Always a great place to stay (my fifth time at least). Suites are comfortable. Manager can open the starbucks canteen for you at any hour for late nite snacks or cocktails for your room. Breakfast is cooked to order. Price is a bit high, but Fort Worth is a pricey town. Excellent hotel and the staff is very nice and accomodating. The manager's reception and breakfast buffet are A+. The only negative is the swimming pool which is about the size of 4 hot tubs, but the other items overcome this minor deficiency.

The hotel we stayed at was the best hotel I have been to, but the only thing that was a problem was the valet. Valet is expensive and I saw them peel out of the parking drive way with someone else's car when leaving the parking lot. That was scary because they are ruining someone's tires that way. Also, the maid service took forever to clean the rooms. […] The air circulation was also an issue in our room and we could hear everything on Saturday outside our room. Those were the only bad things about the hotel. The hotel service was awesome. The staff was friendly and the room was layout nicely. Stayed here during a conference. The location was great! Close to the convention center and restaurants and entertainment. The room was very comfortable. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

It probably would have been easier to valet park if the international art show wasn't at the same time. Blocked off roads were a nightmare! the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to park the car and even carry our bags up to our room. The rooms were awesome! Definitely book this hotel!

Very comfortable hotel in older down town fort worth. The sundance square is undergoing major rebuild and may be completed by end of 2013. Plenty of restraunts nearby, recomend cowtown rest/bar, the Cabos grande spanish mex, and the hotels own Thai Tina,s.

The hotel employees were very friendly and the hotel is conveniently located in downtown Ft. Worth (although there isn't much in downtown Ft. Worth). They have a cook to order breakfast and a manager's reception every evening.

We did not actually even stay the night. When we arrived at 8:30 p.m. after a full day we were greeted by a young lady who had little to no experience on the check in procedures or process. Check in process took over 30 minutes, while at the front desk she had a conversation with a housekeeper while trying to complete my checkin. When she confirmed […] my room, she stated that she had a smoking room available, I politely informed her that we had specifically requested a non smoking room due to to asthma. She handed me a key and stated that she would check with the MOD to see if the room was mislabled in the system. When she returned she stated that she had confirmed that the room was a non-smoking room and apologized. I proceeded to the room where we discovered that not only were we on the smoking floor but our room reaked of cigarette and cigar smoke. Back to the lobby to wait for 10 minutes to be helped, informed the front desk clerk room was indeed a smoking room. Clerk apologized and stated that she would find a new room. I proceeded to new room , opened the door to the room to find that another family was checked into the room. We returned to the front desk asked for a manager and was told no one would be available until Monday...we then left and made arrangements at another hotel. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We loved our stay. My husband was crazy about the cook to order breakfast and the managers reception. He wants to use Embassy Suites as our only hotel for future travel. The pool was great. We chose this hotel because of the suites, the downtown location, and the free hot breakfast--based on previous ES experiences, we knew the breakfast alone was worth a good $15 per person. Very quiet and comfortable. Booked one room with king bed and two rooms with two queens. Was given two kings and one with two queens.

Only 2 issues I have are the limited parking and my tv remotes didnt work in my room. The staff was super friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet was great but would have liked a few more options, I went around 0945 and it seemed like they were already cleaning up. Overall great place to stay.

I travel 10-15 times a year between business and pleasure. By far, this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff is excellent! They are professional, courtesy, and go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a really good, value for money hotel. Valet parking staff were superb and the other hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating. After the hustle and bustle of New York city for Christmas and New Year this hotel was definitely just what the doctor ordered. I find that New York hotels can be somewhat impersonal (and small) so […] the Embassy suites in downtown Fort Worth was a breath of fresh air. The "cooked to order" breakfasts and manager's reception every evening was a pleasant bonus (included in the price) and the rooms are the standard two rooms which was great for us, travelling with a teenage son. There is also tea/coffee making facilities and a microwave and refridgerator - which also came in handy. Very helpful and friendly valets upon check in. They even told us about free parking 3 blocks away if we were interested. Speedy check in too. Didn't realize until the four of us were showering that we only had 2 towels but a call downstairs and the towels were delivered within minutes. Later on we called down for a wine opener and that was delivered […] fast also. Great service and friendly too. Employees seem to genuinely like their jobs at this hotel! We paid for an executive suite, we received a standard suite. This hotel doesn't have executive suites. You must use valet parking, which costs $22 a day. When we checked in they told us we had a great view, we get to the room and we had a great view of construction, an ally way, and some roof tops. Being a young adult it has been under my understanding that people like to not give me the same respect as they would give an adult over the age of 25. But this hotel was the complete opposite, I have never been treated with so much respect. I would recommend staying at this embassy suites to anyone at any age. The happy hour and breakfast were superb. […] They have taxis ready for their hotel guests as soon as you say you need one, the employees greet you at the door with smiling faces, and it is in walking distance to most everything in downtown. The staff was beyond superb!!!! Great location. However, the rooms seem to be behind the times. It seems like this Embassy Suites is living on it's past name and not updated in amenities inside the rooms.
