good price for the money in the area

good. hotel comfortable. breakfast choices were a bit limited...we had (cold) scrambled eggs, toast/bagels, cereal milk, coffee and juices. but it was overall ok, and we were thankful for the convenience of eating at the hotel. i would stay here again.

Not so good, but no bad

You come to expect a level of service and cleanliness when staying at a hotel with this number of stars. Not the case at this hotel. The staff were polite and efficient. The room clean and stocked with the essentials. The A/C and appliances worked as required. The water was hot and the "free" breakfast satisfying. Overall the staff at the desk was very friendly and knowledgable. The room however, like shower had used soap, and personal effects from the last visitor, so someone must have forgotten to clean it. Wasn't a good experience. Everything else was fine

The hotel was nice and clean. There was some water damage on the walls, but the room was clean. Probably time for a remodeling. The hot breakfast was good with plenty of selection.

The hotel is in Pharr, just a little away from all the busy traffic of McAllen. I found the hotel to be quiet and reasonably priced. Some of it is a little dated, and it's clearly a budget hotel. The breakfast is the usual continental fare. Nothing amazing, but clean, fairly well maintained, and didn't really have any problems per se. This is our fifth year to stay at this hotel when we travel to south Texas. We have enjoyed our stay each time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back next year!!

la verdad quede muy satisfecha con el hotel, voy a regresar.

en buen punto para tus compras. el desayuno deberia ampliarse una hora mas.en genertal muy a gusto

Solo pasamos una noche en el hotel, esta perfecto para ir pocos dias, el desayuno no es de muy buena calidad, pero en general esta bien el hotel.

Desayuno sin sabor (sobre todo el huevo)

El hotel se encuentra en buena ubicacion, es comodo, sus habitaciones son agradables y limpias, sobre todo la atencion del personal fue muy buena. The hotel is in good location, comfortable, the rooms are nice and clean, especially the reception staff was very good.

BUEN SERVICIO

La mejor calidad y servicio que se puede encontrar en los alrededores por el precio solicitado.

Es de fácil acceso porque esta sobre la 83, es cómodo, esta limpio, el personal que me atendió se portó amable. En general es un buen lugar para llegar a instalarte en un fin de semana de compras.

Se superaron nuestras expectativas, muy comoda la habitacion, muy amplia y el desayuno caliente y de buena calidad comparado con otros hoteles que hemos visitado. Ideal para viaje de copras, muy cerca del Mall y super mercados

Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas, aunque si esta ubicada en el frente del hotel se escucha mucho ruido del trafico del highway 83. El area del desayuno es muy reducida y hay que esperar para tener una mesa, tiene el típico desayuno incluido el cual lo considero bueno. Lo recomiendo para estancias cortas. BUEN HOTEL NO PUDE PROBAR EL DESAYUNO POR QUE ME QUEDE DORMIDO PERO MUY COMODO LIMPIO Y A UN BUEN PRECIO

El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, cerca de los centros comerciales y con una vía de acceso rápida, se vé agradable y limpio, el precio es adecuado en relación a otros en la misma zona.
