EXCELENT

The hotel staff were nice and the hotel was just ok. Not horrible but not a 5 star either. I stay in top hotels all over the world and I definitely didn't mind staying here for a quick stop. I am currently doing a roadtrip with my father so we stayed here twice while passing through the area.

Dust on top of cabinet and broken lock indicates they need to do a better job cleaning and with maintenance.

better than expectations

I've stayed here periodically over the years, it's convenient for me and I know my way around from this hotel.

This is not a five star hotel but you get what you pay for. We had five in our group from ages 21 to 54 and we were all happy with comfort and amenities of rooms. Staff very helpful and the shuttle bus was a great help in getting around to Old Town, zoo and airport.

Service was rude and everything in the room was dirty pillows, sheets, towels & bedding. It was a bad smell of mildew.

Pretty shady neighborhood and the room was unsatisfactory, dirty and very "used". Missing bedside table, outdated TV, bad plumbing, and mediocre shower at best. Breakfast was a joke--do it yourself waffle maker and basic cereals. Stay somewhere else.

Great hotel. Quite, clean and comfortable.

We stayed at this motel for one night going to Las Vegas then liked it so well we stayed again on the way back! It was nice, clean and cheap! The staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was better than most. I would recommend it to others.

The location was great but not enough towels,bed was not comfortable very bad slanted to the middle room super small. I would not stay there again I guess the price was good,but like the saying goes you get what you pay for.I have paid the same though at other hotels but at least the bed was comfortable and room was cleaner.

Only one washcloth and one hand towel for 2 people, and no coffee pot in this room. We were here one week ago and the room we stayed in had a small coffee maker in it.

Room was pretty clean, heater worked pretty good, overall quality for the price was good

Great savings on our travel expenses. Only thing was only one washcloth and no hand towel in room. Other than that it fit us fine.

I reserved a non smoking king, and got a room with two queens, but I let that go, it wasnt very clean and the door was not in good shape, I wont be returning to that hotel.

The staff at front desk was very friendly. It was a good stay. The only thing is the continental breakfast was minimal. My daughter enjoyed the waffles.

This was a good hotel and everything was so close to the hotel. Great location to everything. Plus the room were clean and everything felt comfortable the whole time. And the workers there were very helpful for everything.

It's an older hotel, broken into a few buildings. The rooms are showing some wear, especially in the bathroom. The location is right next to an off-ramp on I40 that has Rumble Strips! They're annoying for guests on the south and east-facing rooms.

After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant to stay but glad I did. Room was clean and friendly staff. Great room for the money.

was super impressed with hotel on this stay because I left behind my phone charger in the room called then three days later and they did in fact have it. When I went to get it they had it baggied up with room and date of there find. Pleasant surprise!

Very comfortable stay. Nice complimentary breakfast. Very reasonable price.

It took us changing rooms three times before we finally got one that we could stay in. Either the heater didnt work, it was labeled nonsmoking but was smoking, and finally the room was dirty and I was afraid to touch the carpet with my socked feet.

Great value for the money! My only complaint was the shower water pressure, but everything else was perfect. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and smelled good. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend this Days Inn to anyone!

Good service and good room

This hotel was worn and could have used a makeover about 10 years ago. The sheets were stained, the bedspread was fraying, the wifi wasn't working and the "business center" was a lone Dell computer circa 1996. Even though I was just passing through on a road trip, I was disappointed with this Days Inn (and the fact that I couldn't even check e-mail). […] I realize it's a budget motel, but I've stayed in other Days Inn that were much, much better. One of the rooms they gave us had security issues which they did not inform us of prior to giving us the room.

Called to make sure there was a hot tub and paid extra to stay at this motel because I was told there was. There is no hot tub and the pool was closed for the season. Also was told there was wifi in the room. After twenty minutes on hold with tech support I was told it was down in my area and they were waiting on a part. There was wifi in the lobby […] if you didn't mind walking through the snow. The ice macine is also in a room off of the lobby. Make sure you bring a flashlight as the light in the room doesn't work. The three iron shaped and sized burns in the ironing board were only exceeded by the burns in the lamp shades. I don't even want to know how those go there! I paid about the same to spend a week in a hotel in Bangkok that was like a Hilton in comparison. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The check-in clerk was wonderful and accommodated our request when we wanted to move one of the rooms so it was adjoining. They also had a courtesy shuttle that took us whereever we wanted to go. The breakfast has a lot to be desired, even though they served waffles, it would have been nice to have fruit.

The non-smoking room didn't smell of cigarette smoke, and that was nice.

I got this motel through my Amtrak ticket and Hotels.com. The place was great and I got so much more for than the Motel 6 nearby for the same price. I left ahead of schedule and was told that I had not canceled 24 hours in advance so I would have to pay for an extra. That was not the Hotels.com policy, but the front desk argued with me. I put the Hotels.com […] on the phone with the Days Inn front desk and it was cleared up. That 24 hour notice was not the Hotels.com policy so I was able to leave early and not have to pay the extra day charge. The front desk woman blamed the problem on the fact that she had looked under "another different name" and not mine. I found that hard to believe. But, all else was great. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Room was well kept. However, the sitting chair was very old, worn and similar to a small office chair - nothing to relax in and watch tv. Bathroom area was very small and difficult to get in & out. We are of average/small build - so a large person would have real difficulty.

Air conditioning and heating system did not work and they could not provide us in another room cause there was no vacancy.

The "Days Inn" Name was tarished here, the room small not coffee pot and other items inside. Had to move from our room because it had a "water leak" in our room over our bed. Had to move to a smoking room, only room left, wife has asthma but thats all they had. Needed to clean the A/C vents which I did to try to help the breathing. My son also had a […] room there and the A/C went out in their room. Just wasn't even close to a "Days Inn' we come to know. We were in the offece just about every day. If it wasn't that Keys were not working because someone had put the wrong dates in the computer, to report a water leak in our room and the final straw was when they had the maids pack us up because of an error made in the computer about our check out date. We waited 1 1/2 hours (we called three times for update) at airport for hotel shuttle pickup that never arrived--had to take taxi. Shuttle driver told us to give taxi driver tip in front of taxi driver. Unfitted sheets came off bed all night long. Poor pillows. Evidence suggests used towels put in tub for replacement were put back on rack. Bath mat […] looked like it was used to clean car engine. Continental breakfast not replenished. Walls were soiled.
