I have never been to a hotel that has bugs all around the room, when I told one of the front desk attendents, she tried to pick them up with her hands...... I explained that i had three younger including a 3yr old , and 5 month old baby.... remote had corrusion and we had to go purchase batteries... hair dryer kept smoking...and to top it off i have […] never had such RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL SERIVCE AT THE END OF CHECK OUT... the desk clerk took 10 min just to say ..she could not provide me with a receipt or could she tell me the charges... her name was JOSIE With black hair in Sleep Inn in Douglasville GA..... this was the rudest person i have ever dealt with... someone really needs to talk to this lady before you do not have any guest back.... อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We were surprised at how nice the hotel was for the price. It's an economy hotel but still has all the amenities like free Wi-Fi and basic toiletries. The television reception was a little fuzzy on some channels, but we didn't have it on much anyway. The breakfast was better than expected with plenty of choices and the staff was super nice. Very nice room for the price. A little small but fine for one night.

Room was pretty nice, it was a little bit far from the place we were going to but it wasn't that big of an inconvenience. The front desk clerk during check-in seemed a little uneasy at first (she tried to say we hadn't been charged for rooms yet, although we had; but she apologized for her mistake), but those after her were nice. They were open to allowing […] us to have visitors which was very good because we had friends in the area. The hotel was pretty quiet which was a big plus. The only issue was the top of our shower was broken and hot glued in the past which was a little awkward. The room service lady was nice, she left us clean towels and soap although we had enough. Overall I can't complain. It was very affordable and lived up to it's previous rating. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to the area. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Easy to find. Clean rooms. No pool or laundry though.

The room was clean , ac worked well and the morning breakfast was better than expected. I would stay here again.

I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL LAST YEAR WHEN I WAS IN ALANTA AND I ENJOYED THE STAY AND THE PRICE WAS GREAT I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIEND WHEN THEY ARE IN THE AREA.
