Great hotel with good service and a good choice of restaurants in a central location. Only negative is the worlds slowest lifts - although there were 4 lifts going to our floor we always had to wait an age!

Loved it. Good location, nice pool, great restaurants and bar. Staff helpful and polite. Room very comfortable, tastefully decorated, stylish clean bathrooms.

Great location, just next to the marina. Very convenient for shopping etc. lobby is quite amazing and the ambiance is very peaceful and nice. Food is really great: we tried the Cantonese restaurant and loved it. Breakfast buffet is a must as well. Room was a bit tired though but nothing that put us off.

Comfortable, great service, room was clean and well maintained. Not over the top luxury but at the rate I got (USD250 approx) was a good value. Great walk through to mall with lots of good restaurants and very nice food court.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in. It's clean and modern, room was huge with a king size bed and remote blinds on the windows. Hollywood. Bathroom had plenty of room also. Nothing bad to say about the Pan Pacific at all. Its connected to a shopping mall so you can walk straight from your hotel and shop, get some food, whatever you are into.

the place is clean, tidy and hospitality is awesome. breakfast area made it bit crowded, but over all it was a luxurious stay. bed room view was city lights and road view. @ night it looked beautiful.

They allowed us to do early check in and late check out with no additional costs and went out of their way to be accommodating in every way. Buffet breakfast was included in our room rate and worth it.

The Pan Pacific staff really took incredible care of me during my stay, and I greatly appreciate their service. The property itself is beautifully decorated, from the lobby to the guest rooms, and the location is very central for doing business in Singapore as well. Overall, one of my very best stays in Singapore. I will definitely return!

Really good hotel. The Club on 38th floor is very good and has a nice panoramic view. My only gripe is that the hotel has so many floors the elevators take ages!!!

The Pan Pacific Hotel is a really great hotel. The hotel is modern, the facilities all that you would wishfor, the rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, the staff could not be any more friendly or helpful. When it rains, you can still get from place to place - undercover by planning your route via the shopping malls and metro. The food in Singapore was so varied, from the Hawker Food Outlets to the more expensive restaurants, you could always find something to your taste and pocket. I was very pleased how I was greeted in reception, I did have to wait as there was a large convention on in the city as well as a few celebrities in town, but I was given a drink and when my turn came to be checked in I, an apology was provided and I was given a room upgrade, which was gratefully accepted. At breakfast I was seated very quickly and […] was waited on very well. I did saty for the day and used their pool facilities which was very well laid out and towels and sunbed was provided, and unexpectedly I was supplied with bottled water, fruit and iced fruit through the day which was a nice touch and thoroughly unexpected. At evening meal I used the Edge restaurant, which was buffet style, I was greated by one of the staff and shown around all of the food islands, what he best food was and what went with what for a good meal experience, I am not sure if this happens with all guests but again a wonderful touch. All staff were very well trained and took time with each guest to make them feel welcome and special. On check out when I collected my case again it was efficiency from there to my taxi to the airport. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again later this year.The hotel is local to the Singapore Flyer, Raffles Hotel and the main Raffles City, Esplanade and Marina Malls for good food and gifts. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The Pan Pacific hotel is situated in an ideal location. The amenities were superb and the hotel staff were so professional and friendly throughout our stay. We were very appreciative of the extended late checkout till 4pm. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to be treated as a VIP.

This is a great hotel. A good location for business travellers. Faciliities such as gym and pool are excellent. I had a Pacific Club room with access to the lounge on the 38th floor, which is a lovely spot to kill some time and catch up on emails with the various snacks and drinks included. Staff always friendly and very obliging. Requests were always responded to quickly. Fantastic hotel. Clean room and friendly hotel staff. If you dont want to pay for breakfasts there is also McDonalds, Starbucks and O'Coffee club in the mall attached. I really couldnt recommend this hotel more highly, very professional service. I requested an early check in as i landed at 5am and they were happy to help me out! The food poolside is amazing, try the thai chicken pizza! and the young lady serving provided 5 star service all the time. The train is a bit of a walk through the mall, BUT you can either go to Esplanade (yellow line) through Marina Square then Marina Link or City Hall (Red/Green Line) through Marina Square then CIty Link mall. Usually City hall was easier as most touristy things were on those lines so saves changing trains if you take yellow line. But just remember Singapore is so small cabs are easier and almost as cheap. The hotel was nice but my room had the phones non-operational when getting there and another issue latter that night with one phone off and speaker clicking, my bags took 30 min to get to my room and because the phones were down I had to travel back down stairs to get them. Then the wireless speed was great but the band with was not i could not use […] VoIP or face talk with my family back home and being out of town 80% of the time I rate that my number one issue with a hotel. Albeit still in the final stages of renovations and a few teething problems, our stay was very pleasant. Close to everything. Links to Marina Square shopping centre which you can work through to Raffles City etc without having to go outside.

I am far from being a high-maintenance traveller, but this was the last of six hotel stays on this holiday and it seems each of the previous hotels were far more helpful and supportive than those of the Pan Pacific Marina. Upon arriving to the hotel via the airport shuttle bus, one of the staff at the front door seemed certain that we'd gotten off at […] the wrong stop and suggested that we were supposed to stay at the Pan Pacific Orchard. Perhaps we were not dressed appropriately for the Marina? Regardless, we were eventually shown inside and checked in by perhaps the only truly helpful staff member who let us know about the hotel, its surrounds and the renovation work being carried out at the time. The rest of the encounters with the staff Pan Pacific Marina were more "miss" than "hit". When asked for advice, they seemed to smile and talk a lot without actually offering any useful advice. Quite often, when the concierge was asked about the best way to get to a place around town, we were always told to "take a taxi", without any offer or even knowledge of local tour providers, even when questioned on them. The "ServiceOne" phone service also seems to direct your queries to all sorts of random places without explanation. Staff issues aside, we were pleased with the hotel. It was my first time in singapore, so i do not know where to stay but after doing my homework in searching about hotels :p. Finally i choose to stay in pan pacifac at marina square, and it was luky for my to stay in this hotel. Every things in this hotel was perfect, eccept some small thing was not good. The good things was the huge lobby with free […] internet, the room was cleaned, the hotel near to marina square mall and mailience mall, just few minitus, and perfect breakfast buffet. The bad or what we not expect it in the hote, check in took a long time more than 30 min, becuase there was just three employee in the arrival, and check in cannot be unless after 3 pm, i do not why???
