Lobby and bar area were great, the Internet access area was enjoyable for the kids.

Wonderful location, staff, and very clean. Our favorite part was the outdoor courtyard!!

Very happy with the hotel. The beds were comfy. All staff was friendly. Perfect location near United Airlines center.

Hotel very clean. Rooms big. Staff nice. jacuzzi is really nice. exercise room very nice. we will definitely stay there again.

This hotel was a little gem in the midst of lots of other expensive and plush hotels. Offers just the right balance of comfort and facilities for business travel. I was very pleased with the stay, room condition and overall feel of the hotel.

everything was about average. it was perfect for what i was doing there.

Only problem I had was we purchased the rooms with Breakfast and the Hotel staff knew nothing about the purchase and would not give it to us.

If you are doing business with the nearby hospitals, UTSW, Parkland, Baylor, this place is very close. Hilton Anatole across the street is too huge and they charge for everything: parking, internet, breakfast. Geesh. Courtyard had ample parking (until Friday night when it was literally jammed), and a nice breakfast counter (where the guy working it […] was very surly, but delivered the goods). My husband and I had to rush up to Dallas for a family hospital emergency, and the Courtyard was a fantastic stress reliever. Even though emotions were high and traveling was long, we had a great dinner at the trendy lobby bar and a wonderful night's rest at the hotel. I'm picky about my hotel pillows since I travel a lot, and I was really impressed! […] I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially for the price with an included breakfast. This wasn't your stale bagel and pre-packaged cereal kind of breakfast. We had hot bagels with egg, ham, and cheese with juices! I was thoroughly impressed with the experience, food, and staff. I was very impressed with the hotel, it's staff and available amenities. My room was VERY clean, the bedding and linens were comfortable, the heating and A/C worked perfectly and was quiet. The only disappointment was only having a bare minimum of hot water for showering. I will DEFINITELY stay again when I need to be in Dallas.

Excellent hotel ....very nice and clean... Staff was very helpful and friendly! :)

Stayed for only one night but the bed was quite comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

I went to Dallas for a short weekend trip and was debating between the Courtyard or W. While I do have a preference for the nicer things in life, I knew I wouldn't be at the hotel very much and did not want to spend a lot of $$. I ended up booking Courtyard and was very happy. This is a brain new hotel. It is not easy to find, specially if you are using a GPS.

Nice hotel for a very nice price. Nice pool and nice fire pit. I would stay at this hotel again.

Like the location in terms of proximity to work. Have to drive to get to decent restaurants. Mattress wasn't very supportive for the back. Too soft. Service was good though.

Nice hotel for the price, close to the market area and the American Airlines center. Easy off and on the freeway.

This hotel is just outside the downtown and is a great hotel. Fitness room was very clean, room was very clean and comfortable. No main restaurant, but a cafe style bar area that had a decent menu, Starbucks Coffee and beer and wine. Highly recommend staying here. The staff was very friendly

Overall happy with the stay. The room was advertised as having a refrigerator but our room did not.

Conveniently located close to DMC. Affordable, clean and comfortable.

The room was pretty, I was please. The queen size bed was very comfortable. I sleep well, but the air condition did not cool the room the way I would have like it when resting. (felt muggy at times in room). I was little disappointed that there was not a microwave in the room or anywhere in the hotel. This was a comfortable and quiet hotel except for the air conditioner. The air conditioner was quite loud. The t.v. was mounted to the left of the bed which was a little odd but all in all it was a nice and comfortable room. I would stay there again.

The hotel was well maintened and did not have any problems when I arrived or left the hotel...Will recommend to others..

I have stayed at other Marriotts but this one by far exceeded my expectations. We had a blast and everything about our stay was wonderful. Not once did I not feel welcome. I am a former employee of Hyatt Corp, and not even at a giant hotel did I feel welcome like I did at this Courtyard.

My wife and daughter stayed there. Per them...the room was clean. Haven't stayed at many Marriotts-The area however was boderline. Several bail bonding companies and adult entertainment on one side of hotel. Other side had several people walking to restaurants and such. LOTS of construction getting to hotel...drives the GPS crazy.

My wife and I were in Dallas to attend the NCA High School Cheerleading Championships (which my daughter's school, Ruston HS, won!). We typically stay at Marriott hotels and this Courtyard was what we expected. The room was comfortable (beds are great) and the service was good. The hotel is convenientally located next to interstate. We love the breakfast […] in the bistro. The only negative was we were required to provide a copy of our confirmation from hotels.com in order to receive the complimentary breakfast, which I did not print. Staff was professional, courteous and helpful. They were able to provide maps to local establishments such as malls for shopping, movie theatres and resturants. Was very please at the quality of the room. Beds were comfortable, pillows as well. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Very pleased with our stay.

I was very pleased with the hotel. The service was great and the room was real nice.

The hotel was recently remodeled and remind us of the show HGTV. The room was awesome and the location was great. I recommend this hotel 110%!!!
