Plaster was falling off the wall and there were ants in the room.

Information made it sound like parking was included, but it wasn't. Very disappointed! Misleading!

BROKEN TV, NO HOT WATER-LUCKY TO BE LOCATED NEXT TO AIRPORT--I WOULD NEVER STAY YHERE AGAIN !!!

My parents stayed at a C.I. in Toledo, OH and loved it. I too have stayed at several C.I.s, but this one was the most rundown I have ever seen. Very dated and stains everywhere. The Internet did not work so if you are there on business and wish to communicate with business, family or friends... forget it. Avoid and stay elsewhere.

When I went to book the room, I had two choices for one price. One room had a big bed and a huge tub, but it did not cover breakfast or parking. I have stayed at this location once before last year. Last March I did not pay for parking as advertised. This year, I had to pay an extra $18.00. It was my understanding that parking was free and I even called to confirm it with the hotel after making my reservation. We stayed in the Jacuzzi room for Valentines & was a very pleasant time. The jacuzzi was big enough for my husband & I without being cramped. The room wasn't anything fancy, but sufficent with a king bed, desk, chair, couch, & refrig. The breakfast had a good assortment & the waffles weren't soggy. The airport is across the highway but we didn't hear […] any planes. Parking cost is only for ones flying out & leaving their car at the hotel. It was a very good experience. Really early in the morning the staff was yelling and laughing across the hall. Talk about a wake up call! The only problem about that was that I got back from the airport at 2 am so I did mot want to wake up that early. Also the hotel was smelly.

Awesome room. Wet bar, lots of room, comfy couch, comfy bed, Big Jacuzi. This is a nice room.Even better for the price

Clean, Comfortable and the Bar & Grill has a very good menu!! Never had to go out for food, very suprised at the quality!

I enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were very clean and had the right mix of controllable air (heat/ac). The bathrooms look to have been upgraded recently. The furniture is quite old, but did not affect me in any way. A VERY NICE PLACE CLOSE TO HIGHWAY HOTLE HAS A VERY NICE STAFF AND THEY SEVER VERY GOOD FOOD. PLANNING ON STAYING AGAIN FOR A FAMILY GETAWAY

Their website is misleading and the hotel is average at best. Many other options near airport that are much better.

My daughter and myself wee at your hotel on christmas eve. Your check in girl was a very happy and willing to help us out. We were hungery and she called and had pizza delivered for us. i woul recomend your hotel to my friends and family. Super packed on the night I stayed, but they met all my needs, clean, quiet room with no fuss and no mess. Comfortable bed, dark room when lights are out, silent from the outside and inside (and that's with an airport nearby!), easy check-in, easy check out. it was our first time there and next time we fly we would stay there again,really liked the Bar/Grille ,a nice comfortable atmosphere and great price.

I checked in, was given 2 key cards. Neither worked so I returned to the desk for new keys. no one was there--needed to wait 10 minutes. She never apologized for the inconvenience. Hotel has a parking company in the lobby while traveling by air. Stupid people, horrible service

Was very leary at staying here due to the reviews I read. Was very satisfied with the hotel, service, food, friendliness, etc. It has been renovated with upgrades. The room was dirty. Smelled of old cigarette smoke. The front desk clerk was rude at best. This was the WORSE place I have ever stayed. I didn't feel safe with my two young children with me.

very convenient when flying out of dtw.

I have stayed at this location a number of times through the years. I have never had a major problem, however, it appears that the owner is reluctant to maintain or improve the facility. Loose bathroom kleenex holder, dirty floor in bathroom, in general needs to be spiffed up. The price is OK the location is fine and the stay is tolerable.

When we arrived in Detroit vta our vacation- the hotel clerk could not locate where my vehical was. We paid for secure parking, they didn't return the vehical by the posted time and were rude about it when they did finally bring it to the hotel. Oh ya the room stunk of mold and dust. Good luck with this one.

This is an average hotel convenient to Detroit Metro Airport. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

The location and the price you cannot beat. The food at the hotel was okay. I really liked shuttle driver and the bartender/cook at the bar. Very friendly and helpful.

Room served it's purpose for 1 nite stay to be close to airport for early am departure. Room was larger than expected & bed comfortable

Stayed in serval hotels in the Metro airport area and in this price range they are one of the nicer hotels in the area

The general hotel spaces: lobby, restaurant etc was fine. The room was old & shabby. There were not enough lamps in the room making it dark & dreery. The A/C unit was loud & hard to regulate, & the bath room was tiny.

Staff is very rude. Hotel is old and run down. Shutttle service to the airport only if you'll willing to leave 2 -3 hours before your flight. The airport is a mile away.
