"Friendly staff and comfortable room"
We were in town to visit the Mall of America and decided to stay a few exits away for a cheaper rate. The hotel is right off of the highway, not far at all from the Mall. The staff was very friendly and the room had very soft beds. Breakfast was also quite good. Would stay there again!
"Hampton Inn is a solid choice to stay at"
I really liked the hotel. Hampton Inns are usually great for the price, and this one was no different. I liked that they had cookies for guests at check-in. That was new and thoughtful. The hotel was very clean and right next to a more upscale restaurant and a Denny's. So you could have your choice between the two, and they were both good and had wonderful […] service as well. The location was great for that. The check-in was fast and the desk clerk for both days of my stay was very professional. "Wonderful!"
It was a little tough to find, no thanks to marques... Not sure what happened there.. But it was clean and quiet.. Nicely decorated.. The staff was friendly... Breakfast was great... All around, just a great experience... We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others!
"Not bad"
The hotel was clean but going through some renovations. There were no cookies at the desk, something I look forward to. The bathroom was so small you could barely fit in it. A bit overpriced in my opinion.

Beds were small (less than Queen sized) and hard and the breakfast wasn't served until 7am (versus 6am). Otherwise it was a nice hotel
"Great stay"
I enjoyed the room it was very clean and it had a comfortable bed/ pillows (cloud 9 bed). The hot breakfast was great, not to busy and refilled fast.

Hotel room is very small and the bathrooms were crowded. Adequate for one person, but glad my wife was not there as it would have been too crowded in the bathroom. The room air conditioner did a poor job of removing humidity in the room.
"good choice"
This Hampton Inn is a good choice. I had no major problems at all. The only suggestion I have for management is to make the seating for the breakfast area larger. There aren't enough seats during the breakfast rush hour.
"great but hard to find"
All that's needed are directions from the airport somewhere on the website. Rudimentary map doesn't do it at night with no GPS for these hotels set back from a frontage road off a major highway. Plus, this one had two different addresses -- one on the printout and another one I finally pulled up on the iPhone in desperation. That one actually helped! I stayed at the Hampton for one night. The motel was good. I got the motel because I thought it said on the internet that parking was free. I needed to leave my car there for a week but when I got there I found out that parking was free only when you are staying there. "Rooms are great"
I compliment the Hampton for the comfort of their rooms and nice decor. The rooms are the same whatever Hampton we chose and I like that. This location was particularly quiet and no bright parking lot light were shining in the windows. The breakfast is adequate and coffee in the lobby all night long. We also like the HHonors program they offer. The […] only difficulty we had was adding another night's stay because the computer was down. To make up for that they gave us a very good rate. "Never Use this Hotel"
Everything was great with this hotel except for the bathroom. The toilet was so small that it could not be used for setting. I had to go to the lobby bathroom to find a normal size toilet.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast in the morning was just perfect. The rooms were great. The Shuttle was very helpful, would stay again and recommend it for others.

"Very Comfortable/Great Deal"
very neat, clean, solid hotel. Room and rest of hotel were updated and clean. Liked smaller size. Room big with comfy double beds. Breakfast good for price. Free newspapers would be a plus!!! Price for this area very good!
