The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were comfortable. Everything I needed was in the hotel. The pool was nice. I had a great time.

Good value. Rooms were very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast at Courtyard Café – food was excellent, prices of specials were reasonable.

The last two times we have stopped in Vegas we have stayed here. Overall I would have to say that this is one the best values in Vegas. The price of the hotel is very cheap for the quality and what you get. This hotel is getting a little older and is probably in need of some renovations here and there, but overall it is still a great value. The woman […] that helped to get me checked in at the front desk was very kind and helpful and I appreciated her level of service. The rooms are fairly large and well maintained. The only complaint I have is that the carpet was looking a little worn out and the old pocket/sliding door for the bathroom didn't have a working lock. This hotel does put a $100 hold on your card until you check out and then it is removed (this took a couple of days). This hotel was very clean and the staff were all polite and helpful. The rooms are a little outdated and the bed was very hard, but the bedding was clean and that is my main concern. There is plenty of good food and it is close enough to the strip to make up for cab rates with low room cost.

The Orleans is not at all fancy. Even the rooms are very basic but spacious. The food at the buffet was excellent and so was the food at the cafe. There is a lot to do at the Hotel since it has a bowling alley, movie theater, comedy club and a pool. Great for a family. There is a free shuttle to the strip and a rental car company across the street. […] So it is very convenient. Great casino, clean. Smelled clean too. Lots of good resturants. Nice people. Not the greatest bed, but who sleeps in Vegas anyways.

Just dont make Long Distance Calls on the Hotel Room Phone.I had a mishap with my cell misplaced in Rental Car and if you use their phone they charge you $5.00 for every single call even if it was only seconds.There was no warning or notice of how much long distance calls would be a rip off . I loved the Buffet Restaurant , The Spa and Fitness Club […] Center Employees were friendly and nice. Jacuzzi and Steam Room was great fun. Ameniteis were nice everything else was GOOD.. I would not stay there again because the A/C HEATER IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. And another thing pay for the best room because our room had a really loud and hard to control thermostat on the AC you cannot turn it off you can only touch the Thermostat and it would be either uncomfortably HOT or too COLD so the A/C Heating was undesirable and a Nuisance. We picked this hotel west of the strip because we had an appointment on the west side. It worked out great. A larger room than usual, with a seating area. no frig, though. Everything we needed. Easy checkout from the TV.Would stay here again.

I only have one problem that you charge another $6.00 besides the charge of rent which is already high price. You should just have one price, so it would not be a surprise to find out I have to pay extra, which you do not give an option for the customer to say to to it.

I much prefer being away from the snarled traffic on the strip, but also like being near the strip. Hotel is getting a bit run down, but is fighting well to remain nice. But the price is a bargain, and the parking is always a cinch! Strip hotels are mostly overrated, more expensive, and inconvenient if you have your own car.

I booked online. When I registered they did not have my room that I payed for. The lady at front desk acted like she did not care and was rude about the situation. She did not try to work w me at all. She just gave me another room with out question or my opinion.

The beds and pillows were hard. Hotel seems old. Towels had bad odor. Sewer like smell near valet entrance.

Really liked staying at the Orleans. It's a very clean hotel (confirmed this on bedbugsregistery.com. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend and will stay again at the Orleans.

The front desk was rude and acted like I was bothering them, when I got it the room, luckily in had double queen, because one of the beds sheets were dirty, there was hair in the tub, and coffee pot had build up on it. Won't stay there again. Poor service, too much cigarette smoke and lots of low end people just hanging out. Did not feel comfortable at the hotel.

We're glad we didn't have to be there too long. Fast and friendly check in added additional unknown charges. The maids had strategically placed they welcome signs over rips and holes in top covers. Who did think they were fooling? Clean and bleached room with serious permanent stains on all carpeting. We attended a three day event that was held at the Orleans. The set up was great and there is enough at the hotel that you really don't need the strip. Even though the hotel and casino are older it is clean and comfortable. We had a great time and will be back next year for the event!

First, a disclaimer: we are not typical Las Vegas travellers. We were passing through in between mountain bike destinations. That said, we were pleasantly surprised by Vegas and The Orleans. The good: customer service was excellent: they accommodated our request to bring bikes inside to the safety of the room and the room (single king) was clean & spacious. […] The not so good: the room smelled a bit like dirty socks (maybe because there are no fans in the bathroom??); and we had issues logging into wireless internet, and got scammed by a provider that looked like it was affiliated with the hotel but wasn't - but then didn't provide wireless service after paying for it. Wireless does cost extra - it's a separate company, and they bill by the day. Once we got the correct network everything worked well, and The Orleans did try hard to rectify the mistake, sending up a computer tech to the room, etc. The location was ok but it is a bit too far from The Strip to walk, and you do NOT want to drive there. We took the city bus (201) which is cheap (get the 24 hour or 3 day pass) and easy. Being Canadian, we didn't realise smoking was still allowed inside public buildings, and the casino is smoky, although not as bad as it could be - the air circulation system does work well. You have to walk through the casino to get to any part of the hotel, even if you're not playing. All told, we got lots for the price of the room, and ended up staying longer than intended as a result. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very comfortable with a couch and chair in an alcove away from the beds so that the lamp didn't bother those who like to sleep later. Very clean! Several places to eat at reasonable rates.

The Rooms at the Orleans are much bigger than other properties i have stayed at.The buffet is great, and the convenience of a movie theatre is a bonus .

Everything I needed was within the casino/hotel and the price was great! I'm hoping they eventually give free wifi for charging the "resort fee" that a lot of Vegas hotels are charging now.

Good value for money, Good to have coffee in room but no 'tea' option. easy to find, and minimal 'resort' fee, will go back again!!
