the dresser they have sitting there. We checked in, went to dinner at Marlowe's (really good - recommend it), saw the ballet (4 blocks away at the PAC) and walked around 16th Street Mall (one block away). Had breakfast at Sam's 3, back over by the PAC. Totally convenient hotel, comfortable beds, clean, great view - we'll stay again!

Ran the Denver Half Marathon and the hotel was only a couple blocks from the start/finish line! Very convenient and great price for a downtown hotel!

Easy walk to the convention center. Clean room. Comfortable bed!

Perfect location with a lot to do nearby. Will stay here again! Will recommend to friends. Not one bad experience here. Sweet staff. Bathroom had nice Shampoo and such.

There was an issue with one of the rooms I booked so they upgraded the room I was staying in. The location is great. The rooms were clean. We left a bag in the room and they were super helpful with getting the bag shipped back to us. The discounted room is a little smaller than the regular rooms but still a good value.

I liked the location and the room was very comfortable.

Great location, happy people working always availble to answer any questions. Will recommend and stay again when in Denver.

After reading others' reviews, I only expected the Crowne Plaza Downtown to be mediocre. I was pleasantly surprised. I booked two rooms for me and three others as our last night in town as we returned from a week long backpacking trip in Estes Park. They didn't mind that we were dirty and smelly walking into the lobby with our packs. The staff, Ryan, […] in particular, was very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in a little early and on the next day, they allowed us to keep our vehicles parked in the garage while we explored Denver - as long as they didn't stay overnight. My only complaints are that we had to pay an additional fee for parking ($22, when I read that it was $20 on the website - I think it should be a smaller fee included in the hotel price, but I guess that's how they stay competetive.) and the bath tubs in both rooms were slow to drain. But building services responded right away and cleared the drain to one of the tubs. Also, there are not refrigerators in the rooms, but I think you can ask for one. The location was perfect! We were basically within walking distance of everything since we could walk a block to the 16th st mall which has a free shuttle all day and night - at least until bars close. Denver also has a bike share program with bikes you can rent at just about every other corner. There is a bike station just across the street from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Make sure you book the Crowne Plaza DOWNTOWN as there is another Crowne Plaza closer to the airport. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

First visit to Denver and the staff here really made it wonderful.

The service is fantastic! All the staff people I came into contact with were friendly and helpful. The location is great for accessing dowtown attractions. I felt safe coming and going from the hotel at night. The room was comfortable even though its on the smaller side. I'd definitely stay there again!
