Delta Québec - ควิเบก

Good location. Easy walk to sites in Quebec City. Hotel is showing age but is clean. Noises transfer easily through to the rooms. I heard other people all night long outside my room. I will try a different hotel next time.

The hotel needs a major renewal and maintenance is poor the pool was closed and we had to go to the Hilton's one. Not worth the price.

Spent a long weekend in Quebec City with the family. Hotel was great with the kids (11, 8 and 3), staff was very friendly and helpful. Quick walk into old Quebec and easy drive to attractions around the outskirts of town.

I stay here because it's close to business I need to conduct while there, otherwise, would not be my first choice. I swore the last time I stayed there about 3 or 4 years ago would be my last until they renovated. They still haven't renovated, but realistically, it's not bad value for the location and decent, comfortable stay. I believe they are undergoing […] renovations right now. They really need to keep the pool open unsupervised 24 hrs. because for business travellers, you can't get in before it closes so early at 8 pm and its a real novelty and part of the character of winter in this city to swim outdoors in the frigid cold. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The room was not properly cleaned and the tv did not work.

The hotel should have a small fridge at leas and flat TV would be a plus.

The hotel is in a good location only a five minute walk into Old Quebec. Our room was small but clean, the hotel definitely needs updating however it is my understanding that renovations will be underway at some point this year (2012). The staff was pleasant and I would return to this hotel again.

Guest room is big but need to be renovated. Bath room is too old.

The hotel is within walking distance of Old Quebec. Parking was very accessable as well as restaurants. We would have really enjoyed a swim in the evening and were disappointed the pool closed at 8 p.m. on Sunday night.

I found the hotel needed to be upgraded and the first room we had was falling apart. The guest services girl Kristale I believe was fantastic, yet all in all I was disappointed. They did not clean the room the night before we left, and if they did, it was not well done at all. Once in the room, all was well. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, good size room, and all necessary conveniences. The one downside was that we were on floor 4, and that floor plus a couple of others have about 100 rooms and it's a long trek to the room if you happen to be in the mid range of room numbers. The upside is that you are not near an elevator. […] The carpeting in the corridors need updating and we were assured that this would take place this fall. Delta Quebec is located just two blocks from the old city wall, so all the major attractions are within a walking distance. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. We were offered a free complementary wi-fi access which was greatly appreciated. The pool was heated and was great way to start a day. Lobby looked really nice but the room we stayed was smelly, looked like someone just used the room and the cleaning staff only changed the bedings and cleaned the bathroom; would not stay there again.

Although fairly close to historic Quebec and the Grande Allee, the Delta Quebec seems isolated because it is surrounded by businesses and government buildings, all of which are fairly generic and empty out quickly at night. Still, if you don't mind walking, you can get to the more charming parts of the city and the restaurants in 15 or so minutes. If […] you drive to Quebec, be aware that the Delta charges quite a bit of money for each night of parking in its garage. It struck us as excessive. Also the air conditioning made more noise than we felt it should have, and the windows don't open! Excellent hotel. It was a little pricey for us but well worth the money spent. We have 2 (very well behaved) larger dogs that most hotels won't allow but Delta Quebec welcomed them. Their staff was courteous, spoke perfect english, and was very pleasant. The location couldn't have been better, just a few minute walk to all the main spots in Quebec City […] - Plains De Abraham, Old Quebec, the Citadel, and more. Nice from the outside but this place is like a time machine . Go inside and bam it's 1972 I think we had the original bed that jauk cattier slept in the wall paper was falling down carpets dirty the only good thing was the ac that was like a walk in freezer

We stayed at the Delta this past week. Wonderful service and attention to detail. Couldn't have asked for a better location and panoply of services. The staff was courteous and the accomodations more than adequate. Highly recommended.

great hotel. loved the outdoor roof top heated pool open in the winter. great location close to the grand allee and the old city. Short drive to great skiing at MT Sainte Anne. No fridge or safe in our rooms unfortunately.

Hotel was great, clean, service excellent, staff is multilingual. Had a great time in Quebec City, cleanist city I have ever been in. I recommend the hotel and the city very much. We were 2 adults with teen age son. Great sites.

This hotel could not be in a better location. Located just outside the old city walls, Delta Quebec is near great restaurants, dance clubs, and cultural institutions. The staff was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about events in the Quebec City area. This hotel is also ideal if you are driving as the entrance to major highways are near by […] which almost eliminate city driving. we stayed at the Delta in Victoria and it was great, that is why we chose to to stay there again in Quebec. It was very disappointing. I would not stay there again.

Our family of 5 traveled to Quebec City in mid August and had a blast! The Delta Quebec has an excellent location and within walking distance of everything! And believe me, you WILL be walking! Staff was friendly, room was clean, and the pool with nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Quebec City!

We stayed at the Delta for 3 nights. The beds were amazing, very comfortable, great sheets, made it feel like home. The room was very warm and sound did not travel. We never heard any noise in the hallways, and even when someone was in the shower the sound was minimal. Great sound proofing. Had to use the one by the kitchen on the 3rd floor. Parking was ok, but expensive. We found cheaper parking across the street with private underground parking garage. When we checked out, I asked for a statement showing that we had a zero balance since our stay was prepaid. The hotel employee at the registration desk refused to give me a statement. I asked to speak to the manager and was at first refused that also. She finally consented to look for the manager. She turned the corner and I could see her outline. She […] stayed there several minutes before returning to say that the manager wasn't there. But if the manager wasn't in his office, why did it take her so long to figure that out. It shouldn't have taken her 5 seconds to see the manager wasn't there. The receptionist was rude, patronizing and completely WORTHLESS! The hotel was perfectly fine but I have to say, I have never seen a more unattractive or poorly designed lobby in all my travels. I heard other guests make the same comment. You enter the hotel on a lower level and all there is on this level are the bottoms of escalators and a car rental kiosk. The lobby is one level up and is pretty much taken up by […] the tops of the two escalators. The ice machine on our floor was broken the entire week we were there and the carpets in our room and the hallways did not seem very clean. None of these issues are critical, however.
