It was good. There were a few small things that management took care of quickly. Very comfortable bed.

Loved the location and the staff at the hotel, but the online description promised an upper floor room with a city view. We were on the 10th floor with a brick wall view. :/

It was incredible. The staff was extermley helpful, polite and courteous. The room was very comfortable. Right in the middle of Times Square. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

There were 5 of us in 1 room. Considering the amount of people, it was very comfortable! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Best part was the free warm cookies they give you upon arrival.. Just makes the long trip all worth it. I highly recommend this hotel as it is located in the heart of Times Square.

I travel a lot and this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had. The staff was very nice and helpful. Service was always with a smile. Our room was upgraded, which made me a little nervous at first because "upgrades" are usually not upgrades. This time I certainly received an upgrade. The staff was very knowledgeable. The room was OK but needed serious repair to the entire bathroom . . .old and falling apart. Phone didn't work correctly throughout our stay and the internet charge was $14/day, per device . . . rediculous for an already expensive room. The main lobby is barely above the quality of a Holiday Inn express complete with fake flowers! Great place to stay in order to be in the middle of everything the Times Square area has to offer; restaurants, plays, people. Lots of people. We were high up in the hotel so the sirens and noise did not bother us. Very crowded of course once you step outside the hotel onto 47th Street. We will stay there again. Our two double beds were extremely comfortable and my 15 year old daughter surprisingly did not complain about the pull out couch in second room of the two room suite. The family was comfortable after many long walks through NYC. The Broadway musical Annie -- that we came to see -- was playing downstairs so it was extremely convenient. We had a great […] view of Times Square from our room. Valet parking upon arrival was a little confusing but once the bellmen saw us, they made it easy. We were confused about how to get our luggage from the bellman. Apparently we were supposed to hold onto some tickets that were lost in the confusion of checking in and keeping track of the kids. We were very satisfied with our stay. Will choose the same hotel for our next stay in New York. Saved a lot on transportation, since most of the attractions were in a distance we could reach by walking. (we like walking :-)

Hotel was clean and quiet. We faced the times square so there was road noise all night, plus the usual sounds of the city. We still has lots of fun seeing the sites. Hotel staff were kind and courteous. Can't wait to visit again soon.

Can not fault this hotel in anyway. We contacted the consierge before we set off and they sorted tickets to a Rangers hockey game which were waiting for us at check in. The staff are very freindly and polite and can't help you enough. Rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable, with beds that are so comfy it's just what you want after a day sightseeing. […] The hotel is very central and well within 15 mins walking distance to the major sights, Times Square obviously, Rockafeller Centre, Central Park, Macy's Empire State, Maddison Squre Gardens, Hudson River Cruises, Broadway etc.You won't be dissapointed อ่านเพิ่มเติม

great location--good set up for family (separate bedroom, living area with sofa bed, small fridge and microwave, plus 2 tvs--although who has time for TV in NYC). We had a great stay. Good location, near all the excitement and convenience of Times Square, but quiet and restful in the rooms. We needed extra towels and they were brought up two minutes after I called.

I was very disappointed with Hotels.com and the fee disclosure. I was charged for the room only to find out that the fee was almost as much as one nights stay. This was NOT disclosed before checkout or I never would have paid that. I won;t be using this service again.

Traveling during one of the busiest times of the year ( Easter weekend) to a location such as times was an environment which occupied many people. I felt like the security at the Double Tree should have been enforced. I have stayed at this location in the past, and they use to check your room key after 8 pm..However, never once were we ask to show our […] room key. Also, our room was not clean. The linens and towels were- but the shower and bath area needed to be bleached..I think this hotel needs some new management that would enforce security and cleanliness. Enjoyed very much our stay. When in NYC we have stayed at another hotel near Times Square. The Double Tree Suites suited our need this stay and left a very pleasant memory. Will probably select the Double Tree upon the next visit to the city. Great for families! Great cookies!!

My visit was exemplary. In fact, I sent an email to the hotel general manager about the superb treatment we (a group of 12 teenage boys and I) received at checkin. Daniel, the desk clerk, was supreme and made me assured immediately that the rooms were exactly as we needed. I was shocked to pay so much for a room in a hotel with no pretty lobby and no complimentary breakfast (not even a muffin!). Disappointed overall.

There is no hotel closer to time square. The location is fantastic and with the right room the view is even better. Staff was very nice and even helped us save $20 at a nearby parking lot! Our room's ceiling looked like it had a little water damage??? But other than that, A+ hotel.

The room was on the top floor with a great view of times square. The room was big with a separate lounge area. The bed was comfy and blackout blinds worked well with all the lights below. However there were a couple of things which could have been better such as the room was cold and as it was snowing for part of our stay the a/c didn't get the room […] warm. Met my adult children in NYC and wanted to see and do as much as possible in 2 days. I chose the Doubletree Times Square due to its location. Price was good considering that we were at the heart of Times Square. On arrival I was told that we had been chosen as the "guests of the day", and were upgraded to the Presidential Suite! It was great! The warm cookies upon arrival were delicious! We stayed in a king suite and the room was huge (especially for NYC). Walking distance to a lot of attractions and the subway was pretty close too. Although I was there with my boyfriend, as a female I appreciated the two-layer entrance to the hotel (a small entrance at street level with a […] security guard and then the main foyer/lobby up a short elevator ride). And after 8pm you have to show your room key to the security guard to be allowed to go up to the main lobby. I'll be staying here the next time I'm in NYC. The staff was absolutely incredible and the room was excellent. We had a corner room suite and although we weren't there much, it was a great 2 room suite. I appreciated how there was security checking to make sure we were hotel guests when we arrived late back to the hotel. Front desk personnel...I have […] never had such accomodating people helping us. We checked in around 12:30pm and they found rooms for us without any additional charges. I've stayed at hotels like the Beverly Hilton and the Peninsula in Beverly Hills. I would rate the service of this Hilton better than the BH. The Peninsula was in a class of its own but you couldn't get better people helping you than at the Double Tree. Thanks for a great stay!! This hotel is right where you want to be in Times Square. No concern about the safety of this location. There is not a place to pull your car in to check-in if you drive there, but the staff is extremely helpful and came out to unload all our luggage right away. That made it very easy right at the start of our stay. The rate was a little higher than […] some other hotels nearby but when you come out of this hotel - everything you're looking for is right there, or within a short walk at the most. the room was clean and everything was in working order. They put us up on the 18th floor so noise was not a concen either. Great view - looking over Times Square. Didn't try the lounge or the restaurant so can't comment on either.
