Very noisy - guests coming and going until 4 in the morning. Strange man wandering walkways all night accosting guests. Too close to navy base for civilians.

Service was great and the rooms were in great condition. Only downside was that we were headed to gas lamp but great stay overall.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, breakfast marginal but inclusive. Neighborhood is poorly lit, low rent but not overtly unfriendly. Stayed 4 nights, OK budget stay. All attractions are beyond walking distance.

I thought the hotel was very conveninet location. Easy exit and entry onto the I-5. Room was good, no complaints. Had a smoking room that did not smell of smoke. Breakfast was adequate with a few hot meal items too. The only complaint is they do not have bottled water, they offered water in a pitcher and the vending machines did not work. This Hotel is right off the I-5. Your just 10 minutes from Mexico. If your going to the Navy Base your right there. The hotel Staff were very helpful with directions. Will love to stay again.

Stayed here because I had some stuff to do on the naval base.... very convenient for that. It was clean, but the tv picture was terrible, there were no blankets, the heater didn't work very well, and the water in the shower didn't get very hot. Lots of cameras set up in the parking lot made me feel more confident leaving a bunch of stuff in my car.

Totally fine hotel room. Looks like a motel with external entrance but the room is pretty comfy, and no one bothers you. Easy if you want visitors. Super close to the freeway. 10min. drive from a couple of malls. Otherwise, only Jack in the Box close by

Front counter agent was great!! He was fast and efficent and had great customer service. I would definitely stay there again.

Very good room, but the location is not that good. But for an overnight stay before destination, it's a very good hotel. close to the airport. and if you wanna do something, there is a busstop, so it's possible to go to down town. very clean room.

Overall- The staff were the best and very helpful and friendly. Booking and arrival were fine. The food in the morning was OK, though I was dismayed to see the food "Cooked" in a microwave. The hotel was only 10 minutes from the convention center, and National City has a charm all it's own. The issue I had was the location of the room I was given- 206, […] was right next to the vending machines and elevator. - Sadly, I had one of the worst nights sleep, ever at a hotel even wearing ear plugs. The Air conditioning next door seemed to vibrate the room with a steady hum even though not loud, it was disquieting,and not very warm that night, I chose not to use mine. If this were to happen again, I would check into another room right away instead of tolerate the disturbances. Overall I would rate the place a 3. The room smelled dirty and musty. Some young men were smoking close to our room and the smoke smell came into our room. They were also screaming and yelling. Didn't get to sleep til 3 am. Called front desk three times to. Complain about the noise.

Very difficult to find, especially at night. Only stayed one night, but had no hot water for showers. Towel rack fell down when we took a towel off, it wasn't even screwed into the wall holder. Expected better for over $100 a night.

Had a good experience in Quality Inn during my San Diego trip. Friendly Managers and clean rooms. Close to the Freeway but was quite indoors.

Hotel was in good shape. Comfortable beds and mostly clean. Our refrigerator was moldy and not cold. Surrounding neighborhood leaves much to be desired. Old tvs with poor picture quality. Friendly helpful staff.

The staff was very helpful and made recommendations to local restaurants and sights to see. They even printed me out maps to several locations that they suggested. The beds were very comfy and the linens looked like they had been recently made over. The 3 complaints I had were: 1. location - not too close to the popular districts...ie, gaslamp, downtown […] (although I knew this when booking) 2. exterior - did not match the quality of the room inside 3. shower - very little hot water and very low pressure อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Office smells like Indian food, and the employees don't know what they're doing... terrible customer service by the way, and no, they don't understand much English so be patient :)

The only bad thing i have to say abour this hotel is that you have to leave a $100 deposit when you check in. The complimentry brkfst was the best!

I'm fully satisfy with this motel. Price was reasonable. It has freezer, microwave, iron, and dryer. Motel was nice and clean but little old, it really doesn't matter as long as it looks nice and clean. Breakfast was good compare to what you pay for the motel. The only thing I feel short was a printer. Found the room to be comfy with free coffee and all the bathroom needs, TV worked great and it was quiet at night.. Bed was very comfy and well stocked with pillows!

This was our second time staying here. Both times have been great. The best thing for us was how close it is to the Navy Base, just five minutes walk away. :)
