room was clean, bed way too soft, breakfast area was small and crowded, we did find a great bakery not too far away for breakfast.

Enjoyed my stay here very much. Room was very clean and comfy. Had no issues what so ever. Staff was super friendly the morning clerk even helped me put on my bracelet because I couldn't do it by myself. Added to my will stay again column for sure.

This was close enough to the Marriott Convention Center where we wer attending an event and much much cheaper.

Very accomodating regarding check in and check out, and they even held some clothes at the front desk for us that we had forgotten! Clean, visually attractive - we would stay here again!

We will try other hotels in same area next time. This one was clean, but not kept up as well as it should have been for the money.

GENTLEMAN THAT HANDLED CHECKIN WENT ON TALKING CHIT CHAT WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER DIDN'T GREET OR ACKNOWLEDGE I WAS WAITING.HAD TO SIGN A SLIP IF ANY TOWELS MISSING I WOULD BE BILLED I WOULD BE THE LAST TO STEAL FOUND THAT A LITTLE OFFENSIVE . NOT AS FRIENDLY OR CLEAN AS OPRYLAND COMFORT INN

The front desk was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was awesome. We had a corner King Bed room and it was huge or at least seemd huge with new flat screen TV

The room was crowded. I had no internet access. Since the parking lot was within 2 feet of the door to my room, It was very loud throughout the night. The fan (for temperature control in the room) was extremely loud. When I checked out in the morning, the person at the desk refused to give me a receipt for my stay. A little disappointed because Franklin is a really nice town. Always try to stay at Comfort Inn and this one came up a little short on everything.

Room smelled like it had been a smoking room at one time.

The room was clean although a bit small. The firm mattress was just perfect. Bathroom was very large and wheelchair friendly -this room was for handicaps. Was surprised at the refrigerator and microwave oven- really didn't expect it. The price was reasonable. Overall, a nice stay.

This hotel is fine for a quick stay but in my opinion the rate does not match the quality... Yes the room was clean but i have stayed in better quality and updated rooms for the price.

Clean and courteos staff, but if you stay more than a night you probably can find better for the price

This hotel is exactly what you would expect for a Comfort Inn. We only had a one night stay but the room was clean comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Found this hotel as it was close to Trinity/Fly Park ballfields for ball tournament. It was a great buy for the money. We found it to be very clean, comfortable, quiet and less than 3 miles from the ballfield while also being close to many restaurants and the Cools Springs Mall area.
