This hotel has a great location, while it is not as value for money compared to other hotels in the area, it has good service and renovation. Be sure to take the Ferry from Kowloon to Hong Kong Island Central, and hope on a ferry ride to the outer islands of Hong Kong if time permits.

It took quite sometime to get the 2 rooms which I had booked. They offered me smoking floors when I specifically requested non-smoking. When we arrived at 2pm, they had difficulty finding rooms when our booking was paid for so far in advance in Jan.

We booked a Continental Club room on 16th Floor. There is a separate reception and effectively a concierge on this floor. Very pleasant lounge with free drinks, and newspapers all day; breakfast, light lunch and extensive dinner snacks are available, wines in the evening and all included in the room rate. Friendly and helpful service combined with comfortable room, very nice bathroom with fluffy towels, made my stay of 2 nights just fine. I got off a cruise ship and sending a bellman direct to the passenger luggage area to take direct to hotel was very helpful. Also convenient shuttle every half hour or so to the airport another plus. This hotel is centrally located next to shopping, dining and the ocean terminal if leaving on a cruise. It is well kept and the staff could not be more helpful, and courteous. . They are just beyond excellent. Would definitely stay there again if in Hong Kong.

not flexible for traveler who 's flight arrives in the morning , the hotel check-in time is after 2pm , unless you upgrade the room , otherwise has to wait to afternoon to chek in

We stayed in 2 club rooms over a four day period. The attention to detail and helpfulness of the staff was first class. We have stayed in other hotels in Hong Kong over the last few years including The Langham in Tsim Sha Tsui and the Prince compares favorably even though it would not ordinarily be regarded as being at the same standard. Everything is well except the hotel staff, doesn't give me the feeling that I'm welcome in here, maybe they're too busy to dealing with the guests from Mainland China.

This is my third visit here between Australia and London. As always the staff go out of their way to make the stay very personal and welcoming. They negotiated all my outside issues for me beyond the call of duty for which I am most grateful.

specially reserved the lounge flood, but because of their advertisemnet needs, they did not allow guests to use their lounge during peak hour and that was quite surprising to us. Other than this incident, everyone was nice and newly refunished flood looks good. New paint smells, but acceptable.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Prince Hotel. The location was superb, the housekeeping was very good. They even folded our clothes which were lying on the sofa.

The hotel was in a good location, close to ferry terminals, and Metro(subway) lines. It has been recently refurbished and is in great shape. In room free Wi-Fi was a plus. We did not get a harbor view room, but did see the view(Very good). Discounted(for hotel guests) at about $17 U.S. is one of the better breakfast deals in Hong Kong. But, saving the […] best for last, we have never met a more friendly, solicitous and helpful hotel staff in our many travels, even at higher priced-5 star hotels. From the concierge, to the front desk, to the bar staff, to the cleaning staff..... 5 stars!!! Easily. Examples: Each day, as we set out on our travels, and when we returned, there was someone there with a personal greeting and a question, "How was your day?, and, Is there anything else I can help you with?" Also, my wife was ill with intestinal problems one day, and stayed in while the rest of us travelled around town. The room attendant(cleaning crew) asked if she could clean the bathroom and bring in fresh towels while my wife rested. Overall it is a good hotel to stay for 5 days except the first day the room smell real strong of remodel paint and make you sick. After i complainted, they move us to higher floor and better view room. Overall this is good hotel to stay especial for the size of room in HK. I originally booked a standard room at the Prince Marco Polo for our party of 3+1 toddler and when I asked to book an extra bed, they offered me a reasonable rate to upgrade to a junior suite with the extra bed free. This made all the difference as we were traveling with our 2 year old for the first time and did not know what to expect. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful and it is conveniently located next to the Gateway, Harbor City mall and not too far from the MTR stations. The hotel location is great. It's right next to a very bustling shopping district with many great restaurants within walking distance. There are 3 Marco Polo hotels adjoining the Harbour City mall, this is on the far end of the complex. The hotel staff were all very courteous and helpful. Our room was in desperate need of updating. I believe they were […] updating some of the rooms and just haven't gotten to this floor yet. However our room also had a leaky faucet and a toilet that was weak, although it used (it seems) over a gallon of water to flush every time. Also, I'm a platinum (mid-tier) member of their rewards program, and wasn't given an upgrade. If you're a member of their rewards program, you may need to be more demanding and knowledgeable of your perks. Well, my plane arrived early. This happens with inbound flights from abroad. No room at all. I have to wait 3 hrs in the lobby. But the room is nice and clean that made the wait more bearable.

Ive stayed at this hotel before. And during my past few trips in hong kong, id stay at d nearby marco polo gateway. So i know what to expect. Sadly, i was a bit disappointed this time. The room that i asked were for twin rooms. since were all guys, we dont want to share a king size bed together. Unfortunately, of the 4 rooms that i booked, only one […] was the twin room. They were renovating this time, so there were some noise in teh morning which was not a problem really since we were out around that time. The location is good, rooms w/o wi-fi, universal power adapter not available to borrow, they have it on the room, but you have to buy it! For the price you pay for the room, these two things should be available. Mattress was too hard, the room and furnitures are old, but in good shape. Cleanness was good, staff very friendly.

The hotel staff is incredible! They helped us find our destinations easily and offered advice whenever they could. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We upgraded our room to include breakfast every morning, and it was well worth it. Breakfast is pricey on an individual basis, but we were offered a great deal by upgrading our room. It was delicious […] and filled us up for most of the day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling from the United States. The only downside is that there is a maximum of 3 people per room. Hotel rooms are run down, NEED's updating! The beds were good and sheets too... Pillows were NEW! THANK GOD for that!
