It was a beautiful hotel.

Hotel was nice , the room was smaller than requested. I thought i was getting a 2 Queen bed two room suite, the beds were full size with a small divider between section with sofa bed. I paid extra for free breakfast and received a ten dollar voucher for each day there which did not cover breakfast for five. The rooms & service were very good and enjoyed our stay. However, the work out room equipment did not work properly. This was disappointing since excercize is very important to both my wife & I.

From the person I delt with on the phone for booking to the person I last spoke to in check out were all friendly and very helpful.

loved the style of the room and lobby. great service at the desk and at the restaurant. Good but off the beaten path menu choices.

Very comfortable room with great bedding. The layout of the room works well for sharing with more than one person

I think we stayed too far away from the happening city... so did not really enjoy our stay here.. The cabs and taxi drivers are hard to get hold of them. and they don't even know where is Westfield Shopping mall eventhough it's just 2 stone throw away from the hotel.

This is a botique hotel with nice decor. However, our room had two double beds instead of queens - when most hotels have queens. Also, the bathroom was tiny and the door didn't close over the top of the bath mat on the floor. The awkwardness of the bathroom layout was frustrating. I will look for a different hotel next time.

What a wonderful hotel, where do I start! The location is perfect close to everything: food like Portillo's, malls, small town shopping, parkes and forest preserves. The atmosphere was almost spa like and the accomodations is the room were wonderful. No detail overlooked. Haiku's written on everything. Clean and comfortable. STAY HERE!

I requested a room with 2 beds but got a room with only one bed. When I informed the front desk of this and respectfully requested another room they asked if I had a pull out couch in my room (I did not, all I had besides one full sized bed was a chair) and then informed me that they were at full capacity for the night and there was nothing they could […] do about it. The girl working at the front desk was polite and kind and told me if I wanted to I could speak to a manager in the morning about the mix up. This upset me for two reasons. One: that did absolutely nothing to fix the problem for that night. Two: in the morning the manager didn't care and did nothing. The room we were assigned to was a handicap accessible room, so everything was at odd angles for me, the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, and added to having only one bed it made for a very awkward room. The hotel itself seemed nice and when I visited a friend who was staying in another room their room was quite impressive, but the room I was given and the way the hotel staff failed to even really acknowledge the problem upset me. If you get a good room I'd reccommend the hotel, but I'm not sure I'd stay there again for fear that I'd end up with a strange room again. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

This is a small, modern boutique hotel. The decor is sparse yet functional but also very colorful. My room was rather small, but the king size bed was quite comfortable. My family really enjoyed our stay here. The room was awesome, pool was alot bigger than others,the staff was very helpful and "service with a smile" is not dead! Beautiful decor-very inviting and calming. Thanks Indigo

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only down fall was that there was no continential breakfast available. Very pleased with the hotel will stay there again.

This hotel is NOT your Normal hotel. It's loaded with vibrant colors, it smells wonderful and the beds and pillows are extra comfy. It's located near many restaurants and a pretty nice retail mall. Overall this hotel gave me just what my fiancé & I needed, Rest & Relaxation. Oh yea to make the weekend more special we ate at Denny's with 2 of the Chicago […] Bears(pretty awesome experience). Loved most things about our stay but the woman at the front desk as less then helpful. When asked if I could speak to someone to resolve my concern a manager was unavaliable.I found this to be unsatafactory. The service person left me with an unresolved issue and no possibility to resolve it.

I was not familiar with the Indigo chain, and both my wife and I wished we could take both the bed and the shower home with us. The room was superb, I would have expected it to cost twice what it did. I will certainly stop at indigo properties in the future.
