I have no idea why this hotel has a low rating. I love it! If you like quiet and clean establishments then you will like this place.

The bathroom floor was in need of repair. Some things in the bathroom were not cleaned. The towels were way too thin.

Our "non smoking" room was stinking of cigaretts. I was impossible to sleep in the room.

The rooms seemed dirty. My non-smoking room smeelled like smoke and they had the window open to air it out. The electrical switch plates were so old that they were yellowed and two were broken in half exposing the socket. Staff person not knowledgeable about surrounding area. Plus appeared to have lanuage barrier (poor english). Room overall very nice and quiet. Pool/Spa closed with Health Board Sign on gate.

Reasonable basic accommodations in a convenient location near major highway (580) and major cross-streets, many shops/restaurants within short driving distance. Less than 5 miles from Amma Retreat Center in San Ramon. No pool or spa available even though it is indicated in the listing. Quiet. Convenient parking next to room. this was a very nasty hotel! the room was not at all clean. there was splatter marks on the bathroom walls and open beer in the fridge
