did not have handicapped room for us that was booked a week in advance. I called 5 days before to make sure they had it booked right and they said it would be ready for us. They could not find us a handicapped room any where else a really bad start to a vacation. very bad management.

We stay have stayed here twice. The rooms are nice and clean. They are always clean and tidy when u return to the room.The kids love the indoor pool and hot tub.

I have stayed at this motel several times before without a problem. This time there were many problems starting with the door to my room was standing wide open when I arrived (this is a door to an outside parking lot.) There was a burned out light bulb in the room. This was by far the best hotel experience we have had. Everyone was friendly, everything was kept clean. They kept up with the continental breakfast at all times. The location was absolutely perfect! Rates we very affordable!!!

Very clean and comfortable. Close to main hwy., easy to get to. Good breakfast buffet with diff. items each day. Would definately recommend and will stay there again when in Branson. Indoor pool/hot tub which is great in April.

stayed at angel in for 2 nights on our way to another destination. The pool and hot tub were in a seperate building and there were no elevators. Room was clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was good but crowded. Pool ran out of towels first night. Pretty good stay overall

We loved our stay, the cleanliness of the room, and the wonderful breakfast. The beds were comfortable, and the only one thing was the hot tub/pool area just needs a little more ventilation. Otherwise, it was close to all the sites we wanted to go to, and very affordable and quiet. We will most likely be back for a second visit.

The hotel was fine. The continental breakfast was not good. Orange juice had been watered down. Fruit cockail instead of fresh fruit. The beds were made incorrectly. They were short sheeted. We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was the carpets are in need of cleaning. After taking a shower I was walking around bare feet for only about 10 minuets. While I was sitting down at the table I started noticing that my feet felt dirty. Stayed one night. Arrived late; left early. Room was very clean and comfortable -- maybe pillow wasn't the best. People at desk were friendly. Breakfast had lots of choices. Location was convienient if you navigate the alternate routes away from hwy 76. Not sure there's much to do within walking distance.

Good comfortable bed at a great rate. Location is a plus, not on the busiest street but close to all the action. Room was very clean and had everything you could want. It's dated but was spotless! Beds were very comfortable. The only down was the shower head, I'm 5'7" and had to bend quite a bit to wash my hair so a tall person could have problems. The staff was very friendly and it was nice that the location was not directly on the strip but right off it. Would definitely stay there again.

It was wonderful. Being from Florida, Branson was totally different, and we loved it. The staff was all way above tops with their help. They knew all about the area, which was a great help. The room was very clean, and all the convience of home. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Loved this hotel! A couple of blocks off the main 76 hwy so it is quiet. Beds are very comfortable and room very clean and well kept up. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will not stay there again. We had paid extra for a first floor room as my husband has a heart condition. We were not allowed the first floor rooms as they were reserved for bus people. It was raining lightly when we unpacked. The staff at the front was wonderful. My only complaints are that our room was not clean. We found half eaten cookies on the floor, among other trash. The pillows were lumpy, small, and I feel there should have been more than 2 tiny pillows for each bed. The bedspreads and blankets were dirty. I realize most hotels do not wash these often and that always […] bothers me, so we just immediately take them off. Also the fitted sheet did not fit. It kept slipping off no matter how many times I tried to secure them back onto the mattress. Therefore we slept on a lumpy mess of fitted sheet (not comfy). The pool area was fine. And for the price I was not super disappointed. I just hope they will improve the housekeepings thoroughness and get sheets that fit the bed and better pillows.
