It was well worth the price we paid online. No negatives.

The breakfast selection was one of the worst I've seen. Cereal, white bread or waffles. But what do you want for a great low room rate. This was not my first choice but the other place tried to up their rate at book it stage. I got this room just to send the message that bait and switch is not how you do business.

Hotel is close to places to eat at

The Days Inn Albuquerque West is a great, clean place to stay. Our room was spacious, very clean and the staff was courteous and efficient. Our stay was very enjoyable. This is a nice place to stay for economy minded travelers on a budget but who still demand cleanliness.

The first night that we got to our room it was clean we noticed a stain on the floor in front of the door could of been blood don't know the bed was comfortable no tissue refill in bathroom no trash bags in garbage cans in room we did not make coffee in the room but we did manage to make it down for breakfast one morning it was waffles, cereal, toast, […] apples ,juice ,coffee the coffee was awful the milk for the cereal was left out on the counter and it is a small area. The next night we got back to the room it had not been cleaned the trash not dumped no clean towels and no tissue we called down stairs and the only towels they had were the pool towels and the guy said we were the second people to call and say are rooms were dirty he also said that the manager will be in Monday. Our recent stay at Days Inn Albuquerque West was satisfactory. We had a little trouble at first in finding the motel, but found it convenient once we knew how to get there. We felt safe and secure in this modestly priced facility.

Decent place to stay for a night. Hotel staff stays behind glass wall. Safe for them but bad for me? Contennental Breakfast seemed a little sparce. Waffles and cereal. Room seemed to be clean and good for the price.

This was our second trip through the area and also our second stay at this Days Inn location. My mother and I couldn't remember why we hadn't let my children swim in the pool the last time around, but NOW I remember. It is the most filthy, scum filled, green, swamp looking mess that I have ever encountered. I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. There are just minor things that need repair or touch up on the wall where it looked like some one nicked it with a sharp edge.

This hotel was decent for how cheap it was. The staff was friendly. The room was clean, though outdated and not in perfect condition. It works if you are just looking for a place to stop for the night. Next to a few other hotels and right off the highway.

Stayed for one night. The room has a small refrigerator and a microwave, which was a convenient. Some cleaning staff can't speak English.

Disgusting hotel!

Affortable, convenient locatiion, nice and comfortable

Do not book this hotel for any reason. The hotel maintenance is horrible, dirty rooms, old blankets and sheets (maybe 5 years old at least), sink drain was clogged, dirty bathroom, Wireless Internet does was not working. Altho near the Interstate with its noises as the only negative, the management is very helpful, self-service breakfast is quite adequate and the price more than reasonable. We have stayed there several times

if you get a room for a cheap price it's okay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that they did not have a microwave, although they did have a refigerator and a coffee machine, for which I am so grateful. My hotel room was a nice place to come home to at the end of the day.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here on our way to somewhere else and we've been happy both times. The beds are quite comfortable and the room was clean though a bit dated. There is a nice pool and hot tub as well.

Good service. No microwave in room, but within 5 mins that was resolved. Bit difficult to get to off interstate 40 but once you found the way was OK.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I liked seeing the security cameras. Thank you for accommodating us and our pull trailer in the parking lot.

Other than the loud ( not so welcoming) neighborhood, our stay was good... It served its purpose and was definitely worth the money... This was a nice hotel for the money. It was conveniently located for the area I was visiting. Other then the maids I spoke with didn't understand English which made it difficult to get a trash bag for my room. All was well :)

My family has stayed at a Days Inn the last three trips. All three have been about the same. Old dingy and have had things broken in the room. The worst thing they have smelled of smoke.We all have decided to never stay at a Days Inn again.

Days In West good value, location, and services. The area is isolated/industrial but there are six hotels/motels in the same cluster of two blocks. Breakfast was basic but included in price, good way to start off the day. Very convenient to SageBrush bus pick-up to Balloon Fest.

promised a micro-wave but it was never received.

very friendly staff. They recommended the restaurant "Marisco" in the neighbourhood for dinner. Very delicious mexican food!

The towel rack and the shower curtain holder were both coming off the wall in the bathroom. Was afraid to move to shower curtain in case the holder would fall. Not a room I would recommend

great FREE breakfast

Hotels seem to be hiring more and more based on wages, not ability, can you see where I'm going?'Breakfast was supposed to start at 6, we left at 5:30, breakfast was just about shot, person in charge was not around. Going back, I will work around this place.

For a budget hotel, this was just fine. The free breakfast was simple but did the trick (waffles, cereal, fruit, coffee, juice.) The pool was mid sized, but fine for the 7 year old to swim in. Very conveniently located off the freeway, only an exit or two away from several tourist attractions. The shower wasn't the hottest, and the air conditioner wasn't […] the coolest. very clean, nice room.....pool closed at 9pm,,,very disapointed...arrived too late....too late for who???? would def stay there again...just arrive in time for the pool and hot tub.... waffle breakfast was great...had to fix your self but who cares when it comes to waffles????? the desk man was a little questionable??? a little not too caring and on […] the short side but we were leaving so.....thank you hotels.com...you guys are great!!!!!! used you to book for our trip to vegas and back....the smiths อ่านเพิ่มเติม

My recommendation was downgraded from 5 to 4 due to excessive noise from the plumbing. This is frequently a problem, but this was extreme. Everything else about the motel was excellent.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The beds were a little too firm even for us who like firm beds. The pool, hot tub and sauna were nice and the breakfast had a decent selection of items. We would stay there again if we needed a hotel to stay at.
