Great staff. Good breakfast. Would stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel many times when visiting family in the area. We are never disappointed...rooms clean, a/c & heat works well; speedy check in/out; staff professional and courteous. Made the mistake of staying at another hotel once and will not do that again.

Stayed one night here in the middle of a long road trip. My only complaint was some broken equipment in the fitness room. On the plus side, it was close off the highway, the bed was comfortable, and there were hot items in the included breakfast buffet. Just what I needed at the time!

My stay at this hotel did not start off well because they gave me the wrong room in which I tried to put my key into the door but was refused and eventually found out that the person on the other side was not very happy to be seeing someone trying to get into his door. Second the a/c was not very good, it took practically all night long to get cool […] and finally in the middle of the night it was cool. There was ants in the weight room and the room smelt moldy when I walked into it. I am pretty sure I won't be staying at this hotel again. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Only suggestions is quieter room heaters. I hate those units that are located by the outside wall with the noisy fans!

Our daughter and her family live in Broken Arrow and we visit at least once a year. We have been staying at the Clarion in Broken Arrow for every visit for about 4 years now. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable.......and the hotel is convenient to where our daughter lives. The hotel was very nice and the room had been recently remodeled and updated. The room was very comfortable with a king size bed, work area, and plenty of room. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall a very nice stay.

The rooms smelled a little musty or stale. The window sills were dirty. The bed was ok and clean. The room was really cramped. The staff were very friendly (except the cleaning staff, they were really loud and obnoxious). The "continental" breakfast was horrible, we ate breakfast out each day.

My wife and I had an excellent stay here. The location was great, the complimentary breakfast lacked meat but hey it was free. The hotel could use some updating as it is starting to show signs of wear but nothing major. The only issue was the mouse that came into our room but when I reported it to the front desk, i could tell that they were not used […] to seeing mice here. The hotel is close to a field and so we assume it was a field mouse and our door was only about 10 feet from an entrance. The room was very nice with comfortable bed and pillows. Little mold in the bathroom, but overall very enjoyable.

It was my friends birthday and we loved the fact that the room had a lot of open space, and the beds had plenty of pillows. My only negative thing to say about the room was the bathroom was very tiny. and the sink and mirror were separate. Other than that everything was perfect. Will return for my birthday!
