Historic Inns of Annapolis - แอนแนโพลิส

Check in at different building. No info at hotel. Hotel empty when we arrived, no one around. Lovely room. Costly parking, valet at different building. Great location, confusing deal.

A really wonderful hotel very historic and beautfully decorated.. Charming restaurant for breakfast and dinner with once again antique decor and a very interesting menu. Highly recommend this hotel and it was inexpensive for such a lovely place.

Location is perfect. Old but very nice.

We booked this despite reading some bad ratings. Never again. First of all we booked the hotel to be in the Main Hotel or Governor Calvert or Maryland Inn. We got put in the Robert Johnson building. We had unpacked the car only to have to load up and move because we weren't where we thought. The hotel is around the circle and no one is there from the […] hotel staff. Got to our room and it was a terrible view of an alley. Then I opened the window and it went right up. It was not locked! We had to wait for a maintenance man and they didn't come in time. They ended up putting a stick in the window as a lock. Absurd safety. The paint was peeling in the room. The maid service came although we didn't request them to clean the room at that part and we had to hunt for clean towels. After our trip to the Gym which was tiny and the TVs on equipment didn't work. Valet Parking was alot per day and that is a rip off. As we didn't need the car all weekend. No coffee in Lobby. The other two buildings had it but ours we had to call and call for the complimentary coffee. The Noise in this building was horrible. Guests or other on second floor made noise til 3 AM... I thought this was a 3 or 4 star hotel. I'd give it a one. Only mirror in the room was in the Bathroom and two people can't share it. No Refrig in the rooms. Internet service was there but not very good. Location was ok but the Marriott would work better if you are visiting for a Weekend...Closer to the water and probably better service and value all around. It sounded good but didn't live up to the colonial charm we expected. The Bed was a Queen or full and we are small but if you are large it isn't gonna work... We really enjoyed our stay at Historic Inns of Annapolis. The room was cozy, clean, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and we had a terrific time!

I think we were expecting more of a B and B atmosphere, but the building we were in was nice, but very hotelish. Nice room, comfy bed, great nice staff, but really wanted that Inn feel. Great price and wonderful location.

The descriptions I saw of the hotel were spot on. The hotel is in an excellent location; right in the center of Annapolis and in a very easy walking distance to just about everything you'd want to see. The building we stayed in was called The Mary Land House. It's an older building, so the room and the bathroom were small but very clean. Because we […] were out and about in the town so much, some of the ammenities in the room weren't so important to us. Adding the breakfast to the room charge was well worth it. The room at the Maryland Inn my wife and I shared was a bit small, but the spot the Maryland is at is great. Right in downtown Annapolis, everything is within walking distance. Very nice hotel, very comfortable and in the heart of Annapolis. The staff was very pleasant, the rate was quite good, BUT the charge for valet parking was a bit steep.

Yes, the history is great and all is appealing and there were no bugs! BUT, the heat wouldn't adjust and it became hard tobreathe so we turned it off completely (it was by then too late and us in our sexy jammies to go for help!)...the matress was comfy but sunk in the middle, and as convenient as the INN is to all that Annapolis has to offer, it is […] on a very busy circle and noisy even in the middle of the night when a fire engine with its roaring sirens sped by.... This hotel (really three buildings more than a block apart from each other) is in the heart of old Annapolis. Very romantic setting. The free breakfast in the Treaty of Paris restaurant on the first floor of the Maryland Inn (one of the hotel buildings) was excellent -- I mean memorably excellent, not just normally excellent. NO Parking except valet which is $22/Day. Parking garage, 16/day is avaliable but quite a walk. Nice historic section of town with tons of restaurants and bars.

Great value, super location in Annapolis Historic district near many fine dining establishments, State Capital and Naval Academy.

The hotel was great and the room was beautifully prepared. I enjoyed the stay and it was great because it was close to all of the famous attractions of Annapolis: the bars. If you want a 4 star room at a 2 star price stay here.

Clean , comfotable, and convenient hotel located inthe perfect location in Annapolis.We were treated warmly and would highly reccommend the Maryland Inn to others.

The inn was exactly as one could imagine an inn from colonial times, except with modern amenities.. We booked with breakfast included and had a lovely breakfast by the crackling fireplace in The Treaty of Paris restaurant. When we came out we looked down the street to a wonderful view of the bay. Highly recommed The Historic Inns of Annapolis.

We stayed there for a night when my husband ran Annanpolis Half Marathon. It's indeed a historic hotel and our kids just loved to see the glass bottom floor. Hotel is lovely and decorated with antiques and has display of historical artifacts, which are always interesting to me. Great location also. our hotel was wonderfully located and had old world charm. Guests should realize that it is "wedding central" and that non-stop weddings come with noise and crowds.

Our romantic weekend at the Maryland Inn was lovely. The property was even more beautiful and comfortable than we were expecting. It's great location, decour, and historic charm completely won us ver. We will definitely be back!

Know that you are not booking a specific hotel but are assigned to one. Room was small. Plan to valet park $$ since parking is next to impossible in downtown Annapolis. Very convenient to harbor and lots of shops. Could have had decaf coffee and tea available in AM not just regular coffee. Overall a pleasant stay.

First time I've stayed in a hotel that I didn't want to leave to go to work. The staff is some of the best hotel staff I've ever experienced. The parking is a little pricy but that's probably to be expected for such a wonderful experience.

Quaint and cute! Probably better for a girls trip.

Wonderful courteous staff and historical inns made for a wonderful stay. Arrived after dark and with a quick call to hotel the staff stayed on line with us and directed us to location. Within walking distance of wonderful restaurants and shopping. Looking forward to another stay at this location.

We stayed at The Maryland Inn, which is a perfect location and is right on Main Street in downtown historic Annapolis. All three hotels are conveniently located within walking distance for the tourist sights, stores and waterfront. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. This hotel was recommended as a 3.5 star hotel and had good customer ratings, but our hotel room was old and not very clean, with a tiny window obscured by an in-window air conditioner. Our hotel was centrally located and well maintained. We got the bed and breakfast option and had an amazing seafood breakfast at the Treaty of Paris restaurant in the Maryland Inn. I'll definitely come back to this hotel if I'm in Annapolis.

Authentic colonial room, wonderful bed & pillows. Food was wonderful, Nd included breakfast just fantastic good deal. Wonderful experience!

Historic Inns is a consortium of 3 different inns located within a couple blocks. In our case, we stayed at a different facility (Robert Johnson Inn) than where we checked in. Ours had no lobby, per se, nor any other common area; it was more like a college dorm. Room was nice but the heating system kept us awake half the night, as the noise each time […] it kicked in was like a jet engine. On the second night we set the thermostat way down to keep the noise to a minimum. Either way, the bathroom was on the cool side since it was only heated by air from the main vent in the room, not a separate one inside the bathroom. I recently stayed at the Historic Inn of Annapolis (The Maryland Inn). The only good thing I can say is the location was great. My friend had her wedding reception at the Calvert House which was nice. It seems the only one of their properties they take care on is the Calvert House.

I was very dissappointed. after check in and having a very difficult time finding a place to park, we were told our room was 3 blocks up the street. we walked up to it to find a very bland room. for the price I felt the whole process was inconvenient and bland. Not what we expected. the restaraunt was also a major dissappointment as neither my wife […] or I could even eat the food that was served. We will never go back. in the morning, the shower was difficult to work, and as I asked for instruction I was told ...we know about it, you just have to pull REAL hard on the handle to get the water......wonderful อ่านเพิ่มเติม
