My husband and I have stayed at the Hotel several times and we are always pleased. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. This well located Hotel, has a very good staff. However it's time the place got a do - over. Some of the bathrooms and room carpets need refreshing. As a luxury Hotel they should include Internet acces and Not make you pay extra.

The best location ever and the staff is so helpful and friendly

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times when in Paris, and usually have a good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant our first night, and the food was HORRIBLE. We paid 110 euro for a meal that was not even worth 10 euro. I ordered a salad that was basically brown romaine with some lemon juice sprinkled […] on it. I asked for something different because I could not even eat it, and was brought another dish that was marginal at best. The waiter did not remove the charge for the salad until I asked. I would not recommend eating in this hotel at all. When we "lightly" complained about the meal, we were largely ignored. I would have liked to have had a more robust response to my comments about their food. Other than that, the hotel is comfortable and in a great neighborhood. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

as noted by previous customers, the air conditioning is marginal. Beware in the hot summer nights.

The hotel was a great disappointment!! The room was very small. As well the air-conditioning did not work at all for three out of the five days that we stayed. The temperature in Paris was about 97. The hotel was relatively expensive, and we stayed because it was highly recommended.

This is a threadbare and rundown hotel in a great location with tiny but comfortable rooms at prices that warrant much more.

We arrived at this hotel on a Friday afternoon and check-in was seamless. It had been 38 degrees that day in Paris and in the evening the hotel room was like an oven even though the air conditioning had been on for 9 hours. After a cold shower and an hour of trying to get to sleep i opened the patio doors and it was cooler outside! but still too hot […] to sleep on the floor next to the doors. I went to reception and I was able to view another room which was cooler but I couldn't swap until the next day as my partner was fast asleep. I managed to get to sleep. In the morning I asked about swapping into the room and was told that the room had been taken, between 2am - 7am??? My guess is someone else went down to complain and they moved. I was advised I would get a call at 11am to inform me of a new room, this did not happen. After arriving back at the hotel at 2pm I was told an engineer had fixed the air con. This was a lie, I went back to reception and demanded another room, they wanted me to pay for a better room which of course did not happen. I moved rooms but by the end of the stay the air con in that room was not working either... my advice, don't stay in this hotel when the weather is too hot... it's a very nice hotel, everything is nice apart from the big problem of in-efficient air conditioning... อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Rooms were small but very nice. Clean and well appointed. Great location near the Seine. Quick walk to the Musee D'Orsay and Louvre

Hôtel très bien placé, le personnel est discret et efficace, produits de salle de bains l'occitane. La deco est soignée. Je vous recommande cet hôtel qui a un bon rapport qualité prix
