Homestay Inn - สปริงฟิลด์

The room was nice but needed a good vaccum around the edges. The staff was pleasant. Overall not a bad stay. The only real complaint is that they didn't have cribs available even though they were listed as a service in the book in the room.

The exterior was a little disappointing, but the room was really nice. Very clean and presentable. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is the didn't have wi-fi like they claimed.

Extremely comfortable beds! Fridge and Microwave in the room was a bonus, and wonderful friendly staff made this a wonderful one night stay!

Enjoyed the convience of location; was close to shopping area and several eating places nearby. Hotel was nice and clean, plus had ref., microwave, and coffee pot. Enjoyed our stay.

Hotel room was clean and staff was friendly. Only complaint I have is the heater in the room. Every time it would come on it would wake me up and when it would shut off I could wake up again. Too noisy so I ended up shutting it off. Other than that, this hotel was okay for the price.

Each time we walked in to the lobby, the employees were outside smoking! Horrible to walk through! The tub had hair on the walls before we used it. Trash was in the room. Towels looked dirty. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

We were just driving through and needed a cheap but decent place that was quiet to sleep with our two small children. We were suprised. The rooms were clean and quiet and comfortable. The breakfest was nice and a wide variety of food.

I was traveling cross country with my puppy And stopped here to stay with help from expedia. Staff friendly. Rooms comfy. And I felt safe! That is very important to me. Give thanks to owners for the great staff!

We found this place at the last minute while traveling cross country. Although a bit higher than we hoped to spend, the room was comfortable and staff friendly. Breakfast is included. One strike against it was the fact that it was a non smoking room but we could smell smoke...the next morning we saw the housekeeper smoking right outside the rooms. We spent one night and only slept in the room and overall it was OK but I would not recommend it for a longer stay. I was bothered by the smell of cigarette smoke in my room. The staff was friendly though.

Everything was very nice. The night time check in person was very friendly and nice. The day we checked out the daytime person was very rude and tried to charge me twice.

The Lobby of this hotel is immaculate, thanks to the check-in staff, but the crew that cleans the rooms needs to be replaced! There was food in my refrigerator and someone had spilled something in it and it was never cleaned up! Opening and cleaning the frig should be on the cleaning list. The carpet made my feet so black from walking on it that I laid […] all the towels on the floor so I had a clean place to walk. When they "cleaned" my room, they did not replace the used shampoo(and did not leave me a new one), pick up the wrapping from the bar of soap i had opened(but took the bar of soap), or wiped off the bathroom sink counter...in fact there were long black hairs laying around the sink when I returned and I have red hair! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The motel was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was very quite but we went during the week. It was right on Glenstone so it was close to everything. 2 things about this motel: 1st there are no blow dryers in the room - pack your own and 2nd don't leave anything on your bed. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we really enjoyed out stay.

Their marquee says "Pets Accepted" and that, along with the low rate, is 100% why I picked this hotel for a short notice, super quick over night stay. I was picking up a Mastiff rescue. This hotel has no pet deposit or fee and doesn't even ask about dog size. This is a motel. Older everything, but A/C so cold you can hang meat in the rooms! Cracks and […] chips on the tub. Refrig and Micro were a plus. Never turned on TV. Wifi was 5 bars in our room 112. Usual motel small, thing towels. Beds had wrinkled sheets and at some point I questioned if it had been cleaned or just tidied! This is just off interstate at hotel city, with probably 20 fronting the street. We would not recommend this hotel. The first room we were assigned to had not been cleaned. We would not have felt safe being out after dark around the majority of the customers. The lobby area had a lot of glass walls and the hotel had no safe area for the tornado warning we experienced. The woman who checked me in was rude and told me I had no reservation. Instead of trying to resolve the problem she turned and waited on someone else. She finally searched again and found my reservation. She didn't leave a good impression, but thankfully the room made up for it.

The rooms were nice for the price that we paid! A/C work very well! Beds were very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful!! Wi-Fi didn't work worth a hoot! Breakfast was okay but usually like some eggs of some sort to start off the day! But overall it was nice! Might stay there again in the future!

Good value for money hotel

The room was supposed to be non-smoking but the smell of smoke was extremely strong. This was a concern with a 6 month old baby. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. It is a convenient location off of the interstate and has a good price but we would not stay again.

The lobby was clean, the continental breakfast was nice, the pool was clean. When we openned our room, it smelled like a smoking room, there were ants everywhere and 2 spiders in the bed. One of the lamps had no lightbulb, and another could only be turned off if you unplugged it. On first inspection, the motel is ok - it just seems as though details […] have been overlooked. The in-room TV was modern, the fridge worked well, there was WI-FI the bathroom and vanity were clean.
