พนักงานน่าอัศจรรย์มากและสระว่ายน้ำนั้นก็ยอดเยี่ยมเป็นพิเศษ แท๊กซี่จากโรงแรมไปสนามบินก็คุยตลกมากเท่าที่เคยเจอและราคาถูกกว่าที่เช็คออนไลน์มา ผมมีเวลาที่เยี่ยมเลยที่นี่ .....แต่อาหารเช้าน่าจะดีกว่านี้นะ....

ที่โรงแรม twin towers นั้นมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ดีและมีพนักงานที่น่ารักเป็นกันเองและให้ความช่วยเหลือได้มาก อาหารเช้าก็หลากหลายและรสชาติดีมาก ฉันได้นวดที่โรงแรมมันทำให้รู้สึกดีมากเลย สระว่ายน้ำที่นี่ก็ดีมากอีกเช่นกัน บอกตามตรงฉันมีความรู้สึกที่ดีกับ 2 วันที่อยู่ที่นี่และฉันจะกลับมาที่นี่อีกครั้ง

โรงแรมขนาดใหญ่มากและมีสระว่ายน้ำที่ดูดี บริเวณใกล้เคียงพอดูได้แต่ใช้เวลาประมาณ 5 นาทีในการเดินทางเข้ากลางเมืองโดย รถตุ๊กๆหรือแท็กซี่ ห้องพักขนาดใหญ่มากพร้อมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันแต่ค่อนข้างเก่าและห้องน้ำที่ไม่ดีเลย(มีคราบราบนม่านอาบน้ำ) จากทั้งหมดนี้เป็นไปตามคาดสำหรับโรงแรมระดับ 3 ดาว พนักงานพร้อมให้ความช่วยทำให้เราประทับใจมาก

Three of us stayed at Twin Towers on 3 separate occasions during our time in Thailand. We used the trains on 2 occasions, so it was a convenient location. Our first night 2 of us were given a suite because there were no rooms available with twin beds as requested, and a roll-away cot was provided for separate sleeping in the sitting area. On the second […] visit we were able to leave most of our luggage at the hotel for 3 nights in order to take minimum luggage to the beach, and then returned for 2 more nights before leaving Thailand. The staff was very accomodating in that, and currency exchange, etc. But we found it unusual that there were a coffee pot and cups in the room, but we had to pay for the coffee and tea. There wasn't even a continental breakfast offered, either. The carpets needed a cleaning, but otherwise the room was comfortable enough. this hotel is really very very good. Although English is very basic among the staff (my problem), they were more than helpful and pleasant. With about 5/6 restaurants in the hotel to choose from (all very cheap by hotel standars) you didn't really need to go out and eat. The rooms all exceptionally clean and well appointed

Very old, out dated hotel. We got the delux suite and it was very basic. The bathroom was terrible!! They charged us for Internet as well to make a phone call!! The concierge and staff all struggled with or spoke no English. I wouldn't reckon end it.

The rooms were neat and clean but the mattress were not good at all and the floor carpets were a little smelly. A bit slow to service, they need more English speaking staff. Overall a decent place to stay, close to MBK and Siam center

Im a regular customer with Twin Towers. I like room is very spacious and clean. All the staff are friendly My comliment especially the information staff knowledgeable and helpfull. I have a pleasant stay during my visit there.When I visit Bangkok I'm sure to check in to this hotel.Value for money.

Location OK but peak hours hard to get taxis to go back to hotel. The room do not have comforter. They gave blanket which my nose v sensitive to wool. Breakfast is good!

When I arrived some of the letters on top of the hotel did not lit. I thought - well that is not really professional, let's see what's inside. Inside they have a nice and spacious lobby. Reception works slow. Luggage handling on the other hand is very good - bags taken at the entrance and then delivered to the room asap. Breakfast restaurant looked […] cheap, staff was not cleaning tables so people had to wait to sit in the morning. TV in the room was just an old CRT TV, and because I've not seen those in ages I could easily hear some sort of low pitch noise when it was on. Also one of the ligths in the room wood flash at night from time to time unless you switch the aircon off or switch the bar light on. What a bizzare thing... It takes 20 mins to get to the closest BTS station on foot. Hotel taxi service is a rip off, they would charge 200B for the same journey. If you ask the luggage guys to call you a taxi it will be the yellow ones, still will overcharge you as hotel staff gets commissions. Your best bet to stop the pink or yellow/green taxi-meter cars just outside of the hotel. For example on the pink taxi from the hotel to DMK airport costs 350 including tall roads. First room service I ordered was delivered after 45 mins (25 promised), so I had to cancel it as had to go. Second time was quick. Apart from the luggage staff no one will tell you hello properly. I have been a Twin Towers hotel guest in the past ten years. Bell boy service is poor as they do not help guest to flag taxi or carry luggages anymore. Reception service is poor because new staff doesn't know how to locate guest booking and you have to wait long to check-in. House keeping and room service are worst, ask guest to wait half an hour or […] more for an extra pilliow and go down to lobby to get a hot water flash? i booked standard room , when i check in , no standard room available , all occupied . but the reception gave free upgrade to Executive room.. Room very clean, generous in size, Friendly reception. Only location is not so convenient. you need to take taxi , but available always in front of hotel. over all very good. value for money.

We only booked this hotel because its close to the train station, we had to be up at 5am for an early train to Cambodia. Its an ok hotel, in an ok area, we only slept there really. Nothing negative to say.

Ok, but no wifi. You have to pay 11 usd for 1 day Wifi in the room. A total downer for me. It shall allways be free.

Was nice because of the price, just a big hotel but a bit out dated. Reception were hopeless and no free wifi - every Hotel you pay good money for these days should have free Wifi and if it is paid internet a reasonable proce and good speeds. Only stayed one night so can't complain too much.

We had a short stay here in an upgraded room. I would not use my money on a bigger room as it is only bigger and in no way better then a standard room. I would simplly not suggest this hotel to anyone. When you enter the hotel lobby you will find it to be very nice...decorated with very good lights and has a huge area. But when you ener your room you will ealize that the rooms are old. it was good hotel for the price we paid , it is not far from train station which is coming from airport , ticket 2.5 euro , taxi to hotel 1 euro within 35 in hotel , taxis and tuck tuck available all time in front of hotel , easy to find hotel back , but hotel is away from live areas market and bars , 15 min 1 euro tucktuck to the areas

This hotel is not new, but clean and well-equipped. I like the open swimming pool on the 5 floor which operates till midnight. Rooms are big enough with teamaker but there was not tea. I chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the main railway station, Hua-Lamphong, which was a good decision. Unfortunately, where the hotel failed is in the quality of its facilities. The porter was great - assisting immediately on sight but when I arrived at the desk, things quickly went south. When it came to my turn, I watched as they passed my booking from one to the other. It took way longer than any other hotel I'd stayed at in Bangkok. The breakfast service and food quality was below average. A rather unfriendly lady took our coupons and then we proceeded to organise our breakfast. I accept that the hotel cannot be blamed for the conduct of the other guests, but I believe that if the restaurant was better organised, the guests wouldn't behave so badly. The food wasn't as good as any of the other four Bangkok hotels I'd stayed at previously. The room was good and the floor staff were very friendly too, so good marks for them. Unfortunately, the towels we had were threadbare and pretty old. Arrived more than 2 hours early and without problem I got another room that was ready instead of the room booked that hadnt been cleaned yet. Liked the breakfast buffé - much to choose from. Pool area is very nice. In all a very comfy stay. Location is handy too.
