WONDERFUL

The hotel was so nice! All you get for the price is incredible. We enjoyed swimming with our kids in the wonderful pool & hot tub. The breakfast and evening meals were way beyond our expectations. First time at a hotel that served an evening meal. The staff was exceptionally friendly! We even left some favorite stuffed animals and called after we left. […] The animals were located and kept safely for us when we could come back to get them. The hotel was in a good location and the price was reasonable however there was a very loud humming sound coming from the hotel room either above or beside us. It seemed like every 40 minutes in would start and would continue for at least 10 minutes. I did not sleep all night. When i went to check out,i explained to the receptionist about this noise […] she said there was no other complaints that she knew of. The staff was good but the stay was not. Perfect for business trips. I would not select the Drury Inn for a personal vacation.

I booked the Drury Inn online from Canada. My wife wanted a hotel close to the Sommerset mall. My twelve year old daughter was delighted to see they offer snaks in the lobby. The free breakfast was good too. This hotel is suited for families and offers great value.

We have stayed there several times and its uneventful, which is what you really want in a hotel stay...

8 girls (40 somethings) stayed at the Drury for some shopping, dinner and dancing, we had a blast , the hotel was great the staff very accomodating and it was very reasonable as well! All 8 of us said we would stay again, thanks very much! Had a blast!

the only problem was unsupervised children in pool area, jumping and splashing the adults, also children splashing adults in the hot tub.

The pool was cold and it almost looked moldy in some places around the pool area. The food and everything else was great.

Many good restaurants and retailers near by. Property very clean and well maintained. Staff very courteous and accommodating. Booked my next stay already.

The service at the hotel was excellent. The moment we checked in we were directed to the eating area where free snacks were put out for all guests to enjoy along with beverages. The hotel management was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was spacious and decorated very well. We will stay with Drury Inns and Suites again!

For all fellow Canadian shoppers who put a premium on good value, clean lodgings, friendly and welcoming hotel staff - and fab proximity to all the best shopping locations - you must try the Drury Inn of Troy. You simply cannot beat the value for your dollar. Constant hum of Interstate 75 lullled me to sleep ... Room was very clean & comfortable, but rest of hotel a little aged.

Great Hotel , friendly service. Both breakfast and light dinner provided along with complimentary drinks provided.

had a wonderful stay in Michigan the staff was very friendly the room was very clean and smelt great when we walked in and the breakfast was fantastic in the morning thanks for making our stay wonderful

Such a friendly staff! Quiet, comfortable, well-appointed room. Perfectly clean. Generous offerings in the evenings of free food and drink. Nice pool, hot tub, and decent exercise room. JUST off of 75 (super convenient). Excellent value for the cost!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quality of furnishings were better than most hotels I've stayed at. Restaurant area was very clean and staff constantly making sure food was available and cleaning surfaces. Manager was very customer orientated and made sure everyone was catered for. Jets in hot tub could do with adjusting, found them uncomfortable […] to sit in.. but this is only a minor complaint. Pool and hot tub area was otherwise excellent. Great Price! Great Room! Great everythimg!

We chose this as a simple overnight stay near a wedding we were attending. The rooms were well appointed, the staff friendly and overall quality was very good. The only "complaint" I have is that the exercise equipment was old and in bad repair. The elliptical trainer didn't work and there was only one treadmill. For such a large hotel, these facilities […] are not adequate any longer. Breakfast was a bit chaotic but then again, summer hotel stays are like that; lots of tourist. Very surprised with the quality of the hotel. Felt like a 4-star hotel! Very clean room and bathroom and nice wooden furnitures.Free breakfast, internet, dinner, parking and pet-friendly hotel. Less than 5 minutes to Somerset Collection. Very nice and friendly staff. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

What a find! Starting with the most hospitable front desk staff, it only got better. The room was huge with a separate living area and very clean. The 2 Lazyboy chairs were very comfortable and made watching the 2 large LCD tv's a pleasure. While many hotels include breakfast, this one had a very good variety including make your own waffles. The bonus […] was "Kickback time" in early evening when each adult gets up to 3 drinks and there is a buffet of hot/cold food. Awesome. What a pleasure to get off the road from driving and be able to relax with a little bite and a beverage. Overall, the staff were unbelievably accommodating and friendly. Had excellent service throughout our stay. Our visitors travelling with us from England were impressed with the level of service and the size of the room. Good recommendation for dinner on website. Breakfast was good. Rooms clean and well maintained.

Lovely Hotel. Great customer service!! They certainly provide you with many "perk`s". Kick back hours....a great treat! Breakfast, all you could ask for! Wonderful!!!

Gnats in and around the SODA machine. Tables not cleaned off (food stuff on most tables).. Hallway carpet dirty. Doors and Windows dirty. This hotel is nice, staff is nice- but cleanliness is poor, needs a good cleaning

This was my second time staying at Drury Inn over the past 3 weeks & it was great the 2nd time around, just as it was the 1st time. Drury Inn is clean, comfortable, has modern conveniences, is a GREAT value for money, central to all shopping (which is why we visited Troy), staff is friendly & helpful. Close to all the activities we intended to see and close to the funeral we needed to be at. Need to train staff about money left in room that has not been vacated. There is no excuse for this offense if staff trained properly. Recommend firing staff member.

We have traveled to the area over 20 times for medical reasons. This was our first stay with Drury Inn, it won't be our last! The room was clean comfortable and the location was great. My son had surgery at a nearby hospital. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Good value, great staff - we'll be back!

Bar none, this is the best place I have stayed in this price range. Every single member of the staff that we had contact with was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. I will stay here again when visiting the metro Detroit area.
