I've stayed at the Courtyard on 75 many times and we have always had very clean rooms/bathrooms. This is a pleasent stay on every visit. No complaints!

The Mariott Courtyard at Central and Meadow is easy, easy, easy and an amazing value for the location. I've stayed before and will stay again.

I was without gas/heat at my home, and this courtyard is right around the corner. My reservation was very last minute. The facility is lovely...however, the parking lot is slightly uncomfortable at night...long walk to lobby; very dark. There was a guard cart w/flashing lights going, but no guard to walk me to and from the hotel. Nothing happened, but […] just that "gut" feeling of uneasiness. Paid for breakfast, but Bistro didn't open on weekdays until 6:30am. Doesn't work if you get to work at 6:00am

Easy easy easy location and perfectly adequate room. Speediest, easiest check-in ever. Great value for amount of effortless perfectly comfortable accommodation

It was OK, but not great. There was no refrigerator and the electrical outlets were in bad shape.

I recently stayed for three nights with my daughter who was visiting SMU. The location was excellent, close to SMU, as well as shopping and dining in Highland Park and North Park Mall. The front desk staff were very friendly and seemed genuinely interested that I was satisfied with my room. My stay was a quick overnight trip but I very much appreciated the security guard who was actively patrolling the parking lot. As a woman traveling alone it was very reassuring... Especially since he wasn't one of "do nothing - really not interested" […] guards. (as were the 2 female guards earlier in the day who were yapping away. Good location.Close to hosp. where my latest granddaughter was soon to be born.Comfortable queen size beds,instead of double size beds .Roof construction going on during morning times,and hard to park close to your room.Other than that,I'll stay there again.

The beds are VERY comfortable. I do wish the bottled waters were complimentary, though. It would be a nice gesture.

Lousy. Poorly cleaned rooms, and a "towel sculpture" that, when gravity knocks it over, looks like soiled towels on the bedspread. Not cute, not welcoming, just stupid when all I wanted was a clean room. This was the only bad Courtyard (out of 12 or more) that I've seen.

I was so pleased to stay at this hotel. I haven't traveled for work in a while so I was pleasantly surprised to see the new Bistro set up at the hotel. It was perfect. As someone who is allergic to eggs and dairy, the old setup with few options didn't meet my needs. This new Bistro style enabled me to pick from a couple of healthy and delicious options […] and even take the food to my room while I finished preparing for my day. The beds were super comfortable and the showers got super hot, while the pressure was usable. the fitness center, pool, and hot tube was amazing! Loved having a little "restaurant" in the lobby where you can get just about anything! Plus the service was incredible! Definitely staying at the courtyard on my next trip to Dallas.

Bed was not confortable at all! Room arranged strangely also. There are better places and deals right down the street. Will not stay there again. I had paid for the room through Hotels.com and the night desk clerk tried to charge me again.

We booked the room at the last minute to escape.remodeling at our home. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The children enjoyed swimming in the pool. We did not eat either the breakfast or dinner. Items in the market were a bit expensive- $2.50 for a bottle of water.

I stayed at Residence Inn next to Courtyard. Outside the rooms in front of room doors, concrete floors filthy, flower beds full of trash. Older Residence Inn with no attention to cleanliness. My room was full of black bugs on the floor and in the bed. I've stayed in other Residence Inns that are exceptional.

Was very pleased. Everything was very clean and inviting. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly. There was ample security, so you feel safe. Plan on staying there again in a few weeks.
