the room smell and the breakfast was horrible

My room was supposed to be a non-smoking but as soon as I opened the door the smell of smoke, feet and Hiyney saturated us, Plus the sank had a big crack in it and the tub had a four foot brown stain in it. And the room A/C didn't blow until I cleaned the filter. I rated It as a overall 2 out of ten.

Carpet was torn, bed was rock hard, shower was broken, fridge didn't work, remote kept unprogramming itself, tweekers fighting in the next room, don't bring your kids! Don't stay here if you like sleep! Will never stay again. Suites are a JOKE!

Go up on prices, charge more than what you booked the room for, no hot water and the tub would not drain.

Check in is at 3, we got there at 4 and were told our room wasn't cleaned yet, and they couldn't tell us when it would be ready. Front desk was not friendly or helpful. The hotel was very conveniently located. The price was fair. It is not a new or luxurious hotel but it was very comfortable!! The beds were super soft and the room's air/heat worked perfect!! The bathtub had some plumbing issues, not a big deal. It was ok, it was close to the casinos and front desk was nice. I would actually stay there again. I did […] not have breakfast there so I do not know anything about that. Overall, ok for the price, I'm not a whiner, I just stayed for a night. It was cheap, it was comfortable. The front desk clerk was very friendly. The rooms are small, but have what you need. The side chair was a light color and dirty. We reserved two Queen beds but when I put the standard memory foam mattress topper I carried with me from my bed at home on the bed it fit perfectly. We talked to the front desk and were informed that they were considered […] Queens. NO WAY. The beds was also hard as a rock even with the memory foam. It was shabby and rundown and I was overcharged when I made the reservation. Others staying the night were charged far less. I was wripped off.

We had come into town for the Mardi Gras parade and wasn't really planning on staying the night. Luckily, they still had a few rooms available and my family and I really enjoyed staying there.

We drove from Dallas to do some gambling for the night. All the rooms at the casino were full so we decided to stay here cause it was only a 3 minute drive to the Horseshoe. Cool little pub/bar across the street. CONS-The room stunk!! It was awful, smelled like mildew. There was a mini fridge in the room, however it didn't work. The ice machine down the hall didn't work either. The furnishings in the room were at least 20 years old (including the bed). Probably why the room smelled so bad. The AC didn't work properly either. We kept it on all night and it felt like we were just running the fan. I swear to you the carpet had mold. This place was NASTY!! Oh and I saved the best for last. On our way out (after check out) right in front of the doors to the lobby was a nice little pink baggie with some white powerdy substance in it. I didn't even touch it.
