excellant stay but the beds sucked they were like sleeping on the floor stayed 2 night no sleep at all

This hotel was close to everything we needed. We wanted to visit friends in Santa Paula and also wanted to visit sites on the beach. Our hotel was within 15 minutes to both. "Hotel of choice for the Camarillo, CA area."
Hotel was easy to find, right along US 101 and right next to the Camarillo Factory Outlets. Room keys and registration sheet was ready when we arrived. Extra pillows and blankets were delivered to our room within minutes of our request. The room air conditioning unit worked perfectly. Breakfast buffet was yummy. Our only complaint was the stench of urine at one side of the bedroom. Must have been from a previous guest's child. Regardless, hotel housekeeping should have noticed this and corrected it immediately. It was late evening and we were too tired to make a fuss of it. this hotel was right off the freeway but not close to anything like stated in the write up. Room was nosey. you heard every time someone else flushed or took a shower.
"Stayed here for a wedding at Spanish Hills CC!"
Was here for a wedding at Spanish Hills Country Club. It was about a mile from the location. Everything was nice. The breakfast wasn't too bad and was next to a decent restaurant. My only complaint was that the beds were a little hard.

"Holiday Inn in Camarillo"
I enjoyed my stay, the staff was friendly and cooperative, easy to find, great location, clean room, very comfortable, coffee in the lobby, free wi fi, and an awesome breakfast for free!!! If you're gonig to Camarillo or any surrounding areas, you can't beat this place for quality & cost!!
Loved the amenities. The beds were too hard for our comfort. Nice and clean and great staff.

Have to say I was disappointed when we drove up to this hotel. Sad, generic looking exterior...But the rooms were surprisingly very clean and comfortable. We were lucky to be able to check into our room 2 hours earlier than the 3:00 check in time. The front desk staff was helpful and patient, answering all questions about what was available for the Fourth weekend in the area, in the way of firework displays for our kids. they quickly provided great places to eat and what beaches were the best for our […] needs and how to get there. "Excellent Service"
I am very pleased with the excellent service I have received during my stay at this hotel last weekend. The ladies at the service desk were very helpful as well as the cleaning crew. Thank you!

A nice room for the price. Staff was quite helpful to answer questions regarding the area. The breakfast was not as good as other Holiday Inn Express .
"Stayed one night"
Good location, lobby area very nice. The room was a good size, bathroom a bit small but very clean. The tub backed up when showering though. The carpet in the room needs to be replaced. The only restaurant within walking distance closed for breakfast but hotel did have a nice complimentary breakfast bar.

Very nice, comfortable hotel on your way up the CA coast from LA. Also a very good place to eat next door.

As a handicap person, I made reservations at this hotel because it had handicap rooms. We made reservation requesting a Handicap room with two beads for the 4 of us. Our conformation stated they had reserved such a room for us. However, when we arrived. they stated their handicap rooms only come with one king size bed. "Holiday Inn Camarillo"
Everything was as advertised. There were no surprises. Breakfast was good, free wifi Internet, people were nice. Great place if you have a short stay. I would stay there again.

"Good Clean hotel"
Good Clean hotel and like all the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, smoking hot wireless and wired internet. Good warm breakfast.
"Aging Hotel!"
This hotel is in need of updating. The internet is very slow and in one of our rooms we need to get a booster from the front desk, to get any signal at all. There were spots on the rugs. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. The room showed signs of wear and tear, but, the linens were in good shape.

"Noisy"
If you are unlucky enough to stay on the back side of the building, you will feel like you're on the Freeway. Otherwise, it was great.

"Great value, friendly staff, super clean, noisy becuase of freeway"
I am almost always pleased with my stays at Holiday Inn Express. No fuss - easy. This time is no exception. I got what I Paid for. The staff is super friendly. I noticed them going above and beyond on many ocassions. The rooms was average size - smallish for this area of the country - but still queen beds. Bathroom is clean and nice. They give you […] mouthwash AND body wash. Score. Very few hotels provide mouthwash and only the fancy ones give you body wash. Breakfast is ok - not anything super great - but it's free. "Great Deal"
Great room for the price. Great location to visit Ventura and Santa Barara areas. It had a mini kitchen with microwave, sink, refridgerator, and some place settings and siverware. Bra läge, nära till Premier Outlet, nära till bra restauranger, nära till motorvägen 101. Frukosten var värd namnet: kaffe, te, bagels, bröd, pannkakor, muffins, bacon, omelett m.m. Stora rymliga rum med sköna sängar! Verkligen värd en eller flera övernattningar.
