Red Roof Inn Parsippany - ปาร์ซิปพานี

Staff was friendly and accomodating. We will definately stay here again. This was our first stay at this hotel chain and can say that it was as good as any other hotel with the same ratings and may have been better than some of the other chains that are reputable.

Free WiFi included in the cost of the room and close to many places to eat.

High quality hotel with low cost! Love it! will come back!

Rate was great , Great dinner close by , Bus to NYC was easy to catch at Rt #46 bus stop all in all a nice place to stay

This my new place to stay when visiting the New York Metro Area, the best don't tell any one; let's keep in the family...

This place works when you can catch the bus about 1/4 mile away for a ride to the city and back.

Front desk staff could of been more pleasant and accomodating. I checked-in late at night, but they did not allow me to check-out a little later. Room key worked after the third try. No complaints. Very clean. Excellent for price.

CONSIDERING ALL THE CRAZINESS WITH THE SNOWSTORM, THE GIRL AT NIGHT HAD A LOBBY FILL OF UNHAPPY PEOPLE AND SHE KEPT HER CALM AND REMAINED EXTREMELY NICE.

Even though it was tough times, the desk clerk was very nice and applogetic. I requested a non-smoking room but they were all booked. I had no choice but to take a smoking room. The room smelled of stale smoke. The only positive was the clerk who was all by herself and handling everything during this trying time.

During a time of duress and the stress of the Nor-easter on Halloween weekend, the staff handled the pressure of families looking for a warm place to stay. I wish I remembered the name of the woman at the front desk on Sunday (10/30/11) afternoon. She had been there since Saturday and was very professional. Cost was right, and room was clean.

We arrived late but was treated with great customer service. The room was very clean. The only thing that they did not consider was having enough towels in the room for 3 people. We called the front office and they had someone bring what we needed. Otherwise everything else was great.

It was a comfortable stay.

We were just passing through on our way to Manhattan. This was a quick stop. The hotel was clean, the front desk friendly. Very limited towels however (we only got 2 bath towels for 4 of us). Easy in and out and quick commute to the city.

For this rate, i could not have expected anything better. I was pleased and a had a nice nite's sleep!

We were very happy with our stay at the Red Roof Inn. Absolutely no complaints.

The overall experience was ok for the price but our non-smoking room smelled like people had been smoking in it for years. I guess you get used to the smell after a few minutes but it's still not very pleasant.

When needing to stop unexpectedly on a long trip (with a 20lb dog), we found this Red Roof Inn. The room was spotless, with granite counters in the bath area. It was much nicer than what I expected for the price. And, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, including a Dunkin Donuts for our morning start. We only had a short visit at the Red Roof and it was our first stay at this particular chain. We have to say, we were very satisfied :) The room was clean, spacious and we definitely got the best for our buck! Hotel close to restaurants, grocery store and much more! Very friendly and helpful staff, Thank you Red Roof!

The hotel was almost terrible. If it wasn't an emergency stay I wouldn't have stayed there, I would have requested a refund. The neighbors that appeared to ne living there played loud music and used the outside of they're room door as a bathroom. The room that was given to us was dirty so are room was switched to another room and the second room had a bad smell and was just as dirty. The heat was not working and the overall condition of the place was bad. It was worse than a truck stop. The ice machine was out of order and the furniture in the rooms were beat up pretty bad. NEVER AGAIN!!

i love this place....i was able to check in at 3am

They were not ready for me to check in so I had to wait. As I was waiting I learned I was not the only one they had messed up on. The room was dark. There was hair, a black spot, and holes in comforter of one of the beds. The shower was making noises like a pipe was about to go. Overall I wish I could get my money back. The room smelled like urine. Tub was all clogged and towels were torned. Should I say anymore. Worst hotel I ever stayed in.

sufficient if you are just looking for a bed to pass out on!

Everything was decent. it was very warm. for the price it was an excellent stay. no problems.

The motel room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The room was quiet and we had a good night's sleep. The shower worked fine, although some paint was peeling from one bathroom wall. I will definitely consider staying here on my next visit to the area. The motel was across the street from IHOP which made it convenient for breakfast.
