Comfort Suites - Gastonia - แกสโตเนีย

This stay was my first time at the Comfort Inn. The rooms were clean, the hotel staff was friendly, and we were conveniently located near some nice shopping areas and restaurants. The complimentary hot breakfast was good, and the surroundings pleasant. I also had access to Wi-Fi.

Nice hotel in a good location. Staff were very nice. Had a small plumbing problem upon check in that was resolved quickly and cheerfully. I would definitely stay here again.

I flew into Charlotte for a quick business trip and showed up here after 1am. Needless to say i was tired from the day and found the room very welcoming. the bed was comfortable and the room very clean. a great little oasis from my travel day.

The shower in our room was one we had never seen beforehand we were not told how to operate it.....which was a hassle as we were trying to leave".........guests need to be told how to operate the shower"........other than that it all was ok.

The room was nicely appointed but the closet is not large enough and you cannot close the door properly. The layout of the closet is very unusual and I am told by the manager that all the rooms in this hotel location have the same type closet. The Hotel was in a good location , rooms were big and comfortable , had an issue with noise from people in ajoining rooms partying and making noise all time of night . we had to file a complaint with the front desk to quiet them down . The breakfeast was nice also.

Check in was great, room clean and comfortable, oiverall good choose to stay at.

The beds were a bit too firm. Pure white duvets are a bit much as we were overly anxious not to stain them. Breakfast was passable but not as good as it was when we stayed there 5 years ago. Coffee bland, oj watery, eggs seemed to be prepackaged. The personnel were all polite, helpful, and attentive.

great room. need to change out the shower curtain had mold on it but was the ONLY thing i didn't like

The rooms were a little outdated, bathroom tiles and such were in need of maintenance. The beds were comfortable to sleep in and the A/C worked well.
