It was a nice clean place with a great view of the city. It's close to many restaurants and the mall.

I satyed here and was impressed with the room and can say its a well kept secert for the price . I would recomend Peach Tree Inn to family and friends.

The staff was good, room was quiet, great breakfast and great price. Very good choice for the McAllen area.

The hotel and staff were very friendly. No problems with wifi or anything else. I have stayed in other hotels in the area but this one is the one I would stay at again. Convenient location to 10th street, the mall, etc.

My wife and I had to make a quick trip to McAllen. We were afraid to land in a bad hotel. However, Pear Tree Inn turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The price of our one night stay was not bad at all considering the size of the room and the included amenities. The room was clean and neat. The service was superb considering that we did not get to arrive […] until 3am. A staff member was waiting for us and had everything already set up upon our arrival. This was our second stay in this same motel and I would return without any hesitation. I highly recommend it to others. I was most impressed with the location and great breakfast.

I liked the free breakfast. Plenty! but not tasty.

Excellent service, comfortable rooms and easy access to freeway. Very enjoyable and would stay there again,

The hotel staff was very friendly when asked to direct me to their location. The hotel was clean and well managed.

I stayed there for 3 night and I have to say for the price it is a great hotel. Not only you get free hot breaffast but free wireless internet but also free calls and happy hour!! Staff is very friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. Will definitely stay again.

Very good hospitality

the hotel was very clean, inside and out.the main complaint was that the room was not very cool during the night, we didn't call maintance or front desk because it was like 2 or 3 am each night, get get a voucher for a free night which we will use. the othe concern i had was that the area where breakfast was served was small,crowded and VERY hot. the […] breakfast was great! wish we had a fridge /microwave in room. we will return! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Good hotel for the price. Centrally located to shopping and night life. Clean, but not super fancy, so it is ok for a short stay. Staff was nice. Missed breakfast, but it was available.

Excellent Service and Installations.

Very nice little Hotel !, very well maintained, good service, excellent price, a bit hard to get to from the main road, the hotel sign is obstracted by a tree and difficult to see. Missed it couple of times.

I really be surprised by Pearl Three!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my wife and two young kids. We all enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a good place to stay at a great price. They offered a great breakfast too! I would stay here again.

Recommend to anyone on a budget.

Loved the amenities. Free WIFI, drinks and snacks in the afternoon, hot breakfast, clean comfortable and quiet room makes this an all around great hotel. The only criticism I can think of is the fact that the pool is very noisy because it's right next to the highway, and the pool chairs got so hot they actually left a mark on my back. Great stay- very friendly staff. They are centrally located to many restaurants and great freeway access. Hot breakfast was awesome!! I would definitely recommend!!!

I definetely recomend the hotel, the room was clean and the attention at breakfast was excelent. I love the fresh pop corn served at lobby. I will choose this hotel again.

I appreciate the snacks, newspapers, beverages which allowed me to not leave the hotel and get a lot of work done.

I enjoy my stay at Pear Tree. The attendants were friendly and even the morning breakfast cooks. The room was clean and very comfortable.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in for years. A very enjoyable experience. Without a doubt I would stay here again, given the opportunity to do so.

I wasn't sure about staying here, but the price convinced me. Now, I'm happy about having stayed there and will definetly return. I received more than I expeted. The rooms are clean and comfortable, service is good and b-fast is great.

Wonderful trip, thanks to the staff. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Nice reception area. Breakfast bar had a nice variety of food and was well stocked. Will recommend to my friends.

Enjoyed our stay, the only thing wrong was the AC. It was a little warm. They should try keeping the rooms a bit cooler especially the ones with windows facing sundown.

Ninguno de los 3 diferentes recepcionistas fue amable ni servicial. Tuve que ir de piso en piso a buscar el carrito para cargar maletas. El desayuno no estaba nada bueno y la cuna de la bebe no la tendieron, la dejaron toda desarreglada. Las toallas muy apenas y te secan... en fin, me senti muy insatisfecha con la estadía.
