This hotel is amazing! The property is beautiful, the service is the best-they think of everything! We've been to many wonderful hotels and resorts but this one was our favorite.

Beautiful place. Very nice room with comfortable bed. Quiet and romantic. The only complaint is that it was so dark in the bathroom that you could not see to apply makeup or do your hair.

Beautiful grounds and a great on-site spa. Check out was a bit disorganized and confusing, food was above average but not great, and resort fee was a bit high, but overall I still think this is the classiest resort in the area. Would return again.

Loved this hotel. warmth and character of boutique hotel, with all of the amenities. grounds beautifully landscaped and maintained. understated elegance. planning to come back for a girls' getaway. would be great place for a wedding, as well.

I can't think of a single reason to spend so much money to be bored out of your mind. Although - the staff and spa are excellent.

We enjoyed a one night stay at Royal Palm. Everything was exceptional. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would highly recommend.

Property is a small boutique resort. Lay out is elegant and very private for all guests. Exceptional dining in the restaurant and bar. Highly recommend the happy hour tapas offerings. Concierge services were exceptional. Helped purchase show tickets and provided driving directions to several destinations. Highly recommend this property.

This resort is pure luxury. Every little detail has been taken care off - no need to worry about anything. The grounds and pool and spectacular and everything about this place says "relax - let us take care of you" Thank you Royal Palms.

This resort is perfection! A friend of mine and I went to celebrate my 30th birthday and do the whole spa/relaxation thing and I couldn't have been happier. We kept remarking that we were in heaven! In fact other than maybe going shopping we probably would have been happy to spend the entire weekend there. The spa was wonderful and the services there […] top notch. The entire resort staff has an attention to detail I find unmatched in any other hotel I've ever stayed. I would and will definitely be going back. I recommend this resort for anyone looking for a classy peaceful experience. From the moment we checked in the staff was extremely attentive. They were well versed in the history of this historic property and explained all the amenities. The property is arranged in a cabana fashion with small paths that lead to the various buildings. The pool was cooled and felt wonderful against the hot Arizona sun. The spa is open to all guests […] and boasts a eucalyptus steam room and spa. The on site restaurant, T. Cook's, served an outstanding menu. It was hard not to over indulge. Royal Palms was just beautiful. I loved all of the little nooks and corners that are so quite and relaxing. The staff was attentive yet not intrusive, a perfect combination. The grounds were immaculate and stunning. I would highly recommend the Royal Palms to all.

such a relaxing atmosphere it is perfect for a couples vacation or short stay my wife and i were very impressed!

A very unique resort compare to those large corporate resorts. Great place, great room. I would stay there again. A very relaxing environment they offer. Only negative is we wish the pool was larger, though it was never packed so it didn't hinder in getting in.

I've been to lots of 5 star hotels, but the Royal Palms was over the top. Service was great, treated like King & Queen from the moment we drove up. This is now our favorite spot in the Phoenix area. You can't go wrong.

We have stayed at the Royal Palms several times and have always been pleased. The staff are courteous and friendly. They always remember little things about your outings to ask about them later. Clean, warm, and beautiful rooms and casitas. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. And...we do!

I stayed at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa for my birthday with a few of my girl friends and 1) it was the most gorgeous resort I've ever stayed at! 2) the hotel staff made me feel like I was a queen with how on top of things they were and catered to anything I needed. What a wonderful find! We never left the resort. They have a fabulous pool, spa and live music at the piano bar. Top Notch! I still can't believe we got such a good deal on it. We'll visit it every year now!

The most pleasant experience we have ever had! My only regret is we did not stay longer! Will and Matt went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fabulous. Must use the spa!!!! We have definitely found our get away! Looking forward to our next stay in three weeks! That's right, you heard right! It was that good!! Thank you Palms.

This is by far the best resort I have ever been to. The staff is quick to respond to your every need, and quickly. We had too wait a little too long for lunch the next day and b/c of the wait they paid for our meal. The guest rooms are sensational and very comfy. Will definitely be returning.

This hotel is unique in its from another time hacienda style, but has all the luxury of more modern hotels. The grounds are impeccably maintained and lush, the staff goes above and beyond and the location is prime. It was everything we could have imagined and more (i.e. divine soaking tub). We will definitely be back!

Our stay at the Royal Palms was a delightful escape into an earlier time. The beautiful old spanish buildings combined with modern facilities and an exceptional staff made our stay a true delight. We will certainly return at our earliest opprotunity.

My husband and I were charmed by the hotel, its staff and the accommodations. Our room was beautiful and we had a gorgeous view of Camelback mountain. The staff was friendly and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel/resort!!

Loved this resort, rich with history and beautiful grounds. A restaurant, spa and many lovely courtyards and places to relax among the palm trees. Convenient to Phoenix or Scottsdale, we will definitely book it again. I could've stayed for many more days to lounge by the pool and enjoy the sun!

The staff members at the Royal Palms are amazing. Their quiet efficiency always comes with a smile and a greeting. We mentioned to one of the car valets that we were considering driving to Sedona. 10 mintes later, a packet of helpful information was delivered to our room.................with a smile.

My girlfriend and I booked in one night and liked it so much that we extended our stay an extra day. We were both really impressed with the level and quality of service. The hotel and grounds were absolutely beautiful and well maintained. It was like having our own little villa. It was relaxing and very quite. The service was outstanding and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. We travel globally and this was the best hotel we've every stayed at. We will definitely use this hotel again in the future.

Amazing place. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. A splurge for our family and well worth it! Eucalyptus steamroom was awesome! Pretty location and close to shopping, dining.

We stayed for two nights at the Royal Palms, and the stay was definitely not long enough. The resort itself is a paradise, with beautiful tropical landscaping. We stayed in one of the villas, which was amazing! We felt like we were in a setting designed for the movie "Casablanca". When we arrived, it was in the evening, and the room had already been […] turned down for bedtime -- there was soft music playing, votive candle lit, and chocolates w/sweet dreams card on the bed. It was nice getting up to in-room coffee service, and enjoying sitting outside in the private patio, admiring the greenery, and listening to the birds singing. We enjoyed our room service breakfast -- the french toast is to die for!, as well as the fresh-squeezed orange juice. The resort definitely does not skimp on the portions, and we found the room service prices to be very reasonable. The valet/bell service is extremely efficient. At check-in, we were given a brief, but efficient tour, including the history of the property by the gentleman that escorted us to our room. We did not have time to enjoy the spa, but will difinitely do so on our next visit -- we did visit the lovely gift shop at the spa, which has lots of spa products perfect for gift-giving, as well as other unique items. Everyone of the staff we encountered was extremely friendly, and eager to help. The property is well spread out, yet very quaint, with nooks and crannies with plenty of seating to enjoy the surroundings, including the outdoor fireplaces and various fountains. Room was clean and beautiful. Prices were extremely good at restaurant and pool. Pool was small but relaxing.
