The wait staff in the restaurant, especially the hostess and a waiter named "David", were probably the most rude and lazy restaurant staff that I've ever encountered. And, I'm a world traveler. We were extremely disappointed to find out upon arriving that the pool are was under construction. This was information that should have been shared online as that was a factor in deciding on this hotel.

The location of the hotel was certainly ideal. We were able to walk anywhere downtown and not have to worry about driving. Out of 3 hotels, we stayed in this weekend, this was probably the one we were least impressed with. Nothing special for the amount of money we spent.

Great location, walking distance to 6th st (6 blocks away but its not that far), I had a king size bed with a pull out couch: the king bed was hard and the pull out couch was much softer, make sure if your going to be arriving past normal checking in hours you call in advance so they hold your room for you, I did but the person I spoke to added in the […] notes that I would arrive around 10pm when I told them I wasn't exactly sure what time but it would be way past the check in time maybe around 12am or even 1am, my room was given away and I was barely able to check in with the last available room. My sister and I spent a recent Saturday night at the Radisson. On the most part it was a good experience. However, we were startled to hear what seemed to be motorcycles racing just past our room around 11 p.m., and we were on the 4th floor. There also appeared to be some running up and down the hall just outside our room, although the hotel requires […] a "no-party" agreement on the weekends. The only other negative comment I choose to make is more a critique than a criticism - we chose to self-park, and as we entered the garage the signage was lit in such a way that it was very difficult to read. Some clarification of where one is supposed to go as one wends way up to the 3rd or 4th floor would help. The floor markings were hard to see coming out of a bright sunny day, and the signs above were impossible to read until one got almost under them - and then it was too late to turn. On the plus side, the little bit of interaction we had with the staff at the front desk and the concierge were very positive. The room temperature was comfortable, although I personally would prefer other options than a single sheet (too cool) or a duvet (too heavy and too hot). We chose the hotel because it was within walking distance (8 blocks) of a dinner we were attending, and we needed a brief pampering. It sufficed. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

This is the perfect location for a weekend visit to Austin. We were able to walk by the river and also to downtown Austin and 6th Street, but far enough that we didn't have any noise or problems. The staff went out of their way to charge our phone and provide us with tips on where to go to eat. The Radisson perfectly suited our needs!

The days I was there no body came to freshen up my room and at checking I realized some people don't pick up the potty lid and clean under it! Gross

The hotel location is quite convenient - lots of restaurants nearby and great coffee (Medici) a block away. Even 6th street is not too far. Location of hotel was perfect! Close to convention centre for business as well as entertainment. Austin City Limits 2 blocks away & walking distance to 6th Street. Hotel was clean & quiet.

The Hotel is in a great location. My wife enjoyed the walking trails of Lady Bird Lake. The suite we had was spacious, only thing missing was a microwave.

The water smelled like FISH! When showering it smelled like you we're using river water. It was very disturbing to shower in water that made you smell like fish. GET A FILTERING SYSTEM!

Decent hotel. Rooms are clean and about the size of a room at the Holiday Inn Express. Paid for a lakeview room, but hotel said they had already given my room away. They put us in a cityview room. Loud rooms that face the street.

We really like the location, the lobby, the TGI Fridays restaurant. We walked down and around the lake, and loved it. The negatives are that the sleep number bed is not comfortable at all, woke up with a sore back. The bathroom, while clean, was out of date and cramped. Quite old and run down. Breakfast was terrible. Requested a king bed and got two double beds. No movie option on tv, parking was expensive. Overall pretty average.

Very nice, friendly service, helpful as well. It got a Starbucks and TGIF, and both are very good. Rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Will stay again if we go back to Austin, TX.

All downtown hotels are mostly good locations, and the Radisson the same. Situated on Lady Bird Lake, which is particularly good for the active outdoor type (jogging, biking, kayaking, etc), and adjacent to the bridge where you can see the famed bat colony. Nightlife abundant everywhere in Austin of course, this hotel situated good distance to 6th Street […] and the warehouse district, both stumbling distance. You could even walk to the South Congress neighborhood if you wanted to, about 15 minutes away. Really good corporate brand style of hotel, I can't point to anything superlative, but I can say everything about the hotel and service very nice and comfortable. Nice location for shows ACL Moody theater. Hotel is a little pricey for its age and upkeep. Will stay there again due only on its LOCATION.

Would stay here again if the price was right, but not my top choice in Austin. The best thing about the hotel is the location. It is right on Town Lake and you can walk out the back to the jogging trail. Otherwise, the hotel is fairly generic.

We booked a lakeside room. While we were able to see the lake, we had to look past the vast roof filled with air conditioning units. The view was very unappealing and misleading! The wallpaper was falling off the wall when you walked in the door. The curtains were partially off and hanging down. The room had an old musty smell. The king suite had a pull out couch that was not usable. It was horrible.

From the greeting at the desk for check in to the great room to the perfect location for downtown access. This is my favorite stay from the last thirty nights I have been in hotels asI travel across the country for a complete road trip of the whole US. I will definitely be back again.
