I have never been so impressed with such a staff as I was with the Westin staff! Truly fantastic! The pool and sauna were relaxing, the location is perfect- sandwiched between the old and new town and an easy tram ride to/from the Haptbahnhof. I'd recommend the Westin to everyone and anyone!

Westin has a reputation for excellence and this hotel is just average. My biggest complaint is that there was no coffee in the room or lobby in the morning. The hotel breakfast is crazy expensive and you need to walk to a not so nearby cafe to get a regular breakfast (and coffee!).

Definately recommend this hotel! Excellent service and location!!

This Hotel was really great and in the perfect location. It is located right on the River and is a 5 minute walk to the Semper Oper and Altstadt. It is also a 5 minute walk to the hop-on hop-off bus tour of Dresden. The staff were friendly and the only real downside (if there could be one) would be parking. I recommend this excellent hotel in all aspects with only one exception; the charge for breakfast is excessive. However, it is close enough to several cafes and restaurants that this need not be a problem.

We stayed at the Westin for an anniversary celebration knowing the high quality service and comfort of the hotel from other locations. We read through the reviews and reserved the room. However, when we got to the room it did not seem like a 4-star hotel. Aside from the appearance, the "heavenly bed" was as hard as a rock and we were unable to sleep […] well at all. This was compounded with the poor sealing on the windows that let is a lot of noise from the street. In addition, the walls between the rooms were quite thin and we heard everything our neighbors were saying/screaming the whole weekend. When I went to the desk the first night to ask for a room change, I was informed that I could only switch to another upgraded room and that would be for an additional fee. I asked if there were any other rooms available within the same price range and I was curtly told they would all be the same. At check-out when were we asked about our stay, we explained the situation to the woman at the front desk. She only replied that we could have spent the extra money to stay in their very nice rooms with a view. In my opinion all rooms at a 4-star hotel should be nice as a bottom line and the extra fees should come for extra amenities, space, and views, not for a room without excessive noise. Absolutely a great hotel, the only down side is the management thinking the Internet shouldn't be free, that is out of date and an insult to the guests. If you pay for three hours you can not log off and start again, it is three hours continuously counting down online or off! Same with the parking, no discount for guests.

My experience at the Dresden Bellevue was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful. They were multilingual which made it that much easier. The accomodations were beautiful and the options for dinner varied. The room had a great view of the amazing Dresden skyline and was only a short walk over the Augustbrucke to the historic area. Out of all the hotels we stayed in throughout our Europe vacation, this hotel was by far the best. The front desk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the best part was that they provided a lunch box for us since we had an early departure from the hotel and were going to miss the breakfast buffet. Very clean, pleasant hotel and within walking distance of everything in the center city.

Situated on the opposite bank of the River Elbe, you get a fabulous view (apart from two trees and if you book a river view room) of wonderful, baroque, rebuilt Dresden. There is a pleasant garden running parallel to the river and a swimming pool with a little garden. Pool is a bit smaller than it looks online but otherwise its a very nice place to stay, sizeable clean rooms, pleasant decor throughout, nice bathrooms, very friendly staff, 5-10mins walk along river over to city centre - excellent location! FOLLOWING A DAY OF MEETINGS, I TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE HOTEL'S SPA FACILITIES, FINDING THEM TO BE CLEAN AND UNCROWDED. AFTER A SWIM IN THE LARGE POOL, I WAS ABLE TO READ IN QUIET SURROUNDINGS AND FINALLY USED THE SAUNA FOR 15 MINUTES. A GREAT WAY TO UNWIND BEFORE DINNER. A FIVE MINUTE WALK ACROSS THE BRIDGE, BRINGS YOU TO THE IMPRESSIVE TOWN SQUARE WITH […] DOZENS OF EATERIES TO CHOSE FROM. THE HOTEL ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN WITH MODERN FURNISHING. Excellent location, clean rooms, perfect service. Nice place to stay.

Hotel exceeded expectations. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food but the rooms were comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The only bad thing I can find to say is the pillows were a little too soft!

ドレスデンの中央駅から歩いて１０分位なのですが道が石畳なのでスーツケースを引っ張って歩くのは大変でした。ホテルは従業員の感じも良くさすが一流ホテル。すぐ裏手は川が流れていて夜景は素晴らしかったです。

Für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse mit einem solchen Namen ist die Zimmereinrichtung zu alt und überholt.

Sehr gute Lage . Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Dresden-Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Einzigartiger Blick über Elbe in Richtung Stadt. Die Mitarbeuter sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Als absolut einziger Minuspunkt wäre, aus unserer Sicht, der nicht mehr ganz taufrische Zustand des Badezimmers (z.B. der Zustand der Fugen Badewanne/Fliesen) […] zu vermerken. Goed Hotel, bediening oke en nette kamers Douchen is alleen voor kleine en lenige mensen, in een hoekje van het bad. Parkeren moeilijk in de garage en beperkt buiten.

Preis/Leistung ist perfekt. Konnten 4 sehr erholsame Nächte verbringen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet.

Nosotros viajabamos con coche y en este caso es mucho mejor la ubicación de este hotel que los que se encuentran en el centro historico cuya única opción sería el garaje del hotel. Además el estar situado al otro lado del Elba posibilita ver tanto de día como con luz artificial la fabulosa vista que desde el hotel ofrece el contorno de la ciudad. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr ärgerlich ist allerdings, das auf den sehr hohen Grundpreis der Übernachtung für jede weitere Kleinigheit erhebliche Zusatzkosten kommen. Bei der Buchung also bitte vorher unbedingt Kosten für Parken, Frühstück und Internet anfragen.

Hotellet var bare dejlig med den skønne udsigt, og fint placeret midt i byen. Personalet var venlige og imødekommende.

Das gewünschte King Size Bed wie angekündigt, war in der gebuchten Preikategorie nicht enthalten, sondern nur Einzelbetten. Die günstigen Zimmer liegen in Richtung Hauptverkehrsstraße und sind sehr laut und klein mit verbrauchtem Teppichboden. Probably due to low business activity during the summer holidays we found an incredible offer on the Internet, which gave us a top hotel for less than normal 3-star price.

Härligt hotel. Elegant och rent. Bra personal. Underbar frukostbuffé (ta med i priset för enskilt är det dyrt). Läget är perfekt. Härlig trädgård, tysta rum och bra ca 5-10 min till Alte Stadt. Minus för att WiFi och parkering inte ingår.

Cet hôtel est excellemment situé, et excellemment tenu. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, et le room service parfait, y compris pour d'excellentes spaghettis à 11 h du soir. Piscine très agréable. On ne demande qu'à y retourner.

Bellevue-vierailijan tulee tuntea Canaletto-näkymä, jotta tietää minne päin ikkunoiden pitäisi olla. 'Saksan Firenze' sijoittuu tyylikkäästi joen toiselle puolelle. Ich hatte DZ mit Blick auf die Altstadt gebucht. Die Zimmer lagen aber im 1.Stock, so dass man praktisch nichts sehen konnte, denn vor dem Fenster war ein langes Dach und am Ende höhere Bäume, die den Blick verstellten. sehr guter Service,gemütliche Zimmer,excellentes Frühstück

Rigtig behagelig hotel med alle faciliteter. Eneste var at restauranter er lille, så vi kunne ikke få plads til at spise der. Men morgenmaden var perfekt.

川を挟んでドレスデンの町並みを見ることができます。 夜景に浮かぶ教会の姿が、まるで絵のようです。 室内もよく整備されています。バスタブ付のバスルームも快適です。 街中には歩いて行けます。おいしいビールをいただき、 心地よい気分で帰ってこれます。

Mycket vackert läge, förtjusande serviceinriktad personal, lätt att parkera. Frukost borde däremot ingå i rumspriset.

Alt var av høy kvalitet med førsteklasses service.

Personnel très gentil, chambre très confortable, hôtel magnifiquement bien situé. Nombreuses facilités.
