The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the continental "hot" breakfast. The price was great and we will definately stay there again!

The hotel was comfortable convenient to downtown and the surrounding area seemed safe. The breakfast buffet was ok. The evening meal during the week was a nice bonus.

A good stay I had, came to Dalllas on professional trainning visit, stayed here, room was clean, surroundings safe, best is the morning and evening buffet which offers a good variety and drinks. Reasonable rate and clean/comfortable facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was concerned about the noise level since the hotel is located right off the tollway but it wasn't a problem at all. The hotel also offered dinner on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights - what a pleasant surprise! Hotel was awesome! Staff was very helpful in recommending area food and even a nail salon. Would stay there again.

Food great, beds comfortable, sofa bed really comfortable, location to Preston and Addison Area perfect, bathroom door lock broken and would not close. Everyone does not want to watch family going to the bathroom, but trash can behind the door worked good enough, lol. Loved the Stay.

Really nice, even though the air went out in our room they moved us to a little bigger room fast. They where very nice the whole time and very well kept..will stay there again.

Very close to that which brought us to the Dallas area. Quite, clean and comfortable.

Upon arrival we checked in with no problems. Front desk staff was friendly and knowlewdgeable of our reservations through Hotel.com. Loved the suite, it was jus like being in an apartment. However, there's no housekeeping services on weekends. Our room was located in the second building, so we had to take our dirty linens to the main buliding and pick […] up the clean. A VERY NICE SUITE HOTEL. IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

The room was fine - clean, quiet. It felt like an older model Staybridge as the linens and decor were not the updated version I've seen in other locations. Nice features but they need to fix their appliances - rattling refrigerator and heater that sounded like a small plane. For the price it was fine.

Our family recently stayed at this hotel. We we very impressed. The Staybridge Suites offers many luxury things at an affordable price. We like the large spacious rooms. Friendly staff, reasonable breakfast, good coffee. Air conditioner was VERY noisy when shutting off - woke me up often during the night. Otherwise, very nice, will consider them again when visiting this area.

I even accidentally left a pair of gold earrings and much to my dismay the cleaning services found them and turned them in!! They are now mailing me my earrings on their dime! Out dated interior with old thermostat that could not keep the room comfortable temperature. Only 2 visible outlets in room to plugin the myriad of electronics I travel with. TV oddly positioned so that it was not really visible from the bed. More expensive and less accommodating than the Staybridge in Plano, just 10 mins away.
