Hard bed, no good tv channels, but other than that it was pretty quite. Real close to casinos, you can walk to blackjack. You cant get extra towels. I guess they are afraid someone will steal them. Once again not bad for the price.

Not a especially nice hotel, but if gambling is your main goal, this is an okay hotel in a GREAT location. Be sure to take your own shampoo!

You know it's a bad sight when the concrete to the room is sticky yuck

Nothing fancy but clean and easy to get to.

the room didnt have the things i requested the toilet flooded the bathroom twice there were no clean towels and wet dirty ones behind the door.... the bed smelled the bed was not confortable and the pillows were flat... never again will i stay here....

Not enough towels, no drinking glasses. WiFi was excellent. Free shuttle to casinos/ Skimpy free breakfast. Door was difficult to open.

NOT WHAT YOU THINK! I look at the rooms online to make sure that it was decent. I got there to check in it was a mess do not look like anything on the picture.. The only great thing it's surround by everything...

got a deal on the rates thru the website for three nights, all other hotels were booked. The room was not clean at all, the sink even had a rust hole in it, so water would leak onto the floor when you used it. the bath room was about the size of a small closet, took forever to get the water temp right to take a shower. the towels were old, thin and […] dingy. the bed was not comfortable at all, the sheets were dingy as well. some nice cigarette burn holes in one of the two chairs in the room. the place is close to two casinos and only within walking distance to one (not that you would feel safe walking to it) trying to get out of the parking lot onto the street was a hassle do to the amount of traffic. Also the motel is located right next to the highway so you get to hear traffic all night. And to top it off the TV remote didn't even work with the TV in the room. First night booked non smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. Tried to use the toilet it over flowed. Tried to use the sink, it did not work and has not work for quite a while. I would never reccomend this hotel to anyone. The mattress on my bed was to small for the frame leaving frame exposed to bang my shins on. They only provided two bath towels for two adult women. No blanket on the bed just sheets and comforter. No ash tray in a smoking room. Not a pleasant stay.

This hotel was cheap to stay in but very old and rundown. I would not advise anyone to stay here.

I'm all about staying in "cheaper" rooms especially because of how often we go to Shreveport. But the only thing I expect of cheaper rooms is for it to be clean. This is by far the dirtiest motel I've stayed at in Shreveport. And I've stayed in several where the price was cheaper than this one. At one point I had to get something off the floor and the […] carpet smelled HORRIBLE. And that's when I noticed all the stains. The carpet was coming up around the corners of the room. The personal was awesome, very helpful. Yes I enjoyed my stay and this is where I will stay whenever I'm in Bossier.

The picture of the rooms that is on the website is not at all accurate. It lists a resturaunt and bar. I never found the bar. The room smelled like urine and the toilet would not flush no matter how many times maintenance came and fixed it. However the service was great and the location was also great, as well as the complimentary shuttles to all five […] casinos. Booked the room online, room was paid for prior to our arrival on a Saturday evening. It was just my wife and I, we only needed one bed and wanted a NON-SMOKING room. I went in the store for a dr pepper, and it appeared a majority of the stores business came from selling beer, wine, and forties., anyways not a big deal yet.....the peron behind the counter at the hotel was friendly....got room key and then we decided just to go ahead and eat dinner and go to the casino, the Horseshoe, without going to the room first. It was about 7:30 pm when we found the hotel...We left casino a little past midnight to go to hotel room. There was people hanging out in the parking lotwhen we got back to hotel. These people were drinking appeared to be drinking alcoholic beverages. Also at this time, there was very little outside light, the parking lot had lights, but alot of them seemed to be non functional so it was ver ydark where we were on the back side of building, not my ideal place to leave our new car. once in the room we fumbled through the dark and was instantly hit by the strong odor stale cigarettes. Once we got a light on, we could see that the room was what I would considered to be as sub-standard. The first thing I noticed was that there is what appeared to be a mold or fungus growing on the vents of window unit. As we was trying to turn more lamps on, not all the lamps had light bulbs. The room had a single king size bed, which was leaning one way. One side of the bed was literally 4 to 6 inches higher than the other, the carpet was stained and dirty looking, not to mention the smell was overwhelming. This was absolutely the worse hotel I've ever stayed in, "i" felt totally unsafe there let alone my 5 month pregnant wife!!!! It wasnt a hotel it was a apartment complex!!!! We were awoken at 3 am with my next door neighbors threatening to kill each other!!!! This was supposed to be a weekend for my fiance and I to finally get away from the hussle and bussle of home. Our last hoorah get away before we got back to our jobs and family. We hoped that this was just the only laughing (or crying depending on how you look at it later on) point of our trip. We ended up stopping at Diamond Jacks Casino to get directions. The valet had to think about the name for a moment before remembering exactly which hotel we were asking about. The look on his face was foreboding, but we followed his simple directions to the hotel anyway. Our first sign should have been when he said, "It's attached to the Exxon." We found it in less than five minutes. It is directly in front of the interstate where the sound of honking and speeding drivers is the most appealing attraction. We parked in the sketchy looking parking lot, and grabbed our bags. It was time to find out if this was actually the hotel that we booked and read about online. We made the walk to the front lobby, passing a man holding a lap top in the breezeway. He was lifting it and cursing loudly apparently finding the wifi connection unsatisfactory. We continued on into the lobby and were first struck by the smell. Oh, the smell. The infestation of cigarette smoke and possibly vomit was caked in the walls. I nearly choked trying to hold my breath. DISGUSTING. My fiance didn't have much more luck stomaching the smell either. We waited behind another couple until it was our turn to check in. The clerk behind the desk slowly looked us up and down before impolitely asking, "What?" It took all but five minutes to get checked in. This was by far one of the nastiest, most outdated, filthiest hotels I have EVER stayed at. The picture on the listing is not the hotel. This was not one of the cheapest rates I found either. We got up early just to go home to get out of the filth. There were holes in the ceiling, furniture, the lock on the door had been ripped off, the shower curtain […] had rips in it. Heat didn't work in 2 of my 4 rented rooms.

There were at least three unsightly smashed bugs on the walls inside my room (one in the bathroom, and two in the main room) that appeared to have been there for a while; carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed well; the mattresses had craters in the center making sleep very uncomfortable, no blanket either -just the top sheet and bedspread; the […] tub was stopped up even after maintenance tried to correct the problem; the washclothes resembled rags they were so threadbare; the iron was missing; the breazeways were cluttered with debri and stunk; the continental breakfast consisted of mini-muffins, dounuts, slices of bread, and cold coffee; twice the room key had to be re-keyed as it didn't work; ear plugs really helped block out the chatter from the room nextdoor and passer-bys....for accuracy, the hotel rating should be no more than a 1 star อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The shuttle service at this hotel was excellent. The rooms were lacking a bit. I did talk to the woman at the front desk who said they were under new ownership and in the process of remodeling the rooms. I would try this hotel again to see if there is progress in the room's appearance.

Under new Ownership but has not done anything to rooms. very unsatisfied. Beds were hard, tub did not drain and smelled.

Stay away from this place. Really not sure the sheets on the bed where clean.

I was awakened at 7 a.m. by a hotel employee banging on our door looking for a different employee that lived there. I wasn't amused.

Very disapointed in this hotel and will never stay there again.

Words can not express how bad this hotel was. I will admit, I went cheap on my one night stay, but it was so filthy, so run down. Ugh, I still can not believe I even slept there.

This hotel has lost a great deal of it's low cost quality in the last 5 years. Now it is just a fleabag motel. I won't be staying again.

I know it wasn't going to be great but that was okay with me. However, I killed two roaches, some of the people staying there were lurking around the place which made me nervous (such as sitting in there junky car just listening to the radio), they are remodeling the lobby area and pool area, the AC never cooled the room (it was like having a fan on […] you in your bed but the rest of the room was hot), the water pressure was extremely low, the shower head was low, the tub leaked a bit, check out time was wrong on this site it is 11 AM, the walls, carpet, and sheets are stained, the hair dryer was missing, no toiletries other than hand soap, not enough towels (1 hand towel and 1 body towel for two people), and the maid knocked on our door around 9 AM even though there was a do not disturb sign on the door( Knocking. Knocking. "We are sleeping." "You want me to clean." "No." "Are you staying another night or leaving?" "LEAVING".... We never got out of bed. She was asking questions through the door....seriously.). Now the pros: it was cheap, they have on site laundry, decent size pool area, free breakfast in the morning, and close to the boardwalk and casinos such as Boomtown. My husband complained to the front desk. The man in the morning processed a refund and seem to truly want to resolve our problems. Last remaining room looked good on hotels.com. pics were decieving. Our room was a suite with two doors. One door was always locked from outside because they said it gets broken into all the time. It's a place to sleep if your gonna go gambling. Very close to casinos. Free shuttle service to and from casinos. Other than that, you get what you pay for. this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We walked into our room as 2 roaches were playing tag across the floor. There were no trashcans in the room, fleas on the bed, a bandaid stuck to the bathroom floor, the drains didn't drain...tv was fuzzy, AC leaked, the outside...HOLY COW! Trash piled up blocking the stairway, the pool was cloudy […] and green, one lil pool was empty-no water. THIS WAS HORRIBLE! Never again! The building is in need of repair. There were transient people hanging out in the parking lot, appeared to be drug trafficking going on. We did not feel safe. The room was dirty overall!. The pictures on Hotels.Com need to be updated and or this hotel needs to be removed from their choice list.

the only reason to use this hotel is the low price

There were live roaches in the room. The room smelled horrible and the condition of all the hotel property was very run down. Very unclean! Very noisy! Would not stay there again!!!!!!

I would like to say if you are looking for a cheap place to stay for a short period of time this place was great. The manager Johnnie was very helpful and really help us out with our accomidations. thanks Johnnie from Mrs. Boudreaux!!!!
