We flew in from San Francisco with our wedding party for a small ceremony in Seattle. The only thing small about our wedding was the number of guests (8) but the service from the Kimpton was suitable for royalty. From the time we checked in to check out we were pampered and adored. Very friendly and helpful staff, great location to Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square and waterfront. On-site restaurant serves good food. Wish they had shuttles to airport, but overall, great hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was nice and clean. The best service I have ever had at any hotel. Rates were good. Parking is expensive, but we found street parking for the first night as we arrived late, then early Sat morning I dropped the car off with the valet, so only one overnight charge instead of two.

Beautiful hotel, amazing room, fabulous staff! You are literally just a few blocks from the Link Light Rail stop which you can take to/from Seatac, Pike Place Market, the waterfront, downtown shopping - I cannot imagine a more convenient location! We stayed in the Jacuzzi room which was awesome. The tub was perfect and the room was beautiful. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. Very close to concert venues etc. downtown

Loved The Alexis! We drove off the ferry and it was super easy to find! The hotel has a nice welcoming feel immediately with Valet parking staff greeting you at the door! They were very helpful, although we found the price a bit steep! Front desk staff also super friendly and helpful!!! They even said " happy BDay to me" my son had contacted them prior […] to our arrival and they arranged for a bottle of wine to be in the room on our arrival.The room was lovely ,clean and well appointed! Very quiet as well! Great location within easy walking distance to Pikes Market, space needle ! As well The Chihuly blown glass exhibit! Wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance to everything. They not only allow dogs but greet and offer special services for them! The only negative to my stay was that not only was there a large charge per night for parking but at the end of my stay they also charged tax on the parking charge.

Rooms quiet, centrally positioned, close to waterfront, Pikes Place, short walk to city centre and transport. Tea and coffee in the mornings in foyer and happy hour foe local wines in the evening! Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a great room. The Bar is fantastic with an amazing selection of Scotches. Every hotel associate we met was truly nice, helpful, and genuine. My husband and I stayed at the Alexis a few years back and have always considered it one of our favorite places that we've stayed. We decided to stay there again and were sorely disappointed this trip. The room seemed run down with some cheesy decor, the bed was uncomfortable, and we ran out of hot water for my shower. Great classic hotel with truly exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone from reception, valet and housekeeping were warm, accommodating and helpful. From recommendations for breakfast, directions, and general info on Seattle, the staff at the Alexis knew it all. I would definitely return!

I did a lot of research before picking the Alexis Hotel. We could not have been happier! The location was spot on. We were close to the SAM, few blocks from the Ferry port, the great wheel, and Pikes Market. The staff was continuously friendly and helpful. My wife's wedding ring fell down the bathroom sink drain. The staff was understanding and helpful. They recovered the ring, and were very sweet about it.

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Alexis. They provided everything we'd hoped for and more. The room was very comfortable and the staff was amazing! The hotel is very pet-friendly too and our dog was treated like a special guest. We look forward to staying at the Alexis again!

We spent two nights at the Alexis over New years and had a very nice experience. The entire staff was very engaging and provided professional and attentive customer service. The room itself was extremely spacious, well appointed, clean and very very comfortable. The Alexis is extremely convenient, located in the heart of downtown just a short walk […] to Pike Place Market and all the downtown shops and centers. Two moderate complaints we had with the hotel are parking and additional fees for wifi. The hotel’s only option is valet parking at $40 a night. Valet parking must be done around the corner as stopping in front of the hotel is not permitted. Additionally, there is insufficient staff to handle more than two arrivals/departures at a time. The other parking option was metered public parking which is inconvenient (esp early morning in the rain) and equally expensive. Our second complaint is the additional charge for wifi. Pets stay for free but Internet access is extra? In 2013, this is outrageous. For anything other than a short stay, these charges would add up quickly and be unacceptable. Overall, we were very impressed and satisfied with the customer service and the Alexis hotel experience. We’ll definitely return. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

If you are doing some site seeing in Seattle the Alexis is well located. A short walk to Pikes Market and easy walking distance to the baseball (Mariners) and football (Seahawks) stadiums. There are some excellent restaurants and shopping nearby and the main downtown shopping core is within walking distance as well. The hotel staff were very friendly […] and knowledgeable offering some great recommendations for lunch and dinner. The Alexis offers a daily wine and appie get together which is gratis. Comfortable and classy. Convenient to the waterfront area and great restaurants. The only negative was that the hotel restaurant was not open for dinner so the only on site evening dining is in the small, nice but tight bar. Visit Boka restaurant across the street instead.

Great location. Great friendly staff. Front desk gave us some great options to get dinner. They even made our reservation for us! It was really nice to see all the dogs! they are treated like little stars. The rooms are very quiet and clean with nice big bathrooms, Had an excellent late night drink in the Library. We are definitely coming back.

The Alexis is our favorite hotel, period in downtown Seattle. It is large for a boutique hotel but is still boutique nevertheless. staff was adequate, valet parking at times took way to long due to personnel not readily available to deliver keys. It seems amazing that a hotel that caters an evening wine tasting has problems restocking the in room coffee bar also. After the first four cups we had to pay for the extra cups on a 4 night stay with two people.

Every night at 3:30 am the building outside our window got trash service. They rolled out a huge trash dumpster that made a thunderous noise as it rolled. So loud was it that the men servicing the dumpster had to yell in order to hear each other.

The Seattle weather was cooperative so we were able to walk to all the sights--Pikes Market, Belltown, sculpture garden, Seattle Aquarium. The hotel was within 2 blocks of the Bainbridge Ferry so we took advantage. We ate at two of Tom Douglas' restaurants and enjoyed extremely delicious food. A wonderful 3 night stay in Seattle.

Very nice hotel with a good location to Pike Place Market and the rest of downtown. Tons of dining options and not far from the ferries. We were on the 4th floor facing the alley with a balcony. It seem rather loud despite not facing the street, but I think the door to our balcony did not seal very tight either. There is a small bar on the first floor […] that was pretty nice. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely nibbles in the bar. The services that accompanied the stay, wine offering, chilled lemon water and coffee service were quite nice touches. Pike Place Market was just a short walk away, umbrellas and bikes available were useful as well. Our room was quite comfortable and quiet. We will return:)

As a frequent visitor to Seattle, it took me a long time to find a hotel that has everything. This hotel is beautifully appointed, excellent staff, great bar and restaurant. It's really an exceptional hotel that I look forward to coming back to.
