it was ok, beds are small, and it was very exspensive for what you get. I have stayed in other hotels in a few block radius that were a little more friendly on price

Great location close to shopping, restaurants and bars. Only downside was parking which although located right in the same building as the hotel, was a bit crowded with all the convention traffic and was pricey.

I love this hotel! It is our second time staying here for a night out in Minneapolis - close to everything and just a $5 cab ride to 1st Ave where all the bars/clubs are. Very clean, front desk is very nice and helpful. I love the lobby - haven't tried the hotel's food but I'm sure it's good. The beds are so comfortable and clean. While the hotel room was nice and the overall condition acceptable, I was disappointed in the service. The phone in the room had multiple buttons to push for room service, hotel front desk, concierge, etc half did not work and when I did need to ask a question the only one that I could get anyone to answer on was at the front desk. Our family of four stayed only for a Sat. nite. The lobby was nice, the staff people were immediately helpful and accommodating. Our room was clean and ready...nice marble floors and granite bathrooms, geesh. Clean pool room and restaurant. On the downside, parking was advertised free on the website but was either valet, or a dozen dollars in the lower […] structure ( or walk your bags from another cheaper structure). Wonderful location, beautiful lobby, friendly staff amazing view but really disgusting bathroom. Not at all what I have come to expect from any Hilton. I have stayed in various Hiltons and they are my favorite. I never however thought they would allow their bathrooms to get so dirty. Almost perfect but gross enough to ruin it a bit.

We did not know what to expect when we arrived in Minneapolis, but could not have imagined such a wonderful city. The hotel was located close to most of the stores, movies, restaurants, and other sites we wanted to see. So, we walked everywhere and enjoyed the weekend and night life of the city. We stayed in room 2173 which is located next to several large utility closets. The entire time we were in the room there was a banging sound coming from the wall right next to the bed. We were told by the front desk it was the pipes. Either way it was never fixed and we got ZERO sleep. I would stay away from any of the rooms near these closets.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly in pointing out directions and suggesting restaurants. Location was close to several very good restaurants, attractions and our sons apartment.

Nice place, people were very friendly and the location is great. Pool and workout area was accesible and nice as well. Would go again, would recommend to others!

very close to all the pubs, 1st class place, very clean rooms and staff will go out of their way to please or help you! will be back!

A++ Great Hotel

Great location to walk all over Minneapolis. Right next to great restaurants and attractions. Only complaint that our thermostat did not work and we were sweating all weekend, and never could get it fixed.

Great hotel. I plan to stay there again. The staff are professional and friendly (they didn't bat an eye when I misplaced my room key) - just another reminder of why I love Minneapolis. I usually stay w/ family when I visited MSP. It was a comforting thought to know after I long day, the king size bed was waiting for me.

The pool is really small as well as the pool area for the size of the hotel. It was extremely LOUD. So loud that I couldn't hear my son when he was yelling directly in my face. It was packed with people the whole weekend and it was slimey. This is not a family friendly hotel. The weekend we stayed here the place was over run with drunk and aggressive […] dance moms. It took us over a half hour to get an elevator the day we checked out. If I would have known about the dance moms and hundreds of unsupervised teen girls we would have booked a room somewhere else!!! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The room was clean and very quiet and there was a national dance competition going on - tons of dancers running around. Very impressed. My only complaint is that the bell boys did not allow us to take a cart to unload our bags. They wanted to help which in turn they would have wanted to get tipped. It was absolutely pretty! close to everything, the skywalk, downtown, the theatres, great restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was also delicious, great service throughout the whole hotel!

Extra charges for parking and internet service. Excellent housekeeping service.

It was a good price for a great room. Will definitely be looking into it in the future.

This hotel was a fairly short drive to the Mall of America. Many pubs and steakhouses were within walking distance, as well as movie theaters. The area was clean and felt safe. The employees at the hotel were very helpful.

Nice , if a bit dated, hotel. Great pillows ! Close to every landmark in W downtown Minneapolis. Lots of restaurants, bars and, in summer , the farmers market

Such a great value for a wonderful hotel in the heart of downtown Minneapolis!! The showers were the best part!! Very clean, classy and perfect for our stay!

Great stay. Friendly service. We had a fantastic dinner and breakfast at the Skywater.
