The hotel is in shambles. Torn carpet, damaged walls, very old furniture and appliances. These owners must put money into this place; it looks really run-down. (This is coming from a girl who would normally not really notice this sort of thing) Shoot, the toaster for breakfast was even broken. This place was a dump - the carpet in the room had not been vaccuumed, dried dog crap all over in the grass outside our room, baseboard in the hallway falling off, the trash outside overflowing onto the ground and the entry way into the hotel was dirty. I would NOT recommend this dump to anyone!!!!!!!!!!

We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. There were areas that appeared to be under remodeling/construction but there was no such activity on a week day. Other motels we have booked through hotels.com had a dorm size fridge and most had a microwave. This one had neither.

So it seems this hotel is undergoing renovations. Which is a good thing in and of itself, but that being said, it was horrible. They stated in their ad that each room has a fridge and microwave. There was none. I saw the empty spot and marks on the carpet where the fridge used to be, but there wasn't one there. Nor a microwave. Had to leave our drinks […] out the back outside to keep them cool. There was also no ice machine, just a blank spot where it used to be hooked up. The halls and various parts of the hotel were half taken apart, and either it was being worked on, or just really torn up. The heater was not adjustable at all. You either had to leave it off and get cold, or leave it on and roast. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating and turned it off, and then woke up a bit later shivering under the covers. Coldest night spent in a hotel. Had to put trash can and extra pillow under covers to provide airspace to keep feet warm. Hall carpet coming up. Condensation coming through room floor to wet socks.

The people were really nice. They helped out when we needed extra towels and also to use their fax machine. The people were great... The hotel on the hand was a rat hole. Carpet was gross and the place didn't smell very good. The bed was really hard and had a large bump where my back was.. I was up all night...

The hotel was fine, but not as I expected due to the some what in need of remodeling and the sliding door to the outside did not seal well so noise and cold was evident

This was the nastiest Hotel we had ever been in. there was vomit on the bed spread, bugs in the tub and it had not looked like it had been cleaned in quite a long time. Also, you had to pay to use the microwave and refrigerator in the room. We used this hotel to stay in the Springs for a single night. The quality is essentially what you get for the rate. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is musty and feels a little run-down. Service was average but security needs to be increased.

Had a good experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. You could tell that the place is older but you could see that they were in the process of fixing it up. Lots of good food in the area and very well located. Nice clean neighborhood and easy to get to. Very fair pricing on the room. Would definetly go back for another stay.

This facility was old and in need of some repairs & updates.

I should not be upset about my stay here. I selected the hotel understanding it was a two star hotel but I will not return. The entrance door to rooms did not lock. The rooms are dark, dusty and the actual mattress was every old. The sheets where weathered but the bathroom looked clean. Clean bathroom, clean bed. Nice people at front desk. No odd smells. I would definitely stay again.

when we arrive I was asked to cancell my reservation and do it in person since it was not possible we were charge additiona $5 for microvawe and fridge, Room was really dirty with tons of dust on tv and night stand what was really bad for my allergies . In the bathroon we have epty tissue (0) . continantal breakfast is : bagel (miniature) miniature […] donuts bread ( of course if you make it soon enough) jelly and banana and you can ask for cream chease . they will give you big box so you cant be sure if you can it it. they have outdor pool that even after memorial was closed also the hotel is very old and need a lot of work done to be called a hotel we were suppoused to extend our reservation but we moved to motel 8 next door อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The first room I was given had a ceiling leak in the bathroom, the tv wouldn't power on, and the bedding had large holes in it. The second room I was given was much better, however, the tv powered on, but there were no cable stations, and the toilet didn't flush. I would only stay there again if there were no other rooms available anywhere else.

I love this hotel. I have stayed there before and would stay there again. It is an older hotel so there is some wear and tear. The staff is helpful, the rooms are fine for their price. When we got into room it smelled like perfume very bad, there was toilet paper in the toilet, and 2 of the lights did not work. For the price it was acceptable.

older hotel. power outlets unable to be plugged into. Found hair on a pillow. Bathroom walls need a repainting. Most of the issues were with wear and tear, needs a renovation. When called about a bathroom issue had to walk to front desk to get a plunger and repair ourselves. Wouldn't stay there again. Not a terrible place, just not a great place.

THIS MOTEL NEEDS UPGRADE ALL THE ROOMS AND BETTER SERVICE FOR BREAKFAST TO EAT IN THE MORNING... CARPET LOOKS DIRTY IN THE HALL WAY OR OLD AND WORN OUT...........NO ORANGE JUICE ON HAND.... TV DOESN'T HAVE CLOSED CAPTIONED.... COULDN'T GET INTERNET WORKING ONE NIGHT DUE BAD WIRE....

The customer service was great; they were very polite and accommodating. Everything seemed to work backwards in the hotel, there was also an unexplained wet spot on the floor in our room and the hallway smelled of sewage one of the days we stayed. Okay place, but ONLY for sleeping. Foreign owned, and not well maintained. TV had to be manually tuned to channel 15 in order to activate remote (not once, but every time you turn it on!) Towel rack in bathroom fell off in my hand. Continental breakfast = coffee, banana, toast. Period. No fitness room, no wifi internet. Minimal house-keeping. Not the […] cleanest place you'll ever see, but great location for west Colorado Springs (Garden of the Gods, Manitou). No good at all if you plan to spend "awake time" in your room. We had to request to have our room cleaned at 3:30pm and could not get back in until it was done at 5pm. No printer to print boarding passes for air travel, they have Hughes Net and had to ask hotel staff to check in and print passes and that network takes forever. Rooms were a bit shabby, broken toilet tissue holder, no tissues in the Kleenext dispensers, […] and the audio went out on the TV. Pool area was shabby looking too. It sort of looked like they were uncertain what had to be done to get rooms cleaned on time, pool opened on time, etc. I would not stay there again and not recommend this location to anyone. One more thing: that entrance is a tricky one to the hotel. You make a hard right, enter up a hill and there is a killer speed bump! Rather unnecessary as your vehicle has to work pretty hard just to get up the driveway. First room we got in was dirty and broken toilet seat, etc. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It was disgusting. We asked for a room change and were moved to a better room. Older hotel that could use some work.

we stayed for 2 nights and there was no room service at all. Complimentary breakfast and the room was ok for the money we paid.

The rooms were dirty, the breakfast was stale and they didnt even have the pool ready.

This hotel is somewhat dated but fully functional (heat, bathroom, etc all worked well). It sn't super clean but OK for the price tag. The breakfast isn't worthwhile - but the price is right.

This hotel is absolutely great for its price and is a nice hotel to consider during the summer months. However my stay during the winter with a heater in the room from perhaps the 1970's that never got the room to a comfortable level I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for we were attending a wedding in the area. We were able to relax comfortably before the wedding and was able sleep in with out any disturbance and had the best sleep I had in a really long time.

Good location, hard beds, AC kept freezing up at night, staff was courtious.

Considering we needed a room very last minute on July 4th, due to unforeseen circumstances, this hotel was convenienently located to where we needed to be. Check in and out were fast and efficient, and the room was clean. Overall, wasn't a bad experience by any means but not sure I would be willing to pay this amount again for this hotel.
