The staff could not be more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble..

The hotel was perfect for us since it was in the middle of where we needed to be most of the time. Since we don't mind walking (the weather was beautiful since our stay) we enjoyed walking to the centre over the Maas Boulevard. Metro and tram are not so far away. Suggestion to visitors that they need "coins" to use the machines at metro station. Credit […] cards are nowhere accepted, not even at Centraal Station. Very friendly staff as well as an excellent breakfast buffet! However if you plan to book this hotel for a day/weekend city trip, it's not very well situated. The metro going downtown is about a 10-15 minute walk through a very boring and ugly financial district. There is nothing to do in the vicinity. It was our second stay in tis hotel and we were satisfied with our choice both times. We definetly will stay there again. The hotel is perfectly suitable for families with kids.

A great location for visiting the university that is a short walk away. The staff were very helpful and efficient so everything went smoothly.

It was quite expensive when I booked it and for the money I paid I expected a somewhat better bed and little higher standards of cleaning. Otherwise it is good hotel. Very good breakfast - although quite expensive as well.

Stayed at the Novotel in Rotterdam for 6 nights (business). Absolutely great location (right off the highway) Not a hotel to stay at for vacation...nothing close and you'll need a taxi to go anywhere. The service was great, frontdesk courteous and professional. Breakfast was very good (love the Dutch cheese and the coffeee!) Room was great, bed very […] comfortable, bathroom clean and roomy. Did notice that when you take a shower in the bath tub, there is a somewhat awkward small glass door instead of a shower curtain. When taking a shower, water splatters onto the floor. Also, the TV is bismal. Some basic Dutch TV channels and some Belgian and German channels. No CNN at all except down at the bar... Always an excellent hotel while staying in Rotterdam. Great central location and free ample parking adjacent to hotel. Not something you find much of in Holland.

Pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer care and facilities. The F&B staff were very helpful with children. excellent hotel, reasonable price..very good.

Très bonnes prestations, les chambres sont spacieuses et modernes. le personnel très aimable. Le plus de cet hôtel est le parking gratuit car il est très difficile de stationner à Rotterdam. cependant l'hôtel est un peu excentré et il faut au moins 25 mn pour arriver à pied dans le centre ville

Hotel bien situe pas loin de l'autoroute,metro a 10 min a pied.la seul inconvignon que le chauffage ne marche pas.par contre tous et bien les filles de l'acceuill sont sympat je le recommende.

Heerlijk rustig gelegen hotel met eigen parkeergelegenheid. Op loopafstand, ca. 2km, van het centrum van Rotterdam. Ruime kamers met voorzieningen en mogelijkheid om met 2 kids op de kamer te verblijven. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is goed en uitgebreid. Prima Gelegen ,voor de reiziger die langer blijft Dan 2dagen is het ontbijt een beetle eentonig,overigens jammer dat er geen aparte ruimte is voor rokers.

Het Novotel is een comfortabel hotel voor zakelijk bezoek aan het Brainpark. Aardige mensen en nette service. En, gratis internet zoals het hoort.

Voordelen: Goed ontbijt! Mooie hal. Nette kamer. Goede douche. Nadeel: Geen gezellig licht op de kamer.

Wij hebben hier voor de tweede keer overnacht. Lekker vlakbij de Ahoy waar wij heen moesten voor de Vrienden van Amstel Live. Bij de receptie hebben wij een taxi besteld, die zeer snel kwam. Je wordt er vriendelijk en correct geholpen door het personeel. De kamers zien er prachtig en schoon uit. Verder is het ontbijt ook super goed. Kortom een hotel […] om aan iedereen aan te bevelen! Vanaf de binnenkomst voel je je er gelijk thuis. Correcte behandeling, gewoon niets op aan te merken. Het ontbijt was goed en erg uitgebreid. Wij hebben geen minpuntjes kunnen ontdekken.

Zeer goed hotel in rustige omgeving. Ruime parking. Goede verbinding met centrum Rotterdam. Ontbijt was uitgebreid. Wel druk op een zondagmorgen.

Ett rent och fräscht hotell med mkt bra frukost.

Super flotte store værelser, god mad og venlig betjening.

Hotel bello e pulito, posizione appena fuori l'autostrada con fermata tram o metro a 5 minuti per il centro. Trovato un cameriere che parlava italiano.

Très Bon Séjour

Fräscht hotell med gratis parkering, WIFI och bra frukost. Ligger lite utanför centrum, men ganska nära motorvägen passar bra om man bilar. Om man inte vill köra så är det 5 minuter till tunnelbanan till fots.

Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Kamers zijn erg ruim. Met twee extra bedden was het nog steeds niet krap in de kamer. Goede ligging, ca 10 minuten rijden van Ahoy en ook iets van 10 minuten rijden naar het centrum. Ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en lekker.

Mooi, modern hotel met heel vriendelijke bediening en uitgebreid ontbijt. Ligt niet in kern van het centrum maar goede bereikbaarheid.

Camere nuove e spaziose anche per una famiglia con due figli. Parcheggio, connessione internet e colazione tutto incluso, in 5 minuti con la macchina si e' in centro. Pienamente soddisfatto

Hôtel très bien, facile à trouver, grandes chambres. Personnel très disponible. Un peu excentré mais le métro n'est pas très loin.

Een hotel dat makkelijk te vinden is in rotterdam zelf, genoeg parkeerplek heeft en eigenlijk alle type kamers wel in de aanbieding heeft. Wij sliepen er als gezin 2 volwassene en met kind van 4 en 2 jaar oud en en dat is goed bevallen, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Zeer goede service en prettige sfeer. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Chambres propres et en bon état. Par contre, bruit ambiant de musique (boîte de nuit à proximité ?) qui gène un peu pour s'endormir, mais cela n'a pas duré très longtemps.

Hotel parfait Restaurant pas terrible Situé en pleine banlieue avec rien autour, nous avonspris la voiture pour aller diner à Delft c'est quand même beaucoup plus sympathique.
